The next day, Klaus is painting on his canvas with his painting brush.

{Christy's Orasanian Uniform}

Klaus looks at Christy as she walks inside, wearing her Orasanian uniform.

"Heading to Mount Orasani?" Klaus asked her.

"Yeah, for a while." Christy said to her husband. "I won't be gone long."

Klaus and Christy exchange looks at each other and her wrist-comm pings.

Christy presses the 'Answer' button on her wrist comm. A small hologram of Dementrio appears.

"Dementrio?" Christy said.

"Hello, Christiana." Dementrio greeted her. "You are requested to the grand hall."

"I will be there. I'm on my way right now." Christy said to him.

"I will let your father and mother know right away, Milady." Dementrio said on the wrist-comm and switches off.

"Another meeting?" Klaus asked.

"Probably. I don't know." Christy said to him. "I'll try not to be gone long."

"I'll be fine, and I'm not the person to hold you back from things." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other. He pecks a kiss on her cheek.

"Go ahead. I'll see you whenever you come back." Klaus said.

"Okay." Christy said, and teleports away in golden dust.

HOME ISLAND OF MOUNT ORASANI / GRAND HALL

Later on that day, Max, wearing his Orasanian uniform, and Christy are sitting on the steps, looking at pictures of Max, Gia and their newborn baby daughter, Marion, on his phone.

"She is so gorgeous." Christy said, admiring the pictures.

"Thanks." Max thanked her with a smile. "Gia and I take turns with Mar by Rock, Paper, Scissors. And Mar makes the cutie giggles whenever I and Gia tickles her stomach."

Max and Christy exchange chuckles with each other.

"You're a father now, Max. You have two someone's to fight for." Christy said.

"Yeah, I do." said Max with a small smile.

And then, Zenith and Thalia slowly walks inside the grand hall.

"Hey, guys." Thalia greeted.

"Hello, Thalia." Max greeted.

Minutes later...

The Elder God and Elder Goddess, Cyrus and Ismene, are with General Markos, Zenith, Thalia, Max and Christy discussing the upcoming battle with the ShangQu Warriors.

"The Orasanian Warriors will depart for ShangQu by a riverboat in three days." General Markos said. And looks at Zenith, Thalia, Max and Christy. "I understand the four of you are in retirement."

"We are." Zenith spoke in his English accent.

"What do you asks?" Max asked.

"The four of you can be pulled out of your retirements to assist in the battle against the ShangQu Warriors." Cyrus said.

General Markos looks at Christy. "It would be such an honor to have the Legendary Orasani Warrior, Christiana, to fight alongside."

"Zenith? Thalia? Maximus? Christiana? You four have a decision to make. You can choose to come out of retirement or not. The decision is yours." said Ismene.

That afternoon, Christy slowly walks inside and looks at her youngest daughter, Trinity, gently brushing a pony's head hair.

"Hey, Trin." Christy greeted her youngest daughter.

Trinity glances at her mother, Christy, with a small smile. "Hey, Mom."

"Brushing the ponies?" Christy said, slowly walks up to the pony.

"Yeah, Aediphae said that you love ponies when you were a preteen." Trinity said.

"Yeah. I used to get pony rides outdoors while Tithonus and Aediphae observed me. I fell off a pony and scraped my knee." Christy told Trinity.

"Really? Did you get back on the pony?"Trinity said.

"I did." Christy replied. "And afterwards, I fed it some carrots."

"Gosh, Mom. You did a lot of things in your childhood." Trinity said.

"Yeah, I did." Christy said. "Where's Lu? You two are always together?"

"She's with Grandma Nadia." Trinity replied. "She texted me herself."

"Okay." Christy said.

Christy's phone buzzes in her Velcro jacket pocket. She pulls out her phone and looks at it.

Ana

Christy answers her phone. "Hey, Ana."

"Hey, BooBabe. I spied with my little eye, your hubby, Klaus, and Amaranth. Seems like they were talking about something as they were strolling around in the French Quarter. But I wasn't eavesdropping." Ana told Christy on the phone.

"Where were you when you spied on Klaus and Amaranth?" Christy asked.

"At our café." Ana told her. "I just happened to see them taking a stroll together."

"Well, I'm sure that Klaus is trying to get Amaranth to open up to him." Christy said. "But I'll talk him when I get back home."

"Okay. I'll see you when I see you." Ana said.

"You too, Ana." Christy said, and hangs up her phone.

"Dad's in trouble, isn't he, Mom." Trinity said, with a playfully smile.

"Maybe." Christy said.

Trinity and Christy exchange small smiles and playfully chuckles.

Later on that late afternoon, in the courtyard, Christy is sitting sideways in a sofa chair, gently spinning athame knife in her hand.

Klaus slowly walks inside the courtyard and looks at his wife. "Christy?"

"Ana told me that she saw you and Amaranth strolling around in the French Quarter together." Christy told him.

"Before you start to accuse me of being unfaithful to you, I assure that nothing happened. I saw Amaranth in the Jackson Square, admiring paintings, and I asked her if she wanted my company. She and I took stroll, but Amaranth is smart." Klaus told Christy.

"You know, first, it was Genevieve, and then, Aurora. And now, it's your old friend, Amaranth Petrova, who, by the way, sent Ninth Ward Versailles witches to kill me at the St. Anne's Church." Christy told him, slowly getting up to her feet, still holding the athame knife in her hand.

"Chris?" Klaus said.

And then, Christy super-sped up to Klaus with a serious look on her face, pointing the athame knife to his chest. "Let me make myself clear to you, if you screw up, I will gut you and leave your hybrid heart on a silver platter. Do I make myself perfectly clear? And no, Niklaus? I'm not bluffing."

