9. Hospital
Previously...
Remembering your father, you began to cry. He really is dead, and my mother really is crazy... tears began to form in your eyes, and the heart monitor picked up. A nurse came in and said something you couldn't understand, but she gave you a shot of something that made you fall asleep, putting you in a dreamless rest.
And now...
You woke up again, all the boys were gone and sunlight was streaming through your hospital bedroom window. Your heart monitor was beeping, very annoying, but still, you stood up and hobbled over to the window, all of your limbs aching. Looking out you saw white clouds drift across a blue sky, but the sun forced you to recoil. "Ah good you're awake," the same nurse who put you to sleep said as she walked in. You turned around and saw her smile. "It's school time right now, but it'll end soon, so all of your little friends will show up. Is there anything I can get you?" She smiled. "Um... yes actually, have you got (F/D)? (Favorite drink, can't be alcoholic cause you're in HIGH SCHOOL)" "Hmm, I'll go check. Make sure you rest though Miss/Mister (Y/N), you're still very weak." The nurse told you as she smiled once more and left the room. Returning to your bed, you waited for the boys to come by.
30 Minutes Later...
You were savoring the last sips of your (F/D) when the door burst open, causing you to spill your drink everywhere and spit it out in surprise. (Hahah) "(Y/N)!" Four voices yelled at you as the boys raced toward your bed and tackle hugged you. "DON'T BREAK THE BED," you yelled as you hugged them back. "When the nurses told us you woke up, we basically ran past them and, as you saw, burst into this room," Micheal explained. Lately, you noticed that Micheal was becoming nicer, smiling and talking more. It made you happy to think about it. "I wasn't able to focus in class at all, I was so worried," AJ smiled and he looked so relieved that you were ok. Tyler snorted and said, "You never pay attention in class anyway." Everyone besides AJ laughed at Tylers joke. "I was worried so I started making you a stone heart for when you woke up. I... haven't finished yet," Jackson told you shyly. "Aww Jackson!" You smiled at him and pulled him into a hug. "Thank you," you whispered to him. He burned scarlet as you released him and all the boys were looking at him as if silently asking him "What did they do?" Jackson looked away from everyone, still blushing.
"Anyway, (Y/N) the doctors told us th-" "Ah Miss/Mister (Y/N), the doctors have informed me that you will be released tomorrow, but you might be late for school, or just entirely miss school. " The nurse from earlier had walked in and interrupted AJ, but everyone turned to look at her. She was smiling when she told you. She bowed and left the room. "THAT'S WHAT I WAS GOING TO SAY," AJ yelled, then he received resounding "shh" from everyone else. Everyone was indeed happy, but you were in a hospital, yelling is a bad idea. "I'll see you all tomorrow! At... home..." you smacked yourself in the forehead as the heart monitor went off again. "Woah hey don't hit yourself." "Oh hush, where am I supposed to live?!" The boys looked dumbfounded as well. "We never thought about that, we were more worried about how you were doing now." Micheal explained. The other boys glanced at him before returning their attention to you. "What am I to do," you moaned as you lay back in the hospital bed, covering your face with your hands. "Hey (Y/N), it's alright. I'm sure we can figure something out." You moved your hands and looked at the boys. They were all smiling, wanting to make you feel better. Seeing them all smiling, spending time, with you made you smile too. They were right, the county would have to figure something out. You grinned and pulled all the boys into a hug. "Thank you," you whispered to them all.
