"Tracey? Why are you carrying a pregnant female?" Stephanie asks, her laughter she had going just before cut off as if it had never been. The three men step closer to her, still not happy with her being near the vampire king.

"She is a or was a prisoner here." Tracey states and he is angry. The female in his arms starts shaking.

"What is she?" Ethan asks, he's been trying to classify her but all they are getting is human.

"She is human, pure human although the child she is carrying is wolf." Now they know why Tracey is angry.

"What is your name and how old are you?" Stephanie goes up to the terrified girl. She looks to be in her early teens.

The girl looks at Stephanie rather blankly but manages to answer the questions, well sort of any way. "My name no longer matters. As for my age, well, I don't know. My birthday is July 26. My parents work here as scientists. They brought me to work with them on my thirteenth birthday. I thought I would finally find out why their work suddenly encompassed their entire world. They were rather forgetful parents before they started working here, but still showed they loved me. They got jobs here and suddenly they started working long hours and barely parenting me at all. They would leave me money to buy what I needed for food and left me lists of chores to do.

"On my thirteenth birthday they said that they would spend the day with me and brought me here. They showed me their work and I was disgusted with it. With everything they did, I was horrified, but knew better than to show it. They took me to an empty cell and then the next thing I knew I was blacking out."

She can't speak anymore, but another vampire brings a werewolf, one of the liberated prisoners to their side.

"I was shoved into the cell with her. She had been undressed and laid on her bed. They had injected her with werewolf hormones. My wolf was going crazy. She was hurting, she was giving off that she was in heat, but she was human. We held on until the sound of a gas was released. She was an innocent and then she no longer was." The wolf looks down in shame.

He continues, "They kept us in there and both of us drugged until they knew that she was pregnant. Then they removed me from the cell.

"I heard some of the other guards talking about how they would go visit the human prisoner, but the visits were no longer allowed because the bitch lost her mutt baby." The male stops speaking and has to get himself under control. 

"I knew that they hated us supernaturals, you can't work here if you don't, but to treat one of them like that? To speak so callously of taking a child? Then to hear that my child was lost, likely because those bastards were too rough on her. But at the same time, happy for her, she was far too young to have a child.

"I wanted to kill them, wanted to kill them all. She is so young, so innocent and they are talking and treating her like she was some whore to be there for their use.

"Shortly after that I was injected with something, likely testosterone, and shoved back into her cell."

He looks at them all, especially the girl in Tracey's arms, "I tried, I swear I tried to not touch her, but again the gas was released and I lost my fight. I did my best to not hurt her and give her pleasure, but she was still taken against her will." The male wolf is unable to look at any of them and just stands there waiting for them to kill him.

"Don't hurt him, please?" the girl cries out when Stephanie goes up to the male wolf.

Stephanie looks to the girl more than a little startled by the girl's words. "Why? By his own mouth he was the one to violate you first and give you two babies."

"Three, the second one was still born. This is my third pregnancy."

Stephanie and the others hold themselves still. "What year were you brought down here?"

The girl gives her the year and they are all angry with the answer. "You've been down here for two years?"

The unnamed girl just nods her head in shame.

Stephanie gets even angrier at that.  "Neither of you have any reason to be ashamed. Wolf what is your name?"

"Kelly, Alpha Stephanie." The wolf still refuses to look at the others.

"How did you know my name and why did you call me alpha?" Stephanie is torn between curiosity and anger.

"You are the one that my alpha, Luke, bound himself to. That makes you my alpha as well." His words make the witches relax a bit, not a great deal, but some.

Stephanie lifts up the wolf's down turned head. "You have no reason to be ashamed. Your alpha also was forced like this and almost killed her from how much they pumped into him. He marked his partner.

"You had more control then he did. Although, it might have been kinder if you had." Stephanie looks over to the girl as she says this out loud, but it was just loud enough to be heard by the wolf.

"I couldn't or I would have." The wolf says equally softly.

"What do you mean?"

"My mate is here. We haven't met or I would have marked her and she would have marked me, but she is here, I've smelled her."

Stephanie pauses and thinks about things before turning her attention once more to the female in Tracey's arms.

"The baby is in distress, Stephanie. They aren't in good enough shape to survive the childbirth, let alone go through the purifying process."

The girl speaks up, "Purifying process?"

"I can purify your blood of everything they've pumped into you the last two years. The problem is that it's very harsh and right now your baby won't likely survive the cleansing, nor apparently you."

"No, Stephanie, you don't understand. The baby won't make it much longer. If there is any chance of the child surviving we will need to take it now." Tracey tells her with more than a little urgency. He's been feeling the baby struggle and the distress of the baby is growing.

