I would like to preface this with a warning:

I have three main rules for your character:

#1 This is the year 3268. Every one I ed. NO PREEXISTING CHARACTERS. *glares* nobody even vaguely related to anybody *glare intensifies* yOU PEOPLE KNOW WHO YOU ARE

#2 If your character is attention seeking whiny little bitch my dinosaurs will eat them.

#3: Evolution has happened, its been a hot minute and literally almost everybody died. So yes, powers are allowed. You can have wings, horns, tails etc, but nothing that goes into species territory.

Normal Rules ~

1: No Smut. Pm it. Timeskip it. Just don't rip it.

#2: Cursing is okay, but you may want to censor it so you don't get reported.

#3: Don't be Over Powered. Nobody likes a character that just keeps fighting when they've been shot 10 times.

#4: Interact with people! If you want your character to make friends interact with characters. Nobody will care if you butt in on a conversation unless its a ship.

#5: Be descriptive! One complete sentence, please.

Do Not: Jazz cried.

Do: Jazz was crying because she lost her doll, which was the only thing she had left from home.

#6 The Sos and No CR Abuse rules are in effect here.
A little reminder for those who aren't aware, The SOS rule stands for save our ships. Which basically means you are not allowed to kill a character in a major ship. No CR abuse is pretty self-explanatory. Don't abuse your Cinnamon Rolls. *Squints at Gladi and Carter* *aND LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE*

#7: Be nice to each other! Characters can be mean to other characters but admins cannot be mean to other admins.
