A pair of very familiar eyes blinked up at you through red and white hair. Even though there was no scar, it was impossible not to recognize Todoroki. What was odd, though, and certainly surprising, was the fact that the Todoroki sitting on the ground in front of you was a little kid. 

You had heard a sudden commotion while out for a walk and had rushed towards the sound to see what had happened. When you arrived, you just barely caught sight of someone running around a corner before they were gone. Left behind, a few feet away from you, was a small form that you now knew had been Todoroki. 

You assumed that the person who had run away was responsible, which meant that if it was a quirk, the affects shouldn't last for too long. But now you weren't entirely sure what to do. What you did know was that the boy looked very confused and disoriented as he stared up at you.
