Morgan and I returned to our dorm after eating our lunch, while we left, I noticed that Mrs. Elena and some group of teachers were gathered outside the gymnasium doors, by glimpsing at their faces, I got the hint that something was wrong, perhaps didn't the rain welcome in a new student? What might have happened that has Mrs. Elena in a troubled state?
Morgan went into the bathroom, and while I paused for her to finish, I got an anxious call from my parents.
I love them both, but anytime they call me, I get aggravated and unnerve after the discontinuation of their call.

The Academy is against any student who has a phone or any gadget, not allowed by the school, and will be severely disciplined, however, do they expect me to cut off any conversation with my parents until it's time for the parents visitation or I have to go back home.

"Mom, Daddy?". I wailed tiredly while talking with them on the phone, and made sure that the room door was locked from the Inside, I could not let anyone find out about my phone, no One should find out, apart from Morgan, who also uses the same phone to get across her Family, which seemed a less annoying and demanding like my parents, who wants me to control my powers immediately, so I could use them to save the entire world from harm; please! Do I look like Batman or Superman, literally Wonder Woman, They and will be the only superheroes the world would need.

"Sonia, how are you baby, your mom and I phoned you last night, why didn't you pick up, or call us back this morning,?".
Dad complained to me on the phone, In the background, I could hear Mom also venting out her anger.

"Am sorry Dad, I got extra lessons in school,  sorry!" I said holding my phone with one hand while using the other hand to clean off the makeup on my face.

"It's okay, I'm glad you picked up, how have you been,?".
Dad resolved the tension between us both and asked.
"Fine; I've been surviving," I said to him and giggled afterward.
"Surviving?, Then I'm happy, you're going to have to learn to control your powers, Sonia, don't forget what happened last time your Powers were out of control,?"..

Dad reminded me of what happened, and the main reason why I was sent to the academy to learn how not to create a mess with my powers.

"I remember Dad! I cannot forget,". 
I rolled my eyes, looking at myself in the mirror.

I saw that my hair was a bit unkept, I grabbed a comb and combed my hair still talking to my parents on the phone.

"Okay dear, just take care, we love you." Dad says, "Goodbye baby,!!" Mom yelled.

"Bye!!" I said to both of them and immediately got the call disconnected.

Morgan Walked outside of the bathroom, She saw me combing my hair and questioned me.

"Was that your parents,?" She kept her towel in the wardrobe.

"Yeah! They send their regards,?" I told and walked my feet to the bathroom door, I was about to go in when Morgan called me back.
"Sonia! Can I please make use of the phone, I want to also speak to my parents, I miss them a lot,".
She said with a sad countenance on, and the color of her eyes changed from black to a bit of pinkish.

"Of course,e Morgan, go and call your parents,".I pointed her to where I hid the phone, and she went there and brought it out, with a brightened face.
"Thanks".
She goes and sits down on her bed, glancing through the contacts on the phone, which was only my parents and hers too.

I slammed the bathroom door and went ahead to freshen up, I removed my clothes and strolled under the water.
I let my hair get wet, and I used the sponge to scrub through my skin, afterward, I came out to the room, Morgan was already asleep, and she kept the phone at the side of her bed.
Allowing it to stay there would be dangerous for us both, and while I wiggled off the water from my hair, I used my other hand to take the phone and hide it at the place, it was taken out .

I cannot bear to have anyone know that I harbor gadgets, that are against the school's policies,  punishable by the school's board, and might even lead to expulsion, I do not get it, why are there rules against the use of phones; it's a gadget and it should be used, everywhere we go.
I cannot ask anyone this question, but I hope our principal's daughter is also adhering to the rules and regulations set by her mother.

I shut the lights of the dorm and retired to bed, The school had another rule, which stated that every student Should be at their dorms immediately after classes and before seven in the evening.

This school has a lot of shitty rules, which I don't think makes any sense, why would there be rules against having phones, staying outside the curfew, which is too early, and also there zero-tolerance against school parties as well.
No one is allowed to throw a party, except the ones thrown by the school, like the moonlight ball and Valentine, literally any party held by the school is allowed, but anything aside from that, is against the school and if caught, larking on any of the rules, its punishment is severe and no one wishes to be used as a scapegoat for disobedience.
