15. Dark Tutor ♥︎
Peter sat down in the tree house, balancing on the sill of the round window. In his hands he held the wind pipes, he had cut down. The magical sounds continued to play when the wind got entrance through the pipes. With his hands he bound them together, creating an instrument only he could play.
A sudden presence made him stop mid action. « Is this how you spend your precious time getting off this island? » A mocking voice sounded behind him. Immediately Peter created a fire ball in his hand, without hesitating and was ready to attack the intruder. « You can't harm me, I'm barely here. » The woman taunted him. Peter frowned and looked at the woman who told him how to get rid of his shadow.
« If you're barely here, how can you communicate with me? » Peter asked but the woman pressed her long finger against his lips. « No questions. If you really want to know, I'm actually in Camelot. This is just an image, an illusion. » Peter backed away, very well aware that he did feel her touch though she claimed she wasn't in Neverland. « Teach me. » Peter instructed.
« I already thought you would like that, but I'm sorry. This is an exclusive trick. »
In frustration Peter did throw a fireball at the woman's curvy figure. She easily dodged the attack and pinned him against the wall of his own house. How she had managed to break the Witches Circle was a mystery to him. Her body pressed against his, increasing in weight it seemed. Peter imagined his bones cracking one by one, not surviving the gigantic weight.
« Don't attack me again, Pan. You might not like the rules I play by, but they are my rules and I have a reason for everything. » She released Peter and he gasped for air. The woman's eyes were still burning poisonous green.
« If you want my help or not, I offer you this. I teach you how to control all this concentrated dark magic so you can go back to your precious princess. But, instead you offer me immunity. » Pan frowned. « Immunity? » He replied, but his heart was already pounding at the thought that he actually had a chance to see Lily back.
« Immunity, for the future. In case we ever run into each other on opposite sides, you will do me no harm. » Peter frowned and stalked around the woman, observing her. She didn't seem very harmful but he knew better. Her magic was just flowing from her lilac hair, twirling at her ankles, leaving a trail as she went. She was buzzing with darkness. However, he needed to find Lily, he didn't know how much longer he could take being separated from her. He needed to at least see her one more time. Touch her face, kiss her lips, steal her breath away.
« How do I know you're trustworthy? » Peter asked, cocking one eyebrow.
« Oh you don't. Haven't I made that clear yet? But as I see it, you don't have any other option to get to your dearly beloved Lily. » The woman batted her eyelashes. « And you will teach me how to get off this island to Lily? »
« I swear. » She neared his face dangerously close, her own face painted with determination. « Then you've got yourself a deal. » Pan replied, pleased with the way everything was going to work out at last. « Good. » The woman smirked.
« I'll visit through dreams, it's a bit easier than the whole illusion thing, if you don't mind. I hope it will be worth it, Pan. After all, I have the feeling Lilith doesn't want to see you again. But a deal is a deal. » And with that she disappeared and left Peter alone in the tree house.
He leaned back against the wooden walls, and casually blew inside the pan flute. A sad but hopeful tune filled the surroundings.

Peter was standing in one of the meadows of Neverland. The woman appeared in front of him.
« Let's get started, shall we? » She said, no time wasting.
Peter stood back, waiting. « We'll start by creating visions and dream interactions, then we'll send out your shadow friend and finally you. Got it? » The woman said, swaying her hips around as she strolled towards Peter. Pan nodded and gestured her to continue. « Drop the attitude Pan, of we're speaking about a very short collaboration. » Pan rolled his eyes and straightened his back. « Teach me. »
They practiced the entire night to create small visions of the other realm. It was hard for Peter. Every time he reached the border of Neverland a certain headache appeared. He had to fight it, fight the pain, the dizziness, the memories it tried to attack him with. It was as if the Island didn't want Peter to leave.
At the end of the first sessions, Peter caught a glimpse of the familiar blonde curls. In his enthusiasm, it immediately evaporated in thin air.
« Don't lose your focus, Pan! » his tutor had scolded. He tried again and again each night. Even Tiger Lily noticed his strange behavior. He did not grant her with his visits any more. Frustrated she tried to ignore him, but Peter made no effort in contacting her. One night she tried to climb up his tree, but an unknown force kept her down. And all the time the pan flute was sending its mystic music through the forest.
Finally after trying so long, Pan managed to get a descent view of his princess. Her sleeping figure was resting in a bed, covered with blankets and supported by more than ten cushions. She looked peaceful and stunning. It took his breath away. He pained himself concentrating on her, not wanting her to disappear again. She looked healthy, her blonde hair was shining. However, she seemed warm as sweat pearled on her forehead.
Everyday he returned to the vision at night. It drained him but he slept during the day. Everyday she was waiting for him, asleep. She was constantly asleep. Though Peter was happy with what he got, he wondered why she never did anything else. One night a voice appeared in the vision.
« Dear Lily, don't worry. You're in good hands. Merlin and Arthur are doing all the though work, you just need to wake up. That's all we ask of you. »
Peter recognized the voice, though he didn't knew from where. A female hand wiped away the sweat on Lily's forehead. « She's sick. » Peter mumbled angry at his tutor.
« Next step. » He insisted. « Get me to her dreams. »
A/N
Don't get too excited! I was rereading this story and felt so bad it isn't finished. Especially if I remembered all the plans I had for Peter and Lily. So I tried writing one more chapter. I don't know if I will update soon again, but for now this is an extra update. I hope you enjoy it, though it doesn't bring that much new information.
