"Hey Y/n" I stood shocked there with my jaw open. "Jin oppa" he looked different. His eyes looked dull and his face looked more mature now. Just two years and he changed so much. "I missed you" he smiled making my eyes moist. "I missed you too" I walked to him and wrapped my arms around him placing my head on his chest. He is one of the people I missed in this pack and longed to see for.

I felt happy to be with him. "God, you are gonna make me cry" I sniffled looking at Jin oppa who was trying hard not to cry. "Sorry" he wiped my tears and smiled. "Well I think I should leave" I looked at Namjoon who was standing awkwardly at the entrance. "I should do the same" I turned and saw Taehyung. I forgot Taehyung is here till now. "Jin oppa, I want you to meet someone" I pulled him by his hand and stopped in front of Taehyung.

"This is Taehyung, alpha of the Crescent moon pack" he smiled shaking his hand. "I know him. We have met before in few meetings" Taehyung nodded in reply giving him a hug. "I am glad to meet you again" while they were catching up, I looked at the door and saw Namjoon has left the room. I felt guilty for ignoring him. Even though I didn't do anything wrong I felt the urge to apologize to him. "I will leave you two to catch up then" Taehyung left the room patting my head.

"So" I looked at Jin oppa confused. "How are you?" I chuckled at his awkward question. "I have been better oppa" I sat on the bed looking at him. "I came to visit you in the library but Minah told me you left the city" he sat beside me on the bed. "I went to search for you" he said making me snap my attention at him. "What do you mean?" he seemed to notice my confusion cause he spoke again.

"When you got kidnapped, alpha informed me everything. I know you are a fighter and you won't die easily so I went looking for you" his voice sounded distant as he looked at me. "I couldn't sleep in peace knowing you could be in danger" his eyes were moistened with tears again. "I missed you a lot when I was there" I bit my lip trying not to cry again.

"Why didn't you tell me about Namjoon?" I can sense a bit of anger in his voice. "I don't know honestly" I looked at him and frowned when I saw disappoint look on his face. "I thought you trust me" he said with pain filling his beautiful brown eyes. "It's not like that oppa. I do trust you. I didn't know how to react to his rejection back then" I tried my best to explain him without breaking down.

"I am sorry too. I shouldn't blame you" he pulled me in a hug and I let my tears flow silently hiding my face in his neck. This is third time I am crying today. God I am being such a baby. I pulled away and looked at his shirt which was now wet because of my tears. "I am sorry about your shirt" he shook his head smiling. "That's not important now"

"Why did you come back then?" I asked wiping my tears. "Alpha called me yesterday and told me you came back. I started sorting everything right away and it took me almost eight hours to reach the pack house" I gave him a closed lip smile. "So, he knows you went looking for me" he nodded his head confirming my thoughts. "Which pack are you from oppa?" he looked at me surprised. It kept bothering me from as far as I know him.

There is something about him which I don't know. If he trusts me as he said he will tell me the truth, right? "My pack doesn't exist officially anymore" he sounded sad. Does that mean he could be from Red moon pack like me? "Are you from Red moon pack?" I asked him and his eyes widened at the pack name. "How do you know about it?" his question confirmed my doubts. "Alpha told me about it"

"So, you found out about your story?" I can't be surprised anymore. I guessed he would know already. "So, you know too?" I asked him disappointed that he never told me before. "It wasn't my place to tell you Y/n" he stopped glancing at me before continuing "I was told to protect and guard you when I turned fifteen. I was trained to protect you all my life. My father made it clear that you don't know about it"

"I don't understand" I replied crunching my eyebrows in confusion. "I am the son of beta couple. My father was your dad beta. He was instructed to keep you safe by alpha but he lost you in the battle. When he found out alpha is alive, he tried to contact but he died by the time we found you" I listened to him silently not saying anything. "My father started gathering people who were left after the pack attack. Meanwhile he asked me to take care of you"

"Does that mean you were supposed to be beta of the pack?" I asked after few minutes of silence. "I should have. My father told me I was close to your brother when I was young. We were best buddies" I smiled at thought of two kids goofing around. "Do you think he is alive?" he knows who I am referring to without saying his name. "I believe he is. We will not give up until we find him too like we did with you"

"Can I meet your father?" I want to know about them. I want to help them in building pack house again. As alpha family it is my responsibility to help them. "He is travelling to the southern packs to find our pack members. I will inform him about you and ask him to visit us" I nodded my head. "How did he find the pack members?" I asked him which was bugging me. "We all have same mark on the hind leg which is acceptance of the pack"

"I haven't seen these marks in any other pack" I replied remembering the mark I got after I was injected by them. "We are blessed with it when the angel was born in our pack" he said referring to the same story. "Just like our pack, Cayden pack members also has the mark" I thought about all the information till I find.