"Yes, ma'am." Klaus answered.

"Good." Christy said.

Klaus small smiles to himself and gently lowering the athame knife. "I do love it when you threaten me, Love. It's cute."

Christy rolls her eyes at him and her serious expression soften. "Whatever."

Klaus and Christy shares a kiss and she walks away from him, walking back to the sofa chair and sits back down.

"So, how did it go at Mount Orasani?" Klaus asked, sitting in the sofa chair beside her.

"The Orasanian Warriors will be battling The ShangQu Warriors on their ShangQu's battlefield. The riverboat will leave in three days." Christy told him.

"Are you gonna go?" Klaus asked.

"Dementrio knows about the retirements of Me, Zenith, Thaila, and Max. He asked us to accompany. So, if I'm gonna go, it's a decision that we have to make." Christy said.

"You said it yourself that you miss the thrill." Klaus said.

"Yeah, I do sometimes." Christy said.

"I have to asks, when you threatened me, did you threaten me as Christy? Or as the Dark Enchantress?" Klaus asked.

"Were my eyes wicked red?" Christy asked him.

"No." Klaus replied.

"Then, I threatened you as me." Christy said to him. "You know, my eyes become wicked red when I become my dark alter ego, so, yeah, I'm me."

Klaus and Christy exchange reassuring small smiles at each other.

"There's a little cutie baby that I've been excited about visiting." Christy said, teleporting away in golden dust.

MAX'S AND GIA'S PENTHOUSE

That evening, in the living room, Christy is gently holding a sleeping Baby Marion in her arms.

Gia and Christy exchange glances at each other as Gia slowly walks up beside her.

"She is so beautiful." Christy said to Gia.

"You've said that a few times already, Christy." Gia said with a small smile.

"I know, but still." Christy said with a small smile. "Did Max tell you about the battle with the ShangQu Warriors?"

"Yeah, he did." Gia replied. "We talked about it when he got home."

"And now, you're worried that Max won't come back home." Christy pointed out.

Gia has a worried look on her face. "Yeah."

"Max will make it back home to you and Marion. I assure you that, Gia. He and I have each other's backs. Always have." Christy said to her.

"I know." Gia said.

"Where's Max?" Christy asked.

"He's in the study with his mini projector thing." Gia said.

And then, Max slowly walks into the living room. "I was in the study with my mini projector thing."

Max, Christy and Gia exchange small smiles at each other.

And Christy gently hands Baby Marion over to Max.

"She's still asleep." Max said, gently holding his daughter in his arms. "I'm gonna go put her in her nursery."

"Okay." Christy said.

And Max walks away, holding Baby Marion.

"I gotta go, but I'll see you guys around." Christy said.

"Alright." Gia said.

Gia and Christy shares a hug and Christy walks away.

"Love you, Christy." Gia said.

"Love you too, G." Christy said.

And Christy leaves.

Later on that night, Christy, Luna and Trinity are sitting atop of the second floor balcony railing, eating spoonfuls of yogurt. Christy is sitting in the middle of her daughters.

"Dad told us that you have to decide on leaving for ShangQu battle?" Luna said, eating a small spoonfuls of yogurt.

"Yeah, but I haven't really decided on it yet." Christy said.

"Mom? If you wanna go, then, you go." Trinity said. "Just come back alive and in one piece."

"Yeah, what Trinity said." Luna said.

Christy small smiles to herself. "You girls have been so supportive of me whenever I go on mission tasks or a battle."

"Of course, we'll always support you, Mom. We love you and so does Dad." Luna said.

"And to be honest, Luna and Trinity, whenever we talk about the mission tasks or a battle, I've been waiting for the other shoe to drop." Christy said, eating a small spoonful of her yogurt.

"We know. And it's okay." Luna said.

Christy, Luna and Trinity exchange small smiles at each other.

In the empty bar counter, Christy is sitting at a table with her bottle of cider.

"Nightcap?" Klaus said, sitting beside her at the table.

"Yeah." Christy said, taking another sip of her bottle of cider. "You?"

"I have plenty of drinks at home." Klaus said. "So, have you decided about your departure for the battle?"

"Yeah. Luna, Trinity and I had a talk about it and I'm gonna go." Christy told her husband.

"Alright then." Klaus said to her. "Just be careful."

"I always am." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"I'm sure that Amaranth has a revenge scheme up her sleeves for you." Christy said to him.

"Yeah, I'm certain that she does." Klaus said. "Her anger is with me, but she's already gotten to you once with the assistance from Versailles witches."

"Seems like Amaranth isn't really that bad a person. She's just angry and hurt." Christy said.

"You don't know what Amaranth is capable of." Klaus said.

"I'm pretty sure I do after she revealed her mischievousness." Christy said to him.

"Kol and Rebekah will be arriving in New Orleans tomorrow morning." said Klaus.

"It's gonna be good seeing both Kol and Rebekah again after a while." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

3RD POV

After Christy left Rousseau's, Klaus is sitting at the bar counter with his glass of bourbon.

The door opens and closes; and Amaranth slowly walks inside.

"Hi, Klaus." Amaranth greeted him.

Klaus looks at Amaranth with a straight face. "Amaranth Petrova."

Amaranth uses her magical powers to sling Klaus across the empty bar. He falls on the floor with a grunt.

Amaranth vamp-speed up to Klaus and grabs him by his jacket collar. "I've been wanting to hurt you like you hurt me, I'm going to enjoy."

Amaranth uses her crystal teardrop necklace, which glows, to hypnotize Klaus.
