Elora POV

"Elora you're back!" Yelled aunt Jenna as I smiled at her.

"I am." I said smiling

"Please come in! Welcome home!" She said and I smiled at her and stepped in my house.

"Where's Elena and Jer?" I asked aunt Jenna

"Jer is up stairs and Elena is out with her boyfriend." She answered and I nodded giving her a thanks before I walked up stairs and knocked on Jer's door before opening it just to see him and Vicky making out on the bed and my eyes kinda widen..

"Um ok.." I said as they separated and looked at me.

"Elora?" Said Jer as I smiled at him.

"Well I certainly didn't expect my little brother to have company my first day back." I said smiling at them and looked at Vicky.

"You better take good care of him." I said to her and she nodded as I looked at my brother.

"Now come give me a hug!" I said to him as he gave me a big hug.

"I've missed you." He said as I smiled

"I've missed you too Jer." I said kissing his cheek and separate from the hug.

"So um.. where do I sleep?" I asked and he walked out helping me with my bag before showing me my old room but it had white walls and black furniture with a grey, black and white bed set.

"Huh nice." I said and he smiled.

"Welcome home sis." He said and I smiled thanking him before he left. I started unpacking everything in my bags and started putting everything in it's place I heard voices down stairs.. one of them belonged to Elena and the other I guess was her boyfriend's.

"She's gonna kill me.. it's been two hours since she got here and I wasn't here to welcome her." I heard Elena.. yes I could hear her very clearly as that even though she was whispering.

"It's gonna be fine calm down." I heard a male voice as I walked out my room and down the stairs.

"Is that my twin sister walking through that door?" I asked teasingly as Elena looked at me and I saw the guy stare at me.. a little effect I had on guys.

"Yeah.. I'm so sorry I lost track of time." Said Elena and I smiled at her.

"It's fine it gave me time to unpack.. now who is this.. you never told me you had a boyfriend other than Matt who you by the way dumped just a few months ago." I said kinda confused at her.

"Oh yeah Stef this is my twin sister Elora. Elora this is my boyfriend Stefen Salvatore." Elena said and the guy stretched his hand and I looked at his hand then at my twin.

"Did you just say Salvatore? As in actually last name Salvatore?" I said looking at my sister blinking not believing it.

"Um.. yeah why?" She asked and I nodded my head slowly and looked at him.

"I have only but one thing to say to you.. you hurt her and I won't hesitate to end your life." I said and walked out calling my best friend of Mystic Falls, Tyler.

"Hey El what's up?" He asked and I smiled at his voice.

"See you in 5 at Mystic Grill?" I asked

"Wait you're here?! Why didn't you tell me?!" He said I could tell he was smiling

"I just got here two hours ago and I was unpacking." I said

"Well hurry up I'm already here!" He said and I nodded

"Alright be there in a few." I said a smile on my lips as I picked up the pace but not enough for people to know a difference between me and other people. In less than five I was at Mystic Grill and playing pool with Tyler taking a drink and talking with him having fun forgetting about the Salvatore.

"When did you get so hot El?" Ty asked and I smirked

"Puberty loved me." I said as I made the last hole.

"I win." I said and he rolled his eyes.

"No surprise there." He said taking my hand as we took a seat.

"So how was the big city?" He asked and I half smiled half frowned.

"It was good up until this year.. so many shit happened this year.. but it was fun for the most part. I got to visit different things and places during my time there, I.. learned new things about the world." I said

"What happened this year other than.. that." He said referring to my parents death. I bit my lip hesitating before answering.

"Someone who was very close to me.. left me." I said very low and very slow playing with the ring in my finger.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to-" He started and I shook my head

"It's fine.. but it was so.. sudden.. and it was only a week after Jenna called me to tell me about my parents.. it just really hurt." I said as a tear left my eyes not because of that person but because of my parents.

"Would you like something to drink?" That wasn't Tyler.

"Yeah I'd like a pepsi." Said Tyler and I looked up to see Matt.

"Matt.." I said and he looked at me his eyes widen.

"Elora.." He said and smiled at me.

"Hey how are you?" He asked me and I half smiled at him.

"Same old, same old. How about you?" I asked.

"It's good. So do you want something to drink?" He asked.

"Like actually drink or just a soda?" I asked funny and he rolled his eyes.

"Only a soda I'm not allowed to serve alcohol to minors." He said and I smirked.

"I can show you my ID." I said and he rolled his eyes.

"A sprite it is." He said funny walking with a smile on his lips.

"You have an ID?" Tyler asked and I shook my head.

"I had other ways in NY." I said with a smirk that fell to a sad smile.
