DAY TWO BEFORE BATTLE WITH SHANGQU.

BOURBON STREET

The next day, Max, Gia and Christy are taking a stroll. Baby Marion is in her stroller, playing with her plush teddy bear.

"Thanks for the plush teddy bear, Christy. Marion loves it." Max thanked her with a small smile.

"The teddy bear is a little gift from Auntie Christy." Christy said with a small smile. "And by the way, everyone's gonna meet up at Zenith's and Thalia's monastery get-together party."

"Sounds fun." Gia said.

"Yeah." Christy said.

Max, Gia and Christy exchange small smiles at each other and continues with their stroll.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

Later on that day, in the ballroom, Christy is with Luna, Trinity and Nikole with a grimoire.

"Mom and Dad have been helping me with new magic spells. But I do some of them on my own at the St. Louis Cathedral and here at home." Nikole said.

"Okay. Luna? Trinity? Nik? I'm gonna need your help with The Squinox. I assume your parents told you about it, Nikole." Christy said.

"Mom and Dad did." Nikole said. "Dad said that The Squinx opens a portal to a realm named The Nexus Realm."

"Okay." Christy said.

In the study, Christy is sitting behind the desk, looking at her mini-projector, which is on the desk, showing a hologram of The Nexus Realm.

"The Nexus Realm is a dull realm with caves and predatory creatures known as the Bioraptors. Red lightings and thunder rumbles in the gray sky." The female voice of the mini-projector explained the Nexus Realm. "The air is thin and a breather mask is required."

Klaus slowly walks inside and looks at the hologram. "What's with the hologram?"

"The Nexus Realm." Christy replied. And looks up at him. "Klaus? Is something wrong?"

Klaus looks at Christy, a bit confused. "Not at all, why do you asks?"

"Because you seem off. Like, something's bothering you and you don't want to tell me." Christy said to him, concerned. "I mean, whatever it is, we can talk about it."

"I know. But I would rather for you to focus on your battle." Klaus said to her.

"Okay." Christy said. "And by the way, Zenith and Thalia are having a get-together party at their monastery this afternoon."

"Alright." Klaus said.

ROUSSEAU'S

Christy is sitting at a table with a small plate of slice of Cherry pie, eating on it with a fork.

Amaranth sits down at the table across from Christy. "Hi, Christy."

"What do you want?" Christy asked her.

"To apologize." Amaranth told Christy. "My quarrel isn't with you, it's with Klaus."

"Yeah, I know. My husband has many vengeful enemies." said Christy.

"Klaus didn't tell you?" Amaranth said, bewildered.

"Didn't tell me what?" Christy asked Amaranth.

"First, Klaus lied to you about where he was last night. He wasn't at Rousseau's." Amaranth told Christy.

"How do you know this?" Christy asked Amaranth.

"Because he was with me last night." Amaranth told Christy. "We kissed and one thing lead to another and then, voila."

"I don't believe you." Christy said to her, not believing Amaranth.

"It's Klaus's and I's little secret. He didn't want to tell you because he was scared of your reaction." Amaranth told Klaus, gently resting her chin on her hand. "But now, that you know, Klaus is in so much trouble."

Amaranth and Christy exchange looks at each other and Christy continues eating on her cherry pie.

ZENITH'S AND THALIA'S MONASTERY

That late afternoon, the Mikaelson's, along with Zenith and Thalia, Max and Gia, Marcel and Ana are sitting outdoors under a tent, after eating their takeout food and dessert.

Luna and Trinity, along with Nikole, Damien and Irene are playing catch ball.

Gia and Christy are playing with Baby Marion, sitting on the porch swing.

"She has your eyes, Gia." Christy said with a small smile.

Gia chuckled to herself. "Yeah, she does."

And then, Gia and Christy exchange looks at each other and Gia becomes worried.

"I'll be fine, Gia. And so will Max." Christy reassured her.

"I know." Gia said to Christy. And Baby Marion coos to herself, playing with her plush teddy bear. "And I have faith and hopes that Maxy will come back home alive and safely. And you too as well, also Zenith and Thalia too."

Gia and Christy exchange small smiles at each other and enjoys the rest of the get-together party.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

That evening, in the courtyard, Christy is sitting on the sofa, playing with her wooden acoustic guitar.

Klaus slowly walks up to her. "Luna and Trinity are in their rooms."

"Okay." Christy said, and stops playing her guitar and looks up at him. "Is it true?"

"What's true?" Klaus asked.

"You lied to me about where you were last night, Niklaus. You told me you were at Rousseau's, but you rolling around in bed with Amaranth." Christy told her husband.

Klaus becomes worried. "Christiana?"

"Don't." Christy said, gently setting down her guitar on the coffee table. And gets up to her feet. "Why would you do something like that?"

"Amaranth had me under her magical necklace influence. I tried to fight it." Klaus explained.

"But you couldn't help yourself and you gave in." Christy said, and slowly walks up to him. "I told you what would happen if you screwed up again."

"Chris?" Klaus said, realizing that she's very serious about her threat. "I didn't meant it."

And Christy stabs Klaus in his chest with the Papa Tunde's Blade. He collapses on the floor, unconscious.

FLEURS DE LIS SANITARIUM

After a few minutes, Klaus is laying on a stretcher bed. Christy slowly walks up to him. With her pocket knife, she cuts Klaus's chest wound with him grunting and pulls out the Papa Tunde's Blade from his chest.

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other and she slowly walks away from him.

Klaus slowly sits up straight on the bed. "Why did you bring me here to the sanatarium?"

"Because I didn't want our daughters to hear you yelp out in pain when I pulled out the Papa Tunde's Blade." Christy told him and looks at him.

"Christy? I'm sorry." Klaus apologized.

"Don't apologize, because you suck at it." Christy told him with her eyes glow red in anger. "And I also probed your mind. Elijah also knows about Amaranth's little secret. You're dead to me, Niklaus."

"Christiana?" Klaus said.

"And don't waste your breath, I don't care anymore. And when I get back from the battle of ShangQu, don't bother asking me for my forgiveness." Christy told him.

Klaus and Christy exchange glumly looks at each other.

"I have loved you for many years, Klaus. Fought by your side, loved you, cared for you. And this is how you hurt me? Amaranth? You're dead to me." Christy told Klaus with an angry glare and teleports away.

And leaving Klaus alone in a empty room by himself.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

Later on that night, Elijah is sitting at the minibar with his drink of bourbon. He senses Christy behind him, a few feet away behind him.

"I assume that you know of Klaus's secret with Amaranth?" Elijah said, and turns around to look at Christy and glances at her left blood-stained hand, which holds the blood-stained Papa Tunde's Blade. "Have you come to me to exact the same punishment as you did Niklaus?"

"As a matter of fact . . ." Christy trailed off, super-sped up to him. And stabs Elijah with the Papa Tunde's Blade in his chest while covering his mouth with her hand. ". . . I have."

Elijah collapses onto the floor, unconscious. And Christy walks away from her brother-in-law.

Klaus walks back inside the courtyard of the Mikaelson Compound and sees Elijah laying on the floor.

Klaus vamp-sped up to Elijah, kneels down beside him and pulls out the Papa Tunde's Blade. "Elijah?"

"Christiana knows." Elijah told his brother, sitting up straight. "She knows about you and Amaranth."

"I know." Klaus said and gently sits down across from him. "I know, Elijah."

Klaus and Elijah exchange worried looks at each other.
