Recap: ETF will be back, Coelho and Sam hiding something?, team gets a doubt.

All look at each other for a minute and then Sakshi says "Main usse call lagati hun" and dials his number. She keeps the phone on speaker.

"Haan Sakshi.. Pohonch gaye tum sab?" Sameer asks as he sees the caller ID while picking up the call.

"Haann Sameer pohonch toh gaye. Lekin ek baat ki humein tasalli karni thi.." Sakshi answers not knowing how to proceed with question.

"Haan Sakshi bolo. Is it related to Training?" Sameer enquires.

"No Rathode sir." answers Liza.

"Liza??!" Rathode raises his eyebrows and then realizes that he is on speaker. Hence again he asks

"Bolo kya puchna hai tum logon ko?" He asks without knowing what their question is going to be.

"Sir.. Ayesha bol rahi hoon." Ayesha says trying to get his attention.

"Haan Ayesha bolo"

"Sir woh humein lag raha hai ki pichle 8-9 saal se jo aap kar rahe hai uske baare mein humein sab nahin pataa. Aap kuch aur bhi kar rahe the. Jis se Coelho sir kaafi waakif hai." Ayesha says slowly.

"Haan Sir. Aap kuch aur bhi kar rahe the kya?" Chotu also joins in to help Ayesha.

"Haan Sir." comes Shree and Liza's concern.

"Haan Sameer. Dekho sach bolo. Humara jo shaq hai kya woh sach hai? Kya tum 9 saal se.." Sakshi stops and doesn't ask further thinking that samajhdar ko ishaara kaafi hai.

Sameer rubs his forehead. He didn't expect his team to get a doubt. Arjun getting a doubt was understandable but team? What would he tell them and what would he tell Arjun later.. it was heck confusing. But before proceeding further he thought of asking

"Yeh shaq kyun hua hai tum logon ko? Aisa kuch nahin hai." saying so he tries to rubish everything.

"Sameer humein bewakoof mat banao. Jab Coelho sir 8-9 saal pehle waali baat karne waale the Arjun se tumne roka aur join karoge aisa kaha." Sakshi gives her justification.

"Toh kya tum log nahin chahte main join karun?" Sameer asks to divert from the topic.

Sakshi understands and she in a stern voice says "Topic change mat karo Sameer. Tum ache se jaante ho ki hum kya baat kar rahe hai."

"Haan sir aap toh zidd pe add gaye the yeh kehkar ki aap join nahin karenge. Phir achanak se aapne  decision change kaise kiya?." Ayesha puts forward her question.

"Aur jab Arjun sir ne kaha unhe informer se milna hai aapne aur Coelho sir ne khaana band kar diya achanak se aur ek dusre ko tukur tukur dekhne lage." Liza continues with stating her observation.

"Haan sir aur Sikandar jaise bade criminal jiska aatank Mumbai mein faila tha kaafi zyaada, uska case file aapko Delhi mein 6 saal pehle kaise mila? Woh bhi achanak se." Ayesha ends her conclusion.

Sameer quietly listens to this and smiles "Trideviyaan ek baar kissi ke peeche pad gayi inse picha chudana mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai. Kya karoon?" He thinks and all on the other side wait for his answer.

"Yeh baat tumne Arjun se ki?" Sameer asks a bit scared.

"Nahin Sameer warna tum zinda nahin bachte." Sakshi says mockingly.

Sameer heaves a sigh of relief. He continues "Thik hai toh usse yeh baat kabhi nahin pata chalni chahiye. Apni observation apne paas rakho uske saamne rakhne ki koi zaroorat nahin hai." Sameer orders the team and they understand that what they were thinking was completely right.

Sakshi laughs "Waise Sameer yeh baat Arjun ko galti se bhi hum nahin bolenge."

"Haan sir mushkil se toh hum phir se mile hai." Shree continues.

"Aur hume aap one piece mein hi chahiye." Liza ends and all look at her.

She tries to elaborate "I mean agar Arjun sir ko pata chala toh aapka kya haal hoga yeh hum sirf soch sakte hai. Dekhna humein bilkul pasand nahin hoga."

"Liza main samajh gaya. Tumhare explainations aaj kal kuch zyaada nahin ho rahe?" He sarcastically asks Liza.

"Sorry sir." Liza replies while biting her lower lip.

"Hmm.." Sameer answers.

