As Isami and Draigg along with Rias  Gremory entered the ORC room they saw  three individuals, one was a Blond guy with platinum blond hair fair complexion and Blue eyes, he was wearing the Male version of the Academy's uniform, the his left was a junior high girl with white hair, amber colored eyes, a fair complexion, she was wearing a cat shaped hair pin and was dressed in the female variant of the Academy's uniform and was munching at some sweats.

And the last but not least the 2nd succubus in the room she had long black hair worn in a high ponytail, lilac colored eyes, she had fair complexion and like the Junior she was wearing the female version of the Academy uniform which was of a larger size to accommodate her breasts. If Isami and Draigg recalled correctly these Yuuto Kiba, Koneko Toujou and Akeno Himejima.

"Alright, I guess you want answers what happened at the park, or would you like to go first?" Asked Isami in a Humorous tone. 

"You go first, I want to know what happened back there." Rias said in cautious/curious tone wanting to know what happened back there.

"Very well, I am what one would call a Herrscher. I like my other Siblings, if there are any, Have the ability to control..... Elements shall we say, of reality, such as fire, Thunder, Gravity, Ice, Space and Time and even.... Death, Create objects like weapons as long as he understood them,so in short we are akin to gods, then there are my weaker cousins the pseudo Herrschers unlike true-herrschers they are much weaker in comparison." Isami began explaining to Rias the later whom blanched a bit as one of her Peerage could have been killed if she made one wrong move, Koneko had the same face as Rias. And as for Draigg she was wondering why Isami would let out such valuable information.

"And mind if I was who you friend is Isami, as I don't recall a human feeling like a dragon?" Rias asked Isami as the latter looked at Draigg with a smirk on her face.

"Well Rias this beauty here is my Girlfriend and the former Prisoner of the Sacred gear Boosted Gear." Said Isami as she put her arm over Draigg's shoulders who looked like a Deer that stopped right in front of a car's Headlights.

"The only "prisoner" in the boosted gear..... Are you saying that she's Draigg?!" Rias asked Isami with a terrified tone, the later made a slight smirk as she pulled Draigg into her embrace and gave a light kiss to her lips the latter looked still like a deer in headlights and was trying to process what Isami was doing and thinking.

"Well I guess it is your turn to tell me what's been going on lately, Rias?" Asked Isami as she put a playful smirk.

"Well... If you know already we are Devils, who were put in charge of "governing" Kuoh." Said Rias as A pair of bat wings sprouted from her back.

"Let me guess Rias, Kuoh is a Shared Territory between you and Miss Shitori, and that you are trying to get out of..... and Agreement of sorts with something or more precisely someone? Am I not Correct?" Asked a Curious Isami with a devious smirk.

"Who do you...."  

"Know?" Isami finished Rias' sentence for her. "Well Rias, I have my ways and I know that you wanted me to join you peerage. But I have a counteroffer which I believe we both might benefit in the end." Said Isami with her Smirk still in place.

"What do you suggest?" Asked Rias with a curious tone.

"Why don't we become allies?" Asked Isami as she extended her hand to Rias, who was contemplating whether should she accept the offer or not.

"Alright I accept your offer." Rias said as she shook Isami's  hand.

"Well Rias, I promise that you will not regret making this once in a Life time deal."  Said Isami as made a genuine smile, though Draigg knew better Isami was up to something devious.

"Now I and Draigg have to take our leave, see you ladies and gentleman the following week..... And before I leave I think I will give Koneko this little bag of candy." Isami said as she pulled a bag of sweets.

"I hope you like the klein katze." Said Isami as she finished the last part in german. Something she had really taken into liking as of late.

"No if you don't mind, Have a good time everyone." Said Isami as she turned to Draigg. "Come now luv it's time for us to leave." Said Isami as Draigg got up on her feet and followed Isami back to their home.

Timeskip

As Isami and Draigg arrived at the house they lived in. Draigg turned to Isami who was locking the door.

"Can you tell me what the bloody hell were doing, telling that Brat Gremory everything about Herrschers?! Do you think that she will hold up to her agreement?!" Draigg screamed furious that her Partner gave up the element of surprise.

"Well my little pet, the shroud was all but lifted, I only told Gremory what she needed to know, and not that I am planning on using her as a puppet to kill the Devil Leadership, and with them gone the devils will chew themselves to death trying to fill the spots as rulers of the race and we will sit and watch as they tear each-other apart for just a simple power play, we will sit as father's kill their children, Mother's kill their daughters out of jealousy and their soldiers weep in terror." Said Isami as she walked  towards walked towards Draigg and pushed her to the wall and put her arm to her right and Isami seemed to cast a shadow onto Draigg scaring her a Bit. "Be enough of that my little pet, let's go to bed." Isami as she gave Draigg a deep kiss.

And as Isami takes Draigg to "bed"

The scene changes to Rias who was thinking if she made the best choice about making an agreement with Isami. And the Scene fades to black
