I know thoughts can be be troubling, but you need to sleep.
Even though the bad thoughts are keeping you awake, you must sleep so you may have good thoughts again.
Do whatever you need to do to achieve sleep so you can start fresh tomorrow.
Just think of all the good tomorrows of your life, even if they seem far far away. You'll get there one day.
But for now, you must sleep.