Sakshi further says "Maan na padega Sameer Dhamsingh Rathode, Samjhe ya Samjhaun ko tumne Samajhne ka mauka hi nahi diya." saying so Sakshi laughs uncontrollably.

Sameer also smiles listening to Sakshi's dialogue. And mentally thanks God for His help. It was Him who helped Sameer or else jiss Arjun Rawate se kuch nahin chuth ta itna sab chuth gaya.

"Lekin agli baar aisa kuch nahin karoge tum Sameer." Sakshi orders him.

"Haan sir" Liza too joins Sakshi and orders.

"Agli baar Arjun ko chodke jaana bhi nahin hai mujhe." Sameer replies not knowing how much his words made the team feel like to apply kaala tika to their friendship and love.

"Ho gaya Sakshi? Ab rakho. Rawate aa jayega." saying so he asks her to keep the phone. They all oblige and cut the call.

Sameer again heaves a sigh of relief. He thinks "Rawate ko kuch na pata chale bas. Warna beta Rathode tu toh gaya. Chief ka post bhi tujhe bacha nahin sakta."

On the other side Sakshi cuts the call. All just try and pretend to be not affected, but then they realise it's not possible. They all have a hearty laugh. Not the mocking one but the one out of sheer understanding and happiness knowing that now their seniors will never have gruesome fights. As the reason for their fight is dead.

"Yaar abhi hum sab bhul jaate hai. Warna.." Shree warns and all agree with what he just said.

Sunday was a free day so they all took that day as a holiday and spent time with the family who were there since a month. Constantly supporting encouraging and loving them. The next day onwards they wouldn't get time with all the training and therapy.

One month goes by and the day for them to join ETF comes. They all are excited as it's already 25th of January. Their therapy will continue with intervals and the doctor also said that they are worth joining the department again. Even the trainers gave their positive opinion in writing.

Morning 7:00 at Ayesha's home.
"Bohot khush lag rahe ho sab? Joining hai issiliye?" asks Shivani.

They don't hear her as they are too excited to realise someone  is talking to them. This excitement will come to a halt once they reach the office and start working.

"Dekh kar lag raha hai ki office nahin trip pe jaa rahe ho." Hazel says looking at all of them with admiration.

"Haan kal poori raat soye bhi nahin yeh log. Pehle din ke baare mein soch kar hi neend nahin aayi inhe." saying so Ajay laughs.

"Haan" the women agree with Ajay and laugh too.

All get ready and they bid goodbye to Shivani, Ajay and Hazel.

They reach the office with a lot of excitement and happiness which cannot be described in words. After 6 years they have joined and working under Sameer and Arjun what could be better than this.

"Guys hum 6 saal baad wapas issi office mein. Yayyy I am so excited." Sakshi exclaims with happiness

"Haan isse acha aur kya ho sakta hai?" Liza also joins in the excitement.

Then they hear Sameer and Arjun entering the office with a fight.

"Rathode main jo keh raha hoon woh samajh." Arjun roars.

"Kya samjhoon main Rawate. Kal ke function mein jaana hi hoga humein." Rathode also is in no mood to listen to excuses.

"Lekin Rathode wahan pe jaana mujhe pasand nahin hai." Arjun reasons.

"Tujhe pasand kya aata hai Rawate? Hum jaa rahe hai and that's final." Sameer now gets irritated.

"Rathode toh meri bhi baat sunle. Main nahin aa raha hoon." Arjun states his decision.

"Tu aayega and this is an order Rawate." Sameer orders

Both passes heated glares at each other. If stares could kill both would be dead by now.

"Isse acha aur kuch nahin ho sakta tha." Ayesha says sarcastically and smiles.

"Ek baat meri samajh mein nahin aati, office mein aate hi inke andar konsa bhoot ghusta hai?" Chotu asks scratching his forehead. All smile.

"Kaam ka Choteya kaam ka." Shree replies. All control their laugh.

"Koi toh roko sir ko." Liza requests them.

"Aree rehne do na office mein entertainment ki bhi zaroorat hogi humein." Sakshi says a bit loud. Shree Chotu Ayesha and Liza glare at her telling her to shut up.

"Agar office mein entertainment dhoondne aayi ho, then you are at the wrong place Miss Sakshi Anand." Arjun growls at her and gives her tough glare.

"I don't think Arjun. Kyun Sameer?" saying so she passes a smile to Sameer and Arjun. Arjun gives her an aversive look. Sameer controls his smile at first and thinks of pausing the matter here as it can hurt Sakshi if Arjun mindlessly tells something to her

"Aaj Coelho sir aane waale hai. Pehla case kuch important hai toh issiliye. I think woh yahaan kabhi bhi aa sakte hai toh in the conference in 5."

