Written below, are the explanations of the different roles the community staff would be playing to ensure organisation and efficiency.

🔮Founders🔮
These people are in control of the community. They are the ones who develop the community and manage the account. They hire and train or give permission to hire and train the individuals in each department. They assign duties to each staff and with the help of the admin, they ensure all tasks/duties are carried out smoothly.
{NOTE: Our community is not hiring people as founders, we are just be having our own founders!}

🔮Admins🔮
They are basically contests and community managers. They assist the planners and founders in the events the community holds. This set of individuals are in charge of managing awards, contests and writing challenges. They are the ones who would accept awards entries, post results, assign judges to each genre etc. They are also leaders as they take charge in situations when necessary.

🔮Mangers🔮
They will be representing the community to the affiliates and will be handling things besides the Admins. Being a manager is not that tough, but sometimes it may be difficult. You need to keep a check on every ongoing project and keep things up to date. Need to make sure people are working and not just a Dead Human in the community. Make sure to help the Admin Crew with their work as well as in the server.

🔮Hosts🔮
They will be assisting with the planning, preparation, and organization of events organized by our community. They will be answering questions and addressing the concerns of participants in a charming, polite manner. Ensuring that the event space is clean prior to and after the event.
The host must be responsible enough to handle any situation he/she is in. They will be the persons looking at how the events are going on.

🔮Planners🔮
In simple words, planners are award and event planners and would work alongside the admin and graphic designers to make our awards and contests a success. They'll also brainstorm with the founders to bring up new ideas to keep the community going and jolly.
As their name implies they help in planning whatever event the community hosts. For this position, you must be active, responsible and cooperative. Hosting an award/contest is not an easy thing so we need highly responsible and cooperative individuals to take up this role.

🔮Judges🔮
These fixed sets of judges will help in processing results in our community weekly contests, mini awards, monthly writing challenges and so on. They would work alongside the writers since they're the ones making the prompts for the contests and challenges. This set of people would also help in the community award platform if the judges applied are not enough. This position should be taken by those who won't go AWOL on us and are able to meet deadlines. 
{NOTE: Our community will be hiring temporary judges as well. Like suppose a particular event or award is being hosted, then if possible we will be hiring temporary judges for that particular event or award.}

🔮Interviewers🔮
These personnel would work in an interview shop, they'll interview winners from our awards and contests and also others who are interested. An interviewer's job isn't that hectic, they just have to be nice when asking questions and patient during the interview process no matter how long it takes. If you like to talk, ask questions and are usually curious about books and their origins then this position is for you.
Also, in the community we have an Interview shop as well, where those who want to get interviewed will be applying, and our community interviewers will be interviewing them.
Other work for the interviewers is to interview people for hiring. Of course, the interviews for the people interested to join the community as an interviewer will be taken by our founders. But, after the interviewers of the community will be fixed, they will take on the job of interviewing people for the other realms.

🔮Graphic designers🔮
This includes a set of personnel in charge of creating quality graphics for the community and others who are interested. Graphics ranging from book covers, character aesthetics, banners, headers, vectors, icons, profile pictures and soon, would be available in our community's graphic shop, and people in this position are expected to be able to produce most of these. A graphic designer must have to be active to apply, and must consistently produce good visual work. In simple words, if you're a graphic designer, you're active and confident about your work then this position is for you.
{NOTE: Our co-founders are graphic designers as well, so they will be the charge of hiring the graphic designers! for the time being, till we don't get interviewers}

🔮Theme Designers🔮
They will be deciding and planning different themes for all the events.
So, they must be creative and have got knowledge of having different themes.
Besides, they will be working in the theme shop, which will be organised by our community.

🔮Text Designers🔮
Text designers are going to design aesthetic messages for the community, they will also work in our Bio shop to fulfil clients wish. Experience isn't necessary but must know how to design messages. Must be responsible. Must know all types of fonts and how to make them.

🔮Promoters🔮
As their name implies, they promote the community and its activities through advertisement. They are the ones to create awareness that such a community exists so others would be given an opportunity to be part of it. This position should be taken by those who are social,  and lots of friends, to who they can advertise our community.

🔮Editors🔮
Generally speaking, an editor's role is to make all corrections and improvements necessary to ensure a book/material is presented clearly and neatly while corresponding to the guidelines of writing. In simple words, they are responsible for making books refined and polished. Editors should have knowledge in grammar and style, they should be observant and attentive when it comes to details, they must be able to meet timelines set by the clients they are editing for and they must be cooperative. To take this post, you must be able to work with google or word doc & emails, if you can't you just have to inform the community about your own editing style i.e how you usually edit or want to edit. Lastly, editors would not just work in our editing workshop but also would help in revising and checking for errors in the community's books before it is published.

🔮Reviewers🔮
Reviewers have the responsibility to identify strengths and provide constructive comments to help authors resolve or become aware of the weaknesses in their works. They provide feedback, suggest improvements and recommendations to authors for the betterment of their writings/books. In a nutshell, reviewers are people who judge the quality of books and are critics who give constructive criticisms about flaws noticed while still respecting the style of the author. A reviewer must be able to meet deadlines and must enjoy giving feedbacks on books they have read.

🔮Account Raters🔮
This set of personnel will is reviewing the accounts of our clients. Like, if someone is interested in making over their profile and wants suggestions, these people will be the ones doing the job. Thye will review the client's account and will suggest to the clients what can be improved in their profile, they may also take the help of one of the planners of the community.
They will be the members of our Account Rating Shop!

🔮Librarian🔮
This set of personnel will be required to handle the community book club. They will be required to make pairs and give out tasks, also ensuring that every member completes their task.
Experience isn't necessary but must be an active member. Must be responsible and responsive.  Must have good leadership skills to lead the book club

🔮Community Spies🔮
So, this may be sounding a little bit new to you all. Our community has decided to hire a set of people as community spies. The work of these people will be to check the accounts of members and the participants of our community whether they are following our community account and our founders. We have noticed that after joining a particular community and becoming a member, people tend to unfollow the community account or the judges or sometimes even both. So, these spies will be responsible to have a check on their 'Following'.
Please don't worry we will just search our founders and the community in the following, of the particular person and nothing else. People applying for this needs to be patient and loyal. Loyal in sense means, they can't just report that people are following us without even checking. If found so, they will be removed from the community.
Also, community spies will be having a look at how is the community working. Like an overall view!

🔮Writers🔮
For our weekly and monthly writing contests and challenges, they are the ones who would provide an interesting and suitable prompt to write on. They would work alongside the planners and judges to make our contests a successful one. A new workshop or a rant book might be created in the future by the community, they'll be the ones in charge of it.

🔮 Messenger🔮

They will be the people responsible for answering the questions on the message board. They will be replying from their own private accounts. Pls do note, people applying for this position have to mention 'Messanger of Enchanted Community' when they are replying on the message board.
Also, the messengers will be passing on the word in the community. Suppose, if any member is going on hiatus, he/she can inform the messenger about it and the messenger can inform our founders.

These are just members of our community. Suppose someone wants to join our community but does not want any role or responsibility, he/she can apply for this position.
