Everything's downhill from here.

Stupid! how come I didn't think of this?!
"What is it?" Another asks.
Stupid, stupid, stupid.
"I don't know how to get all of you home."

Destiny's POV
I sunk down to the floor, realizing my mistake. I tilted my head down and started to cry. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up to see Ellie a woman with black hair and golden eyes, an electric elemental.

"I could teleport you all back one by one, but it will take too long. I don't want us to get caught."

"It's fine. Just leave us. we'll be fine, we promise." most nodded their heads, others just cried or covered their faces.
"What about the children?! Or at least the ones we still have." One suggested.
"Yes please take the children!" Another insisted. I quickly thought about it.

"Okay, how many are there?" I asked.

"O-only 6. 5 and under. The teenagers know how to use their powers, they'll be fine with us."

Only 6? Cinuvia is the largest kingdom, and there's only 6 children? What have I done?

"Okay bring them here, quickly, someone might be coming."

Each of the children were handed to me the the toddlers were told to hang onto my legs and not let go.

but unfortunately, 2 had not followed my warning and let go. and I don't know where they are. so now, there are only 4 left.

I'm a horrible princess!

We arrive back home in the kingdom. Thunder and Marina are sitting in the kitchen. they notice the noise of me teleporting and rush into the foyer. just my sad expression gave it away that I had failed. the kids scurried off to the comfort of the adults, Auntie Cat and Rebekah.

"You scared me half to death! I'm so-so glad you okay!" Marina sobbed as she hugged me. then Thunder joined in too.
As we parted our hug I moved onto my aunt and Rebekah.

"I only brought back the children. they told me to. I lost 2 on the way back. most were already gone though." I said quietly, and full of regret. I feel her nod against our hug and then we separate.
"I'm sorry guys, but I have to go back-"
"No! You can't! Why? What else do you need to do?!? Please don't!" Marina pleads coming over to grab my shoulders, she starts to cry.

"I-I can't tell you. I've got to go." and with that, teleport back to that awful place. leaving Marina stumbling forwards.

Alright. it's time to finish this.

Ellie's POV
"What was that noise!?!" He yelled. Everyone looked around as if they didn't hear anything.

"She was here wasn't she!?! Tell me!" I stepped forward. "sh-she was here." I admitted. "who'd she take?!"

"O-only the children." I mumbled. he turned into a snake and started slithering towards me. he climbed up my leg and up to my neck. as he started circling my neck I lost more and more air.

"At least they'll live longer than you." He finished. then he tightened around my neck and I lost air. I collapsed on the ground. he changed back and walked out of the room. and the last thing I heard was some of the screaming people. until I took my last breath.
