Few minutes later Lucifer opened the door and Mephisto said who was sitting on the couch watching the TV.

Mephisto : it was all his idea technically I was kidnapped"

Lucifer : excuse me!?"

As Diavolo and Barbatos walked in Lucifer shut the door and Diavolo said.

Diavolo : you didn't have to run away"

Mephisto : again I didn't?. His idea? He would of kidnapped me even if I said no"

Lucifer  : ......"

Mephisto : and your suppose to be smart?"

Barbatos : anyway I know why your problem has been dormant until now"

Mephisto : so you know?"

Barbatos : yes. I've always suspected it. Anyhow the reason for this has to do with Lucifer"

Mephisto : how?"

Barbatos : it's the pact he made with with you it triggered your problem to lose control. And yet it does help it makes it worse the longer the pact is existing.

Has to do with Lucifer's power.

Lucifer : ......how do we fix this?"

Barbatos : that's going to take a bit of time currently the only way to end this would be to sever the pact which means one of you would have to die"

Diavolo : But we are not doing that. We will fix this where no one dies"

Mephisto : we both know I should just die. All of these demons were killed for a reason"

Diavolo : No Mephisto.....this would be easier if we knew who did this to you"

Mephisto : chances are you already killed them. I don't really know who they were or what happened to them after everything "

Diavolo : anyway we should head back to discuss things"

Mephisto : .....fine"

Lucifer : ......"

Later back at the castle as Mephisto was talking with Barbatos and Diavolo Lucifer was off by himself.

He felt incredibly guilty knowing it was his fault Mephisto was going through this.

And as he was thinking about all of this Mephisto walked over and said.

Mephisto : stop blaming yourself like any of us would know this would happen."

Lucifer : I....I s-

Mephisto : stop? It's not your fault end of story. anyway I doubt they will find anything"

Lucifer : please just give them a chance...."

Mephisto : I don't want to hold on to fault hope. Then it just makes it harder for when I have to die"

Lucifer :..... let's just drop this alright?"

Mephisto : fine. "

Lucifer : shouldn't you go check on your brother?"

Mephisto  : I can't. I don't want him to see me right now. Not until we can maybe fix this and I know I won't hurt him"

Lucifer : now your being ridiculous. You would never do that no matter what was wrong with you"

Mephisto : you know you being nice is really creepy?"

Lucifer. : I can be nice? It's not my fault everyone chooses to be annoying?"

Mephisto : ..... can I ask you something just in case?"

Lucifer : what is it this time?"

Mephisto  : I just want to know if something goes wrong. What would our future have look like?"

Lucifer : ..... you act like I've been thinking about it? But yes I have an answer to that"

Mephisto. : .....so you have been thinking about it? Guess I can expect that from you"

Lucifer : when you have someone on your mind a lot you start to think about things"

Mephisto : ...... so what did you have in mind?"

Lucifer : .....I like to imagine after all this we would still be together and be able to do more things together without having to worry about your fate.

Just being with you makes me happy"

Mephisto  : ....yeah....that sounds nice...."

Lucifer : I never thought I would love anyone especially you. But you always had this thing different about you.

Maybe it was because unlike everyone else. you hated me no matter what. And I just couldn't stand you because you were always trying to ruin me and do things to annoy me.

You were so determined and strong willed to make my life hell or to get your way with anything.  The way you hold yourself is impressive. You needed nobody else always got everything you did perfectly......I forgot what this was abou-!?

Mephisto then suddenly kissed him and Lucifer kissed him back and said kinda smiling.

Lucifer : so you liked that?"ml rl

Mephisto : shut up....."

Lucifer : anyway I rather not do this here"

Mephisto : your really scared of him?"

Lucifer  : no but I don't want to give him another reason to want me dead"

Mephisto : yeah I bet he was happy when he realized he could
Possibly kill you "

Lucifer : ......."

Mephisto : anyway I'm going to get some rest"

Lucifer. : Are you sure you'll be fine?"

Mephisto : yeah not like I'll be able to leave"

After this Mephisto kissed him and then walked away
And Lucifer was worried about him getting a feeling of dread.
