Everyone now knew the truth about me and what I did. The lab, those people, everything. I felt Bakugo tighten his grip on my arm to the point I could feel the warmth from his palms. I looked up at him and saw that he had a serious look in his eyes. One that said we had to find a way out of here. I looked down and away from him. I didn't know what I could do.

"Could it be these qualities that made Shichi and Bakugo targets?" The reporter continued. "Can you provide concrete proof that these two still have a future?"

"Any lapse in Bakugo's behavior is my failing," Shota said apologetically. "He behaved the way he did at the sports festival because he has strong views and convictions. He, more than anyone else, pursues the title of top hero with everything he's got. If the villains have mistaken this for weakness then their thought process is superficial. As for my daughter, over the past seven years she has worked to control her quirk and she too is giving it her all to become a hero."

I perked up slightly at Shota's words. He was doing everything he could to defend both me and Bakugo. "Kanna knows what it's like to be a scared child in need of saving. She doesn't ever want anyone to feel the same pain she did. That's why she fights so hard to become a true hero. Her inspiration comes from All Might and the villains won't ever be able to take that from her."

"That doesn't sound like proof of anything," the reporter sneered. "Do you have a concrete counter strategy?"

"We are hardly approaching this passively," Principle Nezu said. "We are cooperating with the police in their investigation. They will retrieve the students who were taken."

"Good old UA," Bakugo grinned. "Thanks for sticking up for us. Technically, Shichi and I still have permission to fight back."

"Bakugo, are you sure?" I said quietly so only he could hear me. He gave me a light squeeze with his hand. Shota's words helped bring me back from collapse.

"Seems he knows where he stands," Dabi sighed.

"Can I stab him?" Toga asked, flashing her knife.

"No," Dabi said sternly.

"I don't understand," the magician said, confused. "Why didn't you just pretend to be on our side?"

"If I'm not feeling something then I'm not gonna lie about it," Bakugo took a step back, still keeping me close to him. "I'm not in the mood to stick around much longer."

"Tomura Shigaraki, calm yourself," The warp villain warned as Shigaraki began to move.

"All of you stay back," Shigaraki said picking up the hand off the floor and putting it back on his face. "Bakugo and number seven are important pawns. I do wish you would have listened. I thought we might understand each other."

"Hell no," Bakugo swore.

"Well, we all heard about the investigation so I can't waste time trying to convince you. Since number seven destroyed the remote I'll have to find a new way to keep her in line. Master please lend me your power."

"Master? I thought you were the boss," Bakugo laughed.

"Compress, Kurogiri put them to sleep," Shigaraki said ignoring Bakugo. "I'm actually impressed by how unwilling he is to listen."

"You can all go to hell," Bakugo said backing up to the wall. Maybe together we could take out a couple and try and escape.

"Bakugo, the warp villain," I warned and he gave me a knowing look.

Suddenly there was a knock at the door, "delivery from Kamino Pizza."

Everyone stopped, confused as to what was happening when the wall exploded around us. All Might burst in through the gaping hole.

"Kurogiri warp us!" Shigaraki shouted.

"Preemptive Binding Lacquered Chain Prison!" Kamui Woods swung in and wood was wrapped around the villains.

"Wood?" Dabi asked, making a move to burn it. His hand began to smoke before Gran Torino kicked him in the face, knocking him out.

"There is no escape for you, because we are here!" All Might announced. He came to save us. Tears began to form in my eyes and Bakugo was standing just as stunned and awed as I was.

"They timed this," Compress said trying to wiggle from his binding.

"One must never neglect defense, especially when attacking," Edgeshot said as he slid in through the door. "Kamino Pizza is more than us here, Endeavor is out there along with some other heroes and the police."

"I know it must have been scary, but both of you held out and you are okay now," All Might said flashing his trademark smile.

"As if!" Bakugo shouted. "I had them right where I wanted them! And I would have saved this damn Snowflake too!"

"Thank you All Might," I said, blinking back the tears. "Thank you for coming to save us."

"After all our plotting and scheming, the final boss shows up on our doorstep," Shigaraki said. "Kurogiri! Bring them all over to play!"