"I can't believe all of this" he chuckled making me smile. "I know its hard to believe" I looked at him. "Having a handsome beta like me is hard to believe" he said posing like a model. I slapped his arm making him boom in to laughter. "I wish I could agree but then I would be lying" I said winking at him cheekily. "What does that mean" he yelled offended making me laugh this time.

He pouted cutely like a kid making me smile. This is the feeling of being home which I missed all this time. Even though I kept saying I missed him, I realized how much he mean to me after spending some time with him. He was a family I always wished to have. Seeing him now made me relieved and happy. "So, will you tell me what happened in these two years?" he asked me once we settled down from our funny argument.

"well-" my stomach grumbled loudly stopping my words. "Well I guess we should feed your stomach first before talking" Jin oppa laughed making me embarrassed. "Come on" he pulled me by my hand walking in to the kitchen. "I missed your cooking" I told him and sat on the stool near the isle. "good, cause you will be eating a lot from now on wards" He pulled some vegetables out and started cutting them. "Do you need help?" he shook his head.

"Just sit there and talk. I will handle everything" I glanced at the living room and saw it empty. Everyone must be sleeping by now. "What are you making?" I asked him. "Kimchi fried rice" he answered not looking up from the bowl. "where were you searching for me?" I was curious how he never found me. "I went to northern packs where rogues are appearing a lot. I thought I will see you in one of their hideouts but I never succeeded"

"You know I was staying in the abandoned area beside our pack" he stopped the work and looked at me stunned. "What?" I chuckled at his expression. "They kept me in the dudgeon in that area. They asked me to join them which I did and trained with them for almost a year there" he opened and closed his mouth not knowing what to say. I explained everything how I got kidnapped and what happened there. "So, you met them after you saved his mate" I nodded my head.

Even though it's not my place to tell him about Areum, I had to tell some part so that he can understand my story clearly. I didn't explain everything but enough to make him understand. "I am shocked they agreed to let you join you their pack?" I fake mad at him. "What do you mean?" he shook his head. "I didn't mean in bad way. Its just that its too risky to let a rogue join their pack" I can understand what he is implying. No one will agree to let a rogue join the pack let alone the one who kidnapped their Luna.

"Have you told them about your past?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at him. "I don't think they need to know" I know he is referring to Namjoon and others from shadow pack. "But he is your mate" I scoffed making him glare. "I came with my pack to help them. I will leave once the problem is sorted" I said stretching my part. "Fine. Whatever you feel right" he sighed placing a plate of rice in front of me. "Just don't regret anything later"

He left the kitchen leaving me alone with my thoughts. I felt mad that he is supporting Namjoon even after knowing what he did.

He is not supporting anyone. He is just saying the truth

Great you are alive

You would be dead if I die you know

I rolled my eyes at her sarcasm.

Why didn't you spoke till now then?

I was giving you space

You need time to adjust to the truth so I stayed calm

I sighed knowing she won't answer me. She never says anything even if I ask her. I have to find out when time comes. I don't know how she knows all these things but she seems to be aware of everything. she does help me when I need advice. I can always rely on her no matter what happens.

Stop thinking much and eat

I grinned at her words before scooping some rice in to the spoon and eating. I missed his food so much. As much as I tease him, I love his cooking. I think he already know this.

I won't ask you but tell me one thing. Do you know who he is or if he is alive

Hearing those words somehow made me relaxed and anxious at the same time. It would be ok even if I don't meet him but I just wanted to know if he is alive or not. The thought of having someone close to me made me happy and scared. Even if he is alive, I don't know what kind of situation he was raised in. what if he ends up to be rogue or worse what if he hates me for being a rogue. I don't think I can handle anymore hate from people I care.

I washed my plate and placed it in the stand before walking upstairs. I don't think I can sleep with all these thoughts but I have to rest at least a while so that I can train others tomorrow. I was walking to the room Taehyung and I shared until someone pulled me in to random room. I was about to hit the person but stopped when I saw it was Namjoon.

"What the hell?" he lowered his arms when he realized I am not gonna hit him. "I wanted to talk to you" I sighed. "Is it how you talk?" he flinched at my tone. "I am sorry. I didn't mean to scare you" this is the first time I have seen Namjoon scared. "What do you want to talk about?" I asked him crossing my arms over my chest.

"I wanted to apologize and ask for a chance" I scoffed hearing him. "You know that won't happen" I ignored his words and tried to walk out of the room. But he stopped me by grabbing my arm and pulled me to him. Before I can respond he placed his lips on mine and kissed me. I stood there wide eyed with surprise while he stole my first kiss.

Hello everyone... I am back with new chapter. Happy birthday to our handsome Jin. I wanted publish this yesterday but couldn't do it.
