Naira couldn't control her tears as well. She sat down in front of Kartik and kept her hand on his shoulder, but Kartik moved it away.

"Kartik...." Naira spoke but Kartik cut him off.

"Naira, if this was your answer, then why did you keep me waiting huh? I waited so long just to hear this no from you? This is what you wanted right? Okay then! I got my answer now!" Kartik said.

Naira tried to speak but Gayu and Mishti came to call her.

"Naira, maami is waiting!" Gayu said and she went inside.

"Will you both tell me what is happening?" Gayu asked Kartik and Mishti.

Mishti told the whole thing to Gayu.

"Wow, that's so nice! I am sure Naira said a yes. I know that she loves you, but it took so much time for her to realise to that. But then why is she marrying Rishabh?" Gayu said.

"Nahi gayu! She doesn't love me!" Kartik replied and went towards his car.

"What is wrong with Naira di? Why did she say no to bff!" Mishti said.

As Kartik went towards his car, he saw Rishabh talking on phone. He tried to ignore his presence and opened his car's door to sit, but stopped in his tracks as he heard him.

"Babe we are finally getting what we wanted! My marriage is fixed with Naira Singhania!" He spoke.

"Who is he talking to?" Kartik thought but brushed off his thoughts and went back home.

Both of them kept thinking about each other.

Naira thought about all the times Kartik helped her, took care of her. Glancing at her and Kartik's pictures tears kept streaming her eyes. She didn't know what she was feeling at that time.

Naira tried to call him but he didn't answer. She sent him a voice recording.

"Kartik please talk to me once!" Naira said.

Kartik threw his phone on the bed in anger and walked out of his room.

"What are you all doing?" Kartik asked as some preparations were going on in Goenka villa.

"Akshara ji had called Kartik! Naira is getting married! So we are taking these gifts for them." Suvarna said smiling.

"Kartik, you also come with us! We are leaving now!" Keerti said.

"I don't want to go anywhere! You all go!" He said angrily and went out.

"What happened to Kartik now?" Suvarna asked.

"Don't worry maa. I think he had some fight with Naira, he will be fine in some time!" Keerti said and till then she got a call from Gayu.

"Hello, how are you Gayu?"

"I am fine! Keerti di, is Kartik there? He is not answering anyone's calls." Gayu asked.

"He did! But I don't know what happened to Naira, she said no, and that she is getting married." Gayu said.

"This is not right! We need to do something!" Keerti said.
