Arlo: So can someone explain why we're looking for a boat in a pirate bay when we can just buy one with Ruel's money? 

Eva: Because he won't allow us to use it.

Ruel: Over m dead body!

He huffed and left the group saying he'll look for the best crew he can rent in other words the cheapest, but Arlo didn't mind. But one thing didn't change when he reunited with Yugo. 

Arlo: Yugo?

Yugo: yeah!

Arlo: Why are you holding my arm?

Yugo: Ah, sorry.

His smile dropped his ears falling to the side. Arlo noticed and frowned he knew why he was like this after all he pushed himself into the portal separating him from his brother.

Arlo: I'm sorry it's fine.

He smiled and lifted the eliatrope up and on his shoulders. He wanted to apologise so much, but he didn't know how to say it.

Arlo: 'I'm sorry I couldn't protect everyone.'

Ruel: Great the girls are gone now.

He smiled and tapped his bag it shook and had come out Yugo was surprised seeing it was Cleome.

Cleome: Hello Yugo.

Arlo: Took long enough.

Yugo: I don't understand what about Cra?

Arlo: She isn't going back she decided to come with us.

Ruel: Alright enough with that, you guys go around have a fin, and I'll look for a boat.

He left leaving Arlo, Yugo, Dally and Cleome together.

Cleome: 2000? That's a joke we're only renting a boat for one trip not.

Just as she was about to finish Ruel was sent flying into the air.

Arlo: Was that an old man?

Yugo: Not just any old man.

Ruel: You stupid squid where are you? Hm! Show yourself!

He opened a barrel revealing a squid pirate shaking. He picked him up questioning him about where his kamas went.

Black ink: My little Elaine They kidnapped my little Elaine.

Ruel: *Putting him down* who were those horrible guys?

Black Ink: Some bad pirates they'll only give her back if I pay the salt tax.

Arlo: 'There's a tax on salt?'

Dally: Salt tax?

Cleome: It's like blood money

Yugo: then who is Boris Eca?

Arlo: He's the pirate who controls the bay I've run into some before they're not a threat. But they are serious.

Cleome nodded.

Cleome: Then there's one thing we have to do and that's pay.

Rule: Pay!? That was my money my kamas and nobody touches my kamas girl! Nobody!

Dally: Hehe looks like we're in for a fight!

Cleome: He's gotta be kidding right? he can't be planning on going alone.

Yugo: Ruel laughs about many things, but kamas aren't one of them.

Dally: Haha let's go!

He laughed following behind and so did Yugo Cleome looked shocked before turning to Arlo who shrugged.

Eventually, they made it to a bar the front was guarded by two muscly men.

Dally: Alright our first fight.

He was about to charge in when Arlo pulled him back by the cape.

Ruel: I'm here to see Boris.

Guard: You've got money? This is a respectable place.

Ruel fumed and reeled his shovel back and swung he knocked both guards into the water and walked.

Dally: Was he just ticked there.

Cleome: 'Oh my god.'

We all walked in after him the place was filled with pirated drinking walking and smiling.

Black Ink: The kamas are on the second floor.

Ruel: then let's go.

Yugo: So are we gonna just wait?

Dally: Of course, this is Ruel's mission.

Cleome: Let's have some fun.

Arlo: I wonder what's going on.

Just as he said that the leader Boris walked out of the second floor.

Boris: Ladies and gentlemen we have challenged for the freedom of our most recent capture.

Pirates: Challenge! Challenge! Challenge!

Cleome: That answers it.

Later that same night.

Ruel: Understand everyone.

Dally: No problem huh Rubi?

Rubilax: Haha we're going to have fun.

Yugo: Okay I'll try.

Ruel: No Yugo you have to succeed

Cleome: I'm game.

Yugo: Same.

Ruel: Alight then it's settled we have our contenders, the Iop at arm wrestling, I can beat your treasurer at mental arithmetic, and the kid he'll rubbish you at skill shooting and my friend will beat yours in the eat-off and wrestling.

