Dr-Chemotherapy during the first trimester can harm the fetus, and intensive chemotherapy may cause fetal malformations...so we can avoid Chemotherapy in first trimester.. but we can start Chemotherapy In second and third trimester of pregnancy... it's little safe....i would recommend to deliver the baby between treatment cycles... Labor may be induced early, but it can be difficult, so a caesarean section  necessary...... But i want to warn you, it's too risky...if treatment delayed then your wife's health gonna worst day by day...and during giving birth ,she can die too.... Now it's your decision... please think wisely....take your time..
