Once upon a time, in the state of Florida, there lived a girl called Emmalyn. For short, people called her Emma. Emma was a fourteen year old girl who was a science prodigy in the 12th grade who went to a school called Parkland High. She loved to study astronomy and how light worked. Emma even had her own science lab with an observation deck at home. Her lab had essays about how the earth orbited around the sun, how the earth spun on an imaginary line called the axis, and what transparently , translucently, and opaquely meant. One day, Emma was just finishing up a report on reflection and refraction when her mom walked into her lab. " What are you doing, Emma?" her mom asked. "Nothing much, just finishing up a report." Emma replied. "You know what happens after high school, right?" Emma's mom asked. " Yes, I do know what happens, I go to college." Emma was super excited to go to college, she had always dreamed of going there. " Well since you would be going away, your father and I would like to give you this." her mom says , while handing her a celestial charm bracelet. Emma sighed in awe as she looked at it. It was the Nicole brand with the planets, stars, and moons that Emma had been wanting since she started high school, at age ten. " I-I love it!" Emma exclaimed as she admired her brand new bracelet. Her mom smiled and replied,"I'm glad you like it."