"All the Nomu that were set aside for us are gone," Kurogiri said, there was defeat in his voice.

"You still have a lot to learn," All Might said. "Your league has gone and taken too many things lightly. Like this young man's indomitable spirit and young Shichi's resilience. Also the relentless police investigation as well as our rage! Your mischief has gone on long enough, it ends here."

"No, it's only just starting," Shigaraki growled. "Peace this, justice that. All these vague things have kept the lid on society's filthy underbelly. We are smashing through and to do that we are removing you from the picture. I've already started finding allies. Also this is where number seven comes into play. She was created to destroy you. This is where is all begins. Kurogiri get us out of here!"

Kurogiri suddenly slumped over and Edgeshot wormed his way out of the warp villain.  Edgeshot's quirk allowed him to stretch or flatten his body. One of the villains looked up, "is he dead?"

"Nah, I just messed around with his insides with my Ninpo: Thousand Sheet Pierce," Edgeshot explained. "This one was the biggest threat. I was able to make use of the weakness you pointed out, Bakugo."

"You all should just take it easy," Gran Torino said, holding a hand up. "Kenji Hikiishi, Atsuhiro Sako, Shuichi Iguchi, Himiko Toga, and Jin Bubaigawara." He turned to each villain as he said their names. "The police figured out all of your identies. Tomura Shigaraki where is your boss?"

"No, no, no!" Shigaraki began to panic.

"Where is he?!" All Might demanded.

"I HATE YOU!" Shigaraki shouted back.

Suddenly Nomu began appearing from this strange black liquid. "Endeavor we could use some help!" Edgeshot called.

"I'm a little busy!" Endeavor called back. I looked to see he too was facing Nomu. "Damn it! What's going on over there?"

"What the hell?" Bakugo coughed as black liquid came pouring out of his mouth.

Right after, the same black liquid was in my mouth. "ALL MIGHT!" I yelled trying to reach him, but I was too late. Bakugo and I arrived at another location, coughing up the nasty sludge.

"Apologies, Bakugo," a voice I instantly recognized said. His voice chilled me to my core. It was him, All For One. "Number Seven, it's so good to see you."

"Shichi?" Bakugo glanced over at me. All I could do was look at him in terror.

"It's wonderful to see you've mastered the quirks I gave you," All For One said. I looked up at him, the first time I've actually seen him. He was wearing a suit with a black, industrial mask over his face. Pipes were coming out of the sides and his eyes were covered.

The other villains arrived just after we did. "So this must be the boss," Bakugo said. He rushed over to me and grabbed me by my arm. I leaned into him, trembling in fear.

"You have failed again Tomura," All For One said calmly, almost fatherly. "You mustn't lose heart. There will be more chances. That's why I brought the rest of them and these children. You deemed them as important pawns. Try again. That's what I'm here to help you do. All of this is for you."

"ALL FOR ONE!" All Might yelled as he came down from the sky. He punched at the villain who blocked the attack with his hand. We were all blown back by the sheer force. Bakugo pulled me against him, protecting me.

"From the bar to here is about five kilometers and it took you a whole 30 seconds after I sent the Nomu. You really are losing it All Might," All For One said as All Might jumped back.

"So are you, what's with that mask?" All Might countered. "I'm not going to make the same mistakes I made five years ago. I'm taking Bakugo and Shichi and this time I'm sending you to prison along with your little league!"

All For One's arm expanded and he blasted All Might along with several blocks. "This is an air cannon plus spring-like limbs kinetically boosted by four and strength enhanced by three. It's a fun little combo but not as fun as the one I gave to you, number seven."

"M-my quirk?" I barely was able to get the words out. "I don't understand."

"All Might!" Bakugo shouted.

"Don't fret, that wasn't enough to kill him." All For One said. "Tomura, it's time for you to leave with the children." His fingers extended, reaching out and stabbed Kurogiri, making a warp gate appear.

"Hey!" One of the villains shouted. "Why couldn't you just use your warp ability to help us get away?"

