Contact is allowed with SAP(RUBY GOOSE) CoC at Grafenwoehr, specifically CHIEF WARRANT OFFICER GRADE TWO MAURICE HENLEY in order to develop a contact plan with members of SAP(RUBY GOOSE) at SITE-CHARLIE-2-19 who may be engaged with combat elements of OPERATION KNIFE CATCHER.