Arlo: 'I'm finally going to stretch my muscles.'

One by one everyone went ahead first was Ruel he won without much effort following that was Cleome at the eating challenge, everyone was disgusted with the food.

Arlo: Oh god I'm gonna die!

Dally: this smelled the worst hat I did when I didn't shower in the desert.

Boris; why do we have this challenge.

Arlo: Aren't you the captain?

Boris: I didn't make this challenge.

Cleome looked at the squid she picked and swallowed.

Cleome: 'Huh,' you know what not enough salt.

She said and everyone behind her threw up in their place. The next challenge was a shooting skill with Yugo.

Arlo: 'This should be interesting. I can see how far he is.'

He watched as the pirate the knives at the target hitting dead centre every time. Everyone clapped except then, and then it was Yugo's turn, and they laughed seeing him use finger guns.

Yugo: Ha!

He summoned a portal and shoot through it with his fingers.

Bam, bam, bam!

He blasted the knives after a moment they disappeared. All that was left was the wrestling match against Arlo.

Boris: I don't know how you made it this far but no one can beat our king combatant everyone he fights turns into a ghoul!

Cleome: wait what!?

Arlo hummed as everyone moved into a large circle he was at the centre and a large pirate walked in with a ring in his hand.

Pirate: Hehe I'll enjoy breaking you.

Arlo: Sure, 'Why can I sense two people.'

Cleome: He'll be fine right?

Yugo: Yeah he thought the king of Rushu and won!

Rubilax: Well more like thought and fled but whatever, huh? That ring? No, stop the match.

Everyone looked down seeing Rubilax panic.

Dally: what's going on Rubi?

Rubilax: that fighter he has shadow fang that's how he's been winning!

Ruel: That's cheating pirates I knew it!

They were going to jump in, but it was too late the pirate struck first sending Arlo back. His ring glowed for a moment trying to absorb something only to fail.

Pirate: Huh? What do you mean it failed!?

Arlo: Oh I see now. That ring.

He charged dodging another hit and gave a clean uppercut!

Boom!

He was sent flying into the roof of the bar, but Arlo wasn't done he jumped up to the man and started punching rapidly the roof was breaking and cracking until

Boom!

He was sent out of the bar.

Thud, he landed back down and left the circle, breaking Elaine out of her cage, the pirates didn't want to get in his way o they all moved aside.

Ruel: So we won then! Where are my Kamas!

He shouted to Boris the man jumped back and threw the back to him.

Ruel: Good!

He picked it up after counting and biting each one of them they all left the place, Arlo with them was holding the ring in his hands. 

Arlo: So this is shadow fang?

Shadow fang: Just my luck I came across another pure brat and you Rubilax.

Rubilax: haha that's a good look on you, how about we throw her in the ocean when we're done.

Arlo took a moment of thought before he decided to put the ring on.

Arlo: I guess it wouldn't be bad to have my own Shushu.

Cleome: Are you sure from what they said she can make anyone into a ghoul and control you.

Arlo: Yeah but I'm sure right that's what she said I don't think she can.

Rubilax: Ah aha she's gone silent this is so amazing that's what you deserve.

Yugo: I think she's sad.

Rubilax: Who cares!?

Arlo: Hey come on out they said you can materialise yourself.

He waved the ring around until a groan escaped, and smoke started emanating from the ring growing and changing into a person.

Shadow fang: so this is what my life has become.

Arlo: Welcome to the team Shadow fang.

Dally: haha now we have two shushu guardians! That means I have to train you!

Cleome: I don't know how I feel about this.

Rubilax: Were safe she can't go against the owner's will that was put in place, so she wouldn't go mad and create an army of her own.

Yugo: Will Amalia and Eva be alright with this?

Cleome: Eh, well find out tomorrow right now we sleep!

Ruel: Couldn't agree more my back is killing me.

Arlo: Elaine are there enough cabins for each of us?

Elaine: Uh well maybe one of you will have to share a room we have one over capacity sadly.

Cleome: we can deal with that tomorrow right now we sleep!
