I have a LONG history with the Sonic series. I've been one of the biggest fans of the games ever since I was 8 years old, then I've seen the Sonic X anime in my early teens. I've played so many games on PC and PS2 but I kinda fell outta the fandom for a few years.

I've been jogging my way back now that I caught up with the new IDW comics. I'm also planning on watching the new movie, playing Sonic Frontiers when it comes out, and watching Sonic Prime too!

Basically, Amy Rose has been my most favorite character ever since I was a kid and until now. I love her relationship with Sonic and I think it has a lot of potential with good storytelling (ignoring the new games, that is). And me realizing after years that SonAmy was probably the very first couple I shipped was mindblowing!

Thus, what better idea to celebrate my return to the fandom other than drawing my first ship ever! SonAmy is cute and you CANNOT convince me otherwise! FIGHT ME--

I had tons of fun while drawing this and I think it looks so close to the original! But let me know what you also think! UwU
