FRENCH QUARTER

The next day, Christy is taking a stroll around, eating on a paper wrapped cinnamon roll.

"A cinnamon roll? Really?" Klaus said, slowly walks up beside her.

"I have a sweet tooth sometimes." Christy said to her husband with a small smile.

"Luna and Trinity are with Nikole at Camp Orasani. And so, I thought you and I could spend some time with each other after our reconciliation." Klaus said to her.

"I always love spending some time together, Klaus." Christy said to him.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other and they stroll around the French Quarter together.

FRENCH QUARTER

Afterwards, Klaus and Christy are sitting at a table across from each other.

"So, what happened with Amaranth?" Klaus asked.

At the mention of Amaranth, Christy becomes gloomy. "She wanted to go back to her deceased loved ones, and so, I sent her back."

"Amaranth is deceased again." Klaus said.

"Yeah." Christy said, taking another bite of her beignet.

"Are you alright?" Klaus asked.

"Yeah, I'll be fine." Christy reassured him, and gently leans back in her chair. "Amaranth didn't deserve to be resurrected and used by Persephone."

"No, she did not." Klaus agreed with Christy. And gently leans his arms folded on the table. "Is there more to The Nexus Realm? Because what I saw; Bioraptors? An abandoned house? A gray sky? Red lightning?"

"I know. The Nexus Realm is spooky creepy." Christy said to him. "But if you want to know a little bit more about it, you can borrow my mini-projector anytime you want."

"Maybe." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"How about lunch?" Klaus asked.

"Sure." Christy said.

ST. JAMES INFIRMARY

Later on that day, Klaus and Christy are sitting at a table with their plates of food and glasses of red wine.

"Klaus? What's wrong?" Christy asked.

"Nothing, I'm fine." Klaus reassured her.

"If this is your way of apologizing for the fight we had, it's okay. I forgive you for it." Christy said to him.

"I sort of figured out that you were going to figure it out." Klaus said, gently folding his arms on the table.

"Klaus? It wasn't you, you were being magically controlled." Christy said.

"I know, but the thing was, even though, I tried to fight it, it took over me still." Klaus said.

"Klaus? . . ." Christy trailed off, gently holding his hand on the table. ". . . We're okay. We've gotten through rough patches and we've made amends. And even though, you're a pain in the ass sometimes, I still love you."

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"So, how about a beignet or pastry for dessert?" Christy suggested.

"Sure." Klaus said.

BOURBON STREET

That afternoon, Klaus and Christy are taking a stroll through Bourbon Street, listening to some jazz music from the jazz musicians.

Christy is nibbling on a paper food tray of cream puffs.

"I enjoyed our lunch date." Christy said to her husband. "It was sweet of you."

"I know, so did I." Klaus said.

And then, Christy stops walking and then, gently puts a hand on Klaus's shoulder, causing him to stop.

Both Klaus and Christy turns around behind them and looks at The Elder Goddess of the Underworld, Persephone, wearing casual clothes.

"Persephone? What are you doing here?" Christy asked.

"Aurora has made a deal with me." Persephone told them both.

"What sort of deal?" Klaus asked.

"Aurora wants Klaus and I get Christy." Persephone told Klaus and Christy. "Of course, I lied to the redheaded vampire bitch."

"Why are you telling us this?" Christy asked.

"Because I have a little soft spot for you both." said Persephone. "And I also know that you two loves each other."

"Where is Aurora now?" Christy asked.

"If I tell you, Christiana, then, your handsome hubby, Klaus, will kill her again." Persephone said with a sly grin. "And besides, I am curious as I want to see how it plays out."

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other and gives Persephone a really look expression on their faces.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

Later on that evening, in the courtyard, Klaus and Christy are sitting on the sofa, beside each other, with tin cans of fruit salads, eating with forks.

"Luna and Trinity will be arriving here in a minute." Klaus said, eating a slice of mango peach.

"Okay." Christy said. "They're gonna be sleepy when they get there."

"You and Kol have a good relationship." Klaus mentioned.

"Yeah, I've grown on him." Christy said, which makes Klaus chuckles softly. "The Mikaelson's."

"I know." Klaus said.

"I've been avoiding it for a while, but Klaus, we have to face it. My Dark Enchantress." Christy said.

"I know." Klaus said to her. "She's gonna resurfaced again."

"I'm gonna do things, I'm gonna say hurtful things. I will destroy anything. And when it comes, Klaus, you know what you have to do." said Christy.

Klaus and Christy exchange concerned looks at each other.

"I know you really don't want to do, but I'm asking you to. I don't want to hurt anyone else." Christy said.

"You won't." Klaus said. "And you sometimes, forget that I'm not frightened of your Dark Enchantress."

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

And then, Luna and Trinity walks inside with their backpacks.

"Hey, Mom. Hey, Dad." Trinity greeted both her parents.

"Hey, Luna. Trinity." Christy greeted back her daughters.

Luna and Trinity sits down in the sofa chairs. And Trinity looks at the cream puffs.

"Are those cream puffs?" Trinity said.

"I ate a few, but you and Luna can have the rest." Christy said.

"Okay. Thanks, Mom." Luna thanked with a small smile.

And Luna and Trinity eats on the shares the cream puffs together.
