Few days later Things between Lucifer and Mephisto were a little different. Mephisto seemed more nervous around Lucifer and annoyed that he was. Ever since that night things felt different between them.

And he couldn't stop thinking about what Lucifer said that night.

He mentioned showing up because he was genuinely worried about him and for another reason.

He didn't want to think about what he thought it could of been because he wasn't sure and it was stupid to think because he would never. knew Lucifer would never either.

But since then Lucifer would check up on him more and just seem nice he was being nice to him or at least his version of it which was weird.

Anyway today he was at Rad in the newspaper club room working until Lucifer walked in and said.

Lucifer : Diavolo wanted me to tell you that he wants you to do a story about the dance tonight"

Lucifer wasn't mentioning how he was talking to Diavolo through the door because Diavolo didn't want to look at him. And when he asked why knowing why. Diavolo said it was for his Safety and hurt the door crack as they spoke.

Mephisto: yeah I'll get that done "

Mephisto was honestly surprised Lucifer wasn't dead like the last guy. At least he thinks the other guy died nobody ever heard from him again. And all he did with that guy was kiss."

Lucifer : would you happen to need someone to go with you to help"

Mephisto : not that I know o-are you trying to ask me out?"

Lucifer : no I am just simply asking if you need assistance"

Mephisto : how pathetic can't even ask me straight up."

Lucifer : ....I hope you choke the next time you drink"

Mephisto : same to you. I'll meet you there"

Lucifer : good"

After this Lucifer left and neither of them actually knew if tonight was a date.

Tonight at the dance everyone was there and Lucifer's brothers saw Lucifer looking like he was waiting for someone until they saw him walk to Mephisto who show up.

Asmo : it's sailing!"

Satan : no...."

Asmo : to late he's going to be your dad"

Satan : ......"

Everyone then had to keep Satan from brutally killing Asmo.

Lucifer : you look nice tonight"

Mephisto :  I know I do. I have to look my best always. Also "

Mephisto then took a picture of Satan trying to kill Asmo and said.

Mephisto : this might be the only exciting thing to happen at this dance. I have to use what I can get"

Lucifer : that fight will not end well"

Mephisto : your brothers are something. Makes my job easier "

Lucifer : about that did you get Mammon to watch Your brother?"

Mephisto : I tried but he got Levi to do it. I'm sure their fine"

Lucifer : good. Anyway"

Lucifer then took his hand and walked away with Mephisto to the dance floor where everyone was going as a song started.

During this Lucifer put his hands around Mephisto waist while Mephisto put his arms around Lucifer's neck. Then they started to dance together.

Mephisto was again getting nervous hating that he was and that he was getting flustered. while Lucifer just smiled knowing full well this was irritating him.

Lucifer : you know I never got to finish what I wanted to say to you"

Mephisto : your talking about that night?....yeah....I was wondering what you were going to say....";

Lucifer : I'll give you a choice. Would you like me to tell you or show you"

Mephisto : your trying to avoid having to tell me now?."

Lucifer : hmm....I think I'll do both then"

Mephisto : fine do th-!?

Lucifer then push Mephisto close to him and put a hand on the side of his face and kissed him.

And Lucifer then lean close to Mephisto's ear and as he was in the middle of telling Mephisto.

Mephisto eye's lock onto the side of Lucifer neck that was so close to his mouth.

He wanted to bite him. he wanted so badly to drink his blood. And suddenly before Lucifer could finish what he was saying.

Mephisto immediately bit his neck.

Lucifer : ow!"

The second he realized what he did Mephisto quickly backed away from Lucifer looking horrified and before anything else could happen Mephisto ran off.

Lucifer : wait!"

Lucifer then went after him.

As Mephisto was running down the halls of Rad suddenly a few demons came out of a room and grabbed him  dragging him into it.

Mephisto :WHAT THE HEL-!?

One of them then covered his mouth as they shut the door to the room.

Once in the room two demons held his arms back while one was behind him covering his mouth until Mephisto bit them causing them to let go. But then demon punch him in the back which hurt a lot.

Then another demon show up and a the demons were the. Same demons who threaten to reveal his secret.

Mephisto : what do you want!?"

Demon 1 : I knew you were one of those banished demons and I was proven correct when I overheard lord Diavolo and Lucifer talk.

Mephisto : what are you talking about!?"

Demon 1 : we heard Diavolo and Lucifer talk about how your the last of those banished demons and that Diavolo took you in as his own child  instead of killing you like he should of.

Mephisto couldn't believe it they knew and couldn't believe that Lucifer knew this whole time to.

Mephisto : no...no I'm not like one of those demons! I'm not!"

Demon 1 : then prove it"

The Demon then held up his arm in front of Mephisto and then slice it cutting it and letting blood drip out of it.

Demon 1 : resist this and we'll believe you"

Mephisto : your crazy!...."

Mephisto tried to look around but the demon behind him made his head face the bleeding arm not letting him look away.

And Mephisto could feel the urge to drink it but he couldn't he had to resist.

Demon 1 : imagine what will happen when everyone finds out what Diavolo did no one will want him as king. And people will hunt you and your brother down like the freaks you a-

Mephisto : DON'T YOU DARE HURT MY BROTHER!"

Demon 1 : he's a blood sucking freak like you. A freak that should of died like you!"

Mephisto : ....."

As Lucifer was looking for Mephisto suddenly he heard demons screaming like they were being murdered.
