Lyrakit glanced around, there were... so.many.cats. She watched silently as they all glanced over at her, and some began to walk over to her. Her heart quickened as she turned around and ran from them, "Lyrakit!" she heard her father, Sunwhisker call, "Come back!" But Lyrakit was horrified, she wouldn't turn back, wouldn't stop, she just kept running and running and running.The snow now almost went up to her chin, being a small kit it was understandable. She'd been running for a long time now, and turning around she couldn't see camp or even any cat she knew. She was so cold, and couldn't feel her paws at all. She sneezed and sneezed, but didn't know what was going on. Everything around her was getting blurry, her body felt frozen. She stood in place and waited for everything to end. She begged that it would be over soon. But she felt large amounts of fur covering her, "I'll keep you warm," a kind voice said. Usually Lyrakit would run and scream, but she was so cold, and this tom was so nice."T-thank you," she said."Are you lost?" the tom asked, trying to keep the small cat as warm as possible."Yes I am." Lyra mewed quietly, "Can you please help me get home?""Of course I can." the tom said warmly, "what's your name?""Lyrakit" she said, "but I'm almost an apprentice so I'm gonna be Lyrapaw soon."Lyrakit could feel the tom smile"My name is Guppy"
