✎ This position is only earned through promotions or if you're a friend of the founders, you'll automatically be considered for an admin position.

✎ Admins will be managing the community alongside the founders. This includes managing different shops and activities within our community and helping us with the recruitments.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S:

M A N A G E R:

✎ Each shop will have a manager who will handle the working of the shop, including the handling of incoming orders, ensuring smooth delivers and checking for proper conduct within that shop/book.

✎ You will also be responsible for handling your team. For example, if you're managing a graphic shop, all graphic designers will form your team.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S:

✎ Must have previous experience in a managerial position.

✎ Must be an active Wattpad and discord user.

✎ Must be ready for a long term commitment with the community.

✎ Must be a good listener, have empathy and good communication skills

✎ Interviewers will be responsible for accessing all the members wanting to be a part of our community. They have the power to accept or reject any candidates if they deem so.

✎ They will also be interviewing the winners of the Elpida Awards 2024 and any further awards to come.

✎ You will have to come up with relevant questions for the post you're interviewing. (The question template would first be approved by me and Dianne)

✎ Must have prior experience as an interviewer and a knowledge of right questions to ask.

S H O P   D E S I G N E R:

✎ They will basically be writing all the material for our shops from ordering/designing graphics, designing forms, making the rules and till the successful publishing of the book

R E Q U I R E M E N T S:

✎ Must be someone trustworthy because they will be having access to this account.

✎ Must have a good aesthetic sense as making our vision come to life and making our shops look presentable and attractive would be their responsibility. I'll check your profile to ensure this point before accepting any applications.

✎ Must be dependable and able to manage deadlines.
