Both of them reached the destination and got down from their cars.

"So..." Both of them started speaking together.

"You tell first!" Kartik continued.

"What do you have to tell me? You tell, then I will tell!" Naira said and Kartik nodded.

To Naira's shock, he sat down on one leg. There was no one around them, it was only Kartik and Naira.

"Kartik..." Naira said looking at him in confused state.

"Naira, I can't keep this with me anymore. I don't know when did this happen, how did this happen, or anything. From the time I met you, I felt different around you. I agree we fight a lot, but little did I know this jai-veeru friendship would lead to this. As time passed, you became a very important part of my life. Even a small thing that happens to you, affects me a lot. My day isn't completed without you. And now I know that my life also can never be completed without you being an important part of it. I never knew I would fall in love with this sherni. How are friendship started, and what it lead to. Your mendak, loves you so much Naira! More than anything, more than anyone. From the time I met you, there hasn't been a single moment when I didn't think about you. Yes Naira, I love you! Mai tumse bohot pyaar karta hu. I love you so so so much." Kartik said smiling.

He waited for Naira's reply, she was shocked. She hadn't expected this, she didn't know how to react. Without telling anything she walked from there.

"Naira!" Kartik called her several times, but she didn't listen.

"Naira, you can take your time! But remember that I am waiting for your answer, and that I love you so much!" He said and closed the door as she sat in her car.

She drove towards Singhania Sadan. All the way, Kartik's same words ringing in her mind.

"Your mendak loves you Naira!"

"Mai tumse bohot pyaar karta hu!"

"I love you so so so much!"

She couldn't understand what was happening. Tears kept streaming down her eyes. On one hand, she had her parents's happiness, their wish of getting her married, and on the other hand Kartik. She didn't understand what she wanted.

"Naira beta? Where were you?" Akshara asked as Naira entered Singhania Sadan.

"Haa princess, we wanted to talk to you about something!" Naitik added.

"Sorry mumma! I went to meet my friend." She replied.

"We wanted to ask you something princess!"

"Yes papa? Tell me?"

"What did you think about the marriage?" Akshara asked.

She didn't say anything. She didn't know what to reply.

"Princess, if you want more time, no problem..."

"No papa, I will meet them!" Naira said finally making everyone happy.

Akshara hugged Naira. She was still thinking about Kartik and kept crying. As Akshara broke the hug, she wiped her tears and went to her room. She wasn't happy.

2 days later

Kartik was still waiting for her answer. He kept trying to call her, but she didn't answer his call. On the other hand, the boy's family was going to come, to meet Naira and her family.

"Gayu check if Naira is ready? Rishabh's family is here." Akshara said.

"She is ready maami!"

"Okay then. Call her down."

"Naira, itna intezaar nahi hota mujhse! Please answer my phone now." Kartik said to himself as he tried calling her again, but she didn't answer. He finally decided to go and meet Naira.

"Kartik where are you going?" Keerti asked as she saw Kartik near his car.

"Woh, I am going to..."

"To meet Naira, hai na?" Keerti continued.

"Huh? What? No!"

"Kartik, you seriously can't lie to me!" Keerti said.

"Whatever!" He replied and sat in his car.

As he reached her house. He got down and saw Naira standing with Rishabh in he garden. He got jealous looking at her with him.

"Who is this boy?" Kartik said to himself as he went towards them.

"Let's go inside Naira!" Rishabh said and she nodded.

As she was going behind Rishabh, she felt a grip on her hand. It was Kartik. He pulled her close to him.

"Ahh!" She screamed.

"Shh shh, Naira, it's me, Kartik!" He whispered.

"Kartik! What are you doing here? Leave me please!" Naira said trying to come out of his grip.

"Naira, I need to talk to you!"

"Kartik I can't talk right now! Please let me go, someone will see us here!" Naira said.

"No Naira wait! You have to answer me now. I have been waiting for such a long time now. You have been ignoring me for so long. Please Naira, tell me!" Kartik said.

"Kartik? When did you come?" Gayu and mishti came out.

"Just now!"

"And Naira, maami is waiting for you, come fast!" Gayu said.

"Sorry gayu di! I am coming!" Naira said but Kartik held his hand to stop her.

"Gayu, I want to talk to her for five minutes, then she will come inside!" Kartik replied.

"Okay fine! Come fast!"

"What happened bff?" Mishti whispered.

"I will talk to you later!" He murmured and both of them went inside.

"So Naira tell me now!"

"Please Kartik, let me go! Mumma is waiting for me, I need to go!" Naira said.

"I will talk to Akshara aunty. Just talk to me once, please!" Kartik said.

"Kartik, I can't! I am getting married, Kartik! Yes, I am getting married to Rishabh!" Naira said him

Kartik was shocked to hear that, he fell on his knees and soon tears escaped his eyes.