"Yes Sir/ Okay Sameer" replies team and Sakshi respectively.

In 5 minutes they all gather in the conference room. Sameer is looking at his watch and waiting for Coelho sir. Arjun sits facing the door and Sameer has his back towards the door. Coelho and a known man enter. Arjun sees that and looks up towards the angels. He knows very well Rathode won't be able to hide his anger.

Coelho and the other man enter "Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen." greets Coelho.

Sameer smiles and turns to face Coelho sir but when he turns his smile turn to anger.

"Yeh insaan yahaan kya kar raha hai.?" Sameer growls. Coelho and Arjun start scratching their forehead and look at each other and then at Sameer, and the team too looks at Sameer shocked.

The man glares at him.

"Ghuriye mat. Yeh hak aap kho chuke hai." Sameer continues in the same tone.

"Rathode relax. Raghu humaari iss case mein madad karega." saying so Coelho tries to calm Rathode down.

Raghu previously ACP Raghu.
Was Rathode's and Arjun's senior and second-in-command to Coelho. But after Coelho took the post of Commissioner he became the chief of ETF. Arjun and his way of working is same and Arjun took training under him.

"Yeh insaan. Are you sure sir. Ek hafte mein chodke toh nahin jaayege na? Chief ka post toh ek hafte se zyaada sambhaal nahin paaye." Sameer says with disgust.

"Main chodke nahin jaana chahta tha. Majboori thi." Raghu fights back.

"Majboori!? Thik hai maana majboori thi lekin bataya kyun nahi." Sameer gets even further angry.

"Rathode woh..." Raghu is about to say something but then he gets cut by Rathode.

"Waise jiss insaan ko mujhpe bharosa nahin usske saath main kaam nahin kar paaonga sir."Sameer tells Coelho.

The team gets shocked at this behaviour of Rathode. He would get angry sometimes but not like this. This anger was mixed with hurt. They knew the reason for his anger but had no idea of his expressing of anger.

"Rathode baat samjho." Coelho tries to explain him.

"Sir my decision is final. Kaam karte waqt bharosa hona zaroori hai. Warna kaam bigad sakta hai. Aap jaante hai. Aur inhe jab apni beti ke liye hi mujhpe bharosa na ho tab main aur kya umeed kar sakta hoon." Sameer says without blinking his eyes.

He pauses and again continues "Sir my decision is final. Main iss case mein kaam nahin kar sakta."

"Rathode! Kiss baat se itni problem hai tumhe. Mere ETF chodne pe, Tum pe bharosa na karne pe ya Arjun ko team mein daala issiliye." Raghu asks. Both Coelho and Arjun smack their head.

Sameer just replies "Sir iss case mein main kaam nahin karunga."

"Sameer!" Coelho calls him in order to make him change his decision.

"No sir I won't." Sameer states his decision.

"Rathode!" Coelho again tries.

"No sir." Sameer is still adamant on his decision.

Coelho realizes he can't persuade him more hence "Arjun woh kya.." but gets interrupted by Sameer "Thik hai sir main iss case mein kaam karunga."

The juniors smile. They know what prompted Sameer to change his decision. Arjun and Raghu give each other a confused look and Coelho gives Sameer a winning look. Sameer gets very irritated at this behaviour of Coelho.

Arjun just casually slowly asks Raghu "Sir aapko Rathode pe bharosa kyun nahin tha?"

Raghu just looks at him and says "Bharosa toh mujhe Coelho pe bhi nahin hai. Tujh pe tha kyunki training maine di thi tumhe. Warna.."

"Sir.." Arjun gets shocked.

"Rawate yeh koi nayi baat nahin hai. Inhe toh apni parchaayi par bhi bharosa karne mein mushkil hoti hai."

Sameer looks away. Coelho smiles at how Rathode has judged Raghu correctly. Sameer looks elsewhere and Raghu just looks at him. He wants to talk to him and sort all matters out but he is scared that Rathode won't understand.

Rathode and Raghu never gelled together but the care and concern for each other was topmost. Much more than anything.

That's why when Rathode came to know Raghu retired and now he is the ETF chief, he surely got angry but he even knew that what Raghu did was the best for his family. Hence, he didn't persuade Raghu to change his decision.