"There are no doctors here, at least not any more and it will take too long to have Luke bring any of his." Talon says and they are all now more than a little sick.

Just then the other wolf and vampire are back and the wolf is more than a little white and sick looking.

"My mate has gone feral. Whatever they've pumped into her has made her lose her human side. She is lost to me."

"I am sorry, but I will try to help her, perhaps there is something that can be done to help the human side emerge once more, but right now, your pup is in danger." Stephanie says as gently as she can.

"We can take the child by cesarean, I have done so before, but only when the female was already dying. I believe I can do this with the help of the alpha female. That is if you can block her pain?"

"Yes, I would be able to do that, but we don't have any blood for her."

Tracey just shakes his head. "I will give her mine, as a gift after the baby is taken. It isn't ideal, any of it, but it is the only chance either of them have at this point."

They find the surgical room and quickly get the unnamed female prepped. Stephanie blocks the pain receptors for that part of the girl's body and Tracey takes no more time to perform the surgery.

Ethan steps forward with some towels that he'd warmed up and wrapped the newborn in the towels. The boy lets out a little cry, unhappy to be taken from the safety and warmth of his mother. The tension in the room goes down a bit with that cry.

Tracey feeds the mother his blood and before their eyes the incision heals. The mother falls back exhausted and once she holds her son in her arms she falls asleep. Tracey hands the infant to the father and gives the baby some of his blood as well.

"I'm not sure why he was in distress, but it was too early for him to have been born, even had he been full wolf. This blood will help him survive. So far the indications are good. I would suggest you get him to one of Alpha Luke's doctors. He will be able to give him a proper health check and help this one get all the help that he might need."

"You have a blood bond with the child. You can pull the compounds from the infants body to your own and so free him that way." Stephanie tells him softly.

"The mother?"

Stephanie shakes her head. "If you had marked her then you would have that bond, but the only bond you have in common is the child."

"Very well," Kelly gets a determined look on his face and hands the child to Jet.

"Now?" Stephanie asks rather shocked.

"Neither my son or myself wish to have those compounds in us any longer than necessary. Please, alpha queen, take them from us?" Stephanie can't tell the wolf no, the tears make it impossible.

"Very well, Talon?" Talon holds the wolf and sets him on the floor. 

"You will hurt like hell. I can't let you attack Stephanie when your wolf hurts."

"Understood." Kelly says and does his best to relax, but does his best to pull all the compounds out of his child and wishes that he could pull them out of the mother as well.

Soon the convulsions and vomiting starts.

"I didn't expect him to have that much in him." Ethan says what the others are thinking.

Stephanie stops the cleansing once she feels the chemicals are gone from his system. She checks the baby and he's doing far better since the chemicals were taken from him as well. She smiles and nods. There is a general relaxation in the room. The child will likely survive now that the chemicals are out of him.

She checks on the girl and is shocked. "How did you do that, Kelly?"

"What?" Kelly says weakly and no little hoarse.

"The mother is purified as well."

This makes Kelly forget his weakness and sit up rather too fast.

"I don't know. I just wished that I could help her as well."

"The baby must have wished that as well or at least acted upon that desire and pulled his mother's toxins into himself and then you pulled them out of him." Talon says thoughtfully in the silence.

"Let's get out of here." Stephanie says in disgust as she looks around at the blood and vomit splattered area.

"Yes, you will need to get to safety before the day shift comes in." Talon says and escorts Stephanie out of the room and towards the exit of the hell lab.

Stephanie stops and turns to face Talon.

"What do you mean, I need to get to safety? You all are coming with me."

Talon looks at Stephanie then at Tracey before turning back to Stephanie. "No, I won't be able to do what needs to be done to this facility so that it will never be used again. I have to stay here to fully destroy it. The vampires and a few of the other freed supers have chosen to stay and deal with the humans as they show up."

"I'm not leaving you." Stephanie says adamantly.

"It will be too dangerous for you to stay. I have to, to destroy the facility. I need you to be safe so I can do what needs to be done."

"I will personally guarantee his safety Alpha Queen." Tracey tells her, but a spark of amusement is in his eyes when he says that. Stephanie gives him a dirty look.

Tracey turns serious. "I swear that I will make sure that he returns to you, Stephanie, before dawn tomorrow."

"Besides, you promised Kelly that you would try to help his mate." Talon says doing his best to get Stephanie to safety.

Stephanie stares at him and finally nods with tears in her eyes. "If you don't come back to me, alive, I will never forgive you, Talon." Tracey winces that she had realized that he hadn't promised her that.

With that Talon gives her a kiss and sends her off with the other two as he watches until they are out of sight.
