"How many calories does this have?" Aurora asks, pointing at a picture of a french vanilla frappe.

The barista in front of her let out a groan as her co-worker laughed. "103, ma'am."

"So, does it have sugar in it or can I get it sugar free?"

The group of four sat together in Starbucks. Carmen chewed on her chocolate chip cookies, watching in amusement as Aurora questioned everything on the menu. Zach, on the other hand, couldn't take his eyes off of Carmen.

Jonah stared openly at Aurora, amazed at her beauty. To an old man in the booth beside them, the sight was truly precious. He watched as the four interacted with smiles, finding the whole experience perfect.

"Most everything has sugar in it," the barista answers her question.

It had been nearly half an hour since they had entered Starbucks, yet Aurora still couldn't decide what she wanted, despite her many other encounters with the store.

"Are you sure?" The brunette furrows her eyebrows.

"Ma'am, I'm positive," the girl states, tapping her fingers against the counter impatiently. "So would you like to order?"

"I think I'll have a regular coffee. Just dump a bag of sugar in it," Aurora chuckles, turning to face the booth Carmen, Jonah, and Zach are seated at. "You hear that, Jonah? I like my coffee black, just like I like my-"

Carmen giggles, waiting for her to finish her sentence. Aurora glares at her jokingly.

"Why are you laughing, Caramel?" I was gonna say Oreos," she chuckles, looking at the cashier, who still stands with an angered expression. "Why are you just standing there, Jeanette? Shouldn't you be brewing my coffee?"

"My name is Jennifer."

"Hi, Jennifer. I'd like my coffee now, please. I dont think you'd like to meet my friend," Aurora reaches into her bag, earning a groan from Zach as she does so. "Would you?"

"What friend-?"

In an instant, Aurora pulls out her airhorn and pushes the button. The loud noise blares like a siren, scaring the employees and Carmen. Jonah and Zach, on the other hand, don't look surprised in the slightest.

She shoves her airhorn back into her bag before turning to the others.

"RUN! I DON'T WANT TO GO TO JAIL TODAY!"

Without even waiting on them, the girl goes sprinting out of Starbucks.

"I think I like the brown teddy bear," Carmen decides, scanning the shelves of unstuffed animals on display in Build-A-Bear Workshop. "What do you think?"

"I like the panda," Aurora squeals, pulling one of the shelf. "His name shall be Frederick."

"Frederick?" Zach questions, stretching to reach the bear for Carmen. "Why would you name it Frederick?"

"Because I like that name," she defends herself, sticking out her tongue childishly as she does so. "So his name is Frederick."

"Does Frederick have a last name?" Jonah asks, glancing at the panda as Carmen and Zach rush off to stuff her bear.

"Of course he does," Aurora scoffs. "It's Weasley."

"Fred Weasley." Jonah chuckles. "Is that the only reason you named him Frederick?"

"Would you think I was weird if I said yes?"

"I already know you're weird," he smiles, pulling her into a hug. "It's my favorite thing about you."

"Ya know, I named my penguin too. It's Jonora" she mumbles into his chest, not wanting to make eye contact as a blush fanned across her cheeks. Not giving him a chance to respond, she quickly pulls away and changes the subject. "We should probably go check on the other two. I'll kill Zach if he scares off my new friend."

Jonah arms fall back to his side as she skips off to stand behind Zach.

"Are you asking me out again?" Carmen asks, raising an eyebrow.

"I am," the younger boy answers immediately.

"Then yes."

"I heard a yes!" Aurora immediately shrieks, unable to contain her excitement. "OH MY GOODNESS, ZACH. DID YOU HEAR THAT? SHE SAID YES!"

Dancing around, she smirks at the sight of his blush. Jonah appears next to him, throwing an arm over his shoulder.

"Next time," Jack and Callie can join us," he suggests. "I believe they'd get along great."

"Who's Callie?" Carmen asks.

"She's Jack's crush," Zach explains, shrugging Jonah's arm off of him. "They met when her dog knocked them down."

"Aww," Aurora grins. "Did you hear that, Jonah? It's like us, except I attacked you with hot coffee."

"I need to hear this," Carmen says. "What hot coffee?"

"We met at Barnes and Noble!" The brunette brags proudly. "I made the first move, and gave him my number."

"She wrote it in my book," Jonah continues the story, glancing over at her. "And I'm glad she did."

"That's so cute." Carmen coos.

"No this-," Aurora says, motioning to Carmen and Zach. "Is cute. Don't you agree, Caramel? I believe you two are relationship material."

Once again, Zach blushes as Aurora plays wingman.

"I don't really do relationships," Carmen admits shyly.

"And why not?"

"My ex kinda ruined that for me," she frowns. "I haven't really tried since then."

"Oh, sorry." Aurora shifts her weight, feeling guilty for pushing the topic. "I just think you and Zach would be perfect together. He's sweet, and he deserves someone like you."

Carmen blushes, causing Zach's face to light up as she does.

"Now," Aurora says, taking Frederick out of Jonah's hand. "I believe we should put some voice boxes inside of these bears. What do you say, Caramel?"

"Let's go," Carmen agrees, nodding.

They link arms before walking away. Zach stands still, biting his lip as Jonah winks and follows the girls.

"I'm warning you now," Aurora states, petting Frederick absentmindedly. "If you don't have gummies, Frederick and I are out."

Jonah had finally succeeded in dragging her out of the mall. The group of four was currently on their way to the Why Don't We house.

"We have gummies," Zach assures her, tugging on Jonah's sleeve. "Jonah has a thing for them. I guess you guys are meant to be, right? That's another thing in common."

Aurora sinks back into her seat next to Carmen, blushing furiously. She stays quiet for a moment before speaking up.

"Hey, do you guys wanna hear Frederick talk?"

"Sure," Carmen says with a smirk, covering her ears.

When Aurora presses the button, a pterodactyl screech fills the car. Zach jumps, slamming his knee into the dashboard and yelping like a kicked puppy. Jonah, unfazed, just shakes his head, smiling.

"Isn't it adorable? You guys should hear Caramel's," she giggles. "Turn it on, Caramel."

In an instant, a loud, eery screech - terribly similar to the noise the Grudge makes - fills the car. Aurora laughs loudly as Zach screams loud enough to wake the people of Wakanda and slams his knee into Jonah's arm, briefly causing the vehicle to swerve.

Glancing at his date through the rearview mirror, Jonah can't help but to smile, already falling for her.