"Because, Magne, my version still isn't complete. It only works over short distances and I can only bring people to me or away from me. The destination has to be a person I'm acquainted with. I used Forcible Quirk Activation, now you must leave." All For One explained.

"What about you, master," Shigaraki asked.

Just as All Might attacked, All For One looked to his protege, "always think ahead. You have more room to grow."

Compress used his magic to seal Dabi in a ball. That's how he must have captured Bakugo and I back in the forest. " We need to flee. Someone grab Bakugo and the girl."

"We gotta fight," Bakugo said, but all I could do was shake my head. I was too afraid. "I need you to snap out of it! All Might can't fight fully if we are here."

"I can't," I said trying not to break down.

"Damn it," Bakugo swore as he tried to blast the villains away.

A knife sliced down my back and I cried out in pain. Toga somehow got behind me. Bakugo couldn't keep them all at bay. "Just leave me!" I told him, trying to get him to run.

"Like hell I'm going to leave you!" Bakugo snapped. With a fluid movement he swung me around and onto his back. "Hold on tight okay?" I nodded in response. My hands were still cuffed together so I wrapped my legs around his waist. At least now he had a better chance of keeping the villains away from us.

"Shichi! Bakugo!" All Might yelled. "I'm coming!"

"That's what I'm here for," All For One said stopping him from reaching us.

"Damn it, damn it, damn it!" Bakugo swore under his breath. His movements were slower than normal since he was trying to protect me.

Suddenly a huge ice wall appeared. The villains stopped attacking us to see where it came from. "COME ON!" Kirishima yelled from above us. He was being supported by Midoriya and Iida meaning the ice came from Todoroki.

"Hold on to me!" Bakugo commanded before letting of a huge explosion sending us both up and into the air. He grabbed Kirishima's extended hand. "You idiots!"

"Shichi we could use some air," Iida said as we began to descend.

"She can't use her quirk," Bakugo said. "Figure it out yourself."

"Really you can't?" Iida gasped. "Fine then Bakugo you need to time your blasts with me."

"You get in sync with me!" Bakugo retorted.

"They are coming!" I said as Compress came soaring straight for us.

Suddenly Mt. Lady was between us and Compress smashed into her face. "Prioritize the mission!" She said as she began to fall.

"Gran Torino!" Midoriya called out as the old timer came bounding up. He glanced at Midoriya before going to help All Might. I glanced behind us to see Shigaraki and the others leaving through the warp gate.

Bakugo managed to get us on the ground and we ran from the fight. We blended in with the other people evacuating the area. I kept my head down, in Bakugo's neck. Once we stopped I looked up and saw that we were near the train station. Bakugo put me down, my legs trembling.

"Shichi you are injured!" Kirishima exclaimed, seeing my exposed back.

"I'm fine," I said trying not to cry.

"Did they do this to you?" Iida asked. He lightly brushed a hand over my old scars, while he put a bandage on the new cut.

"Those look old," Kirishima whispered.

"Don't look," I said softly.

"Take off your jacket, Deku," Bakugo commanded. Midoriya obeyed and handed it over. Bakugo gently placed it around me. I would have slid my arms through the sleeves but the cuffs wouldn't let me. "Can you do something about these cuffs and collar?"

"I don't know," Kirishima said. "It might be better to have the police handle it."

"Todoroki?" Midoriya said. I looked up and realized he was on the phone. "We are at the station. You and Yaoyorozu made it out? Yeah it was a success. We have her too."

"By the way I didn't need your help!" Bakugo snapped. "You were just the best option."

"Sure, sure," Kirishima said not buying it.

Helicopters flew overhead, heading towards where All Might was fighting. On the station screen a news channel came up with breaking news. "Half of Kamino ward was destroyed in an instant. All Might is currently exchanging blows with the villain who caused this destruction. It's hard to believe that a single villain could obliterate several city blocks and go toe to toe with the Symbol of Peace." The news reporter said. She was filming from one of the helicopters.

All Might looked like he was being beaten. He was covered in scraps from the fight. All For One used another huge blast against All Might and when the smoke cleared a skinny, gaunt looking man was standing there. All Might looked stunned and afraid. I recognized this weakened form. This was the same man who visited Midoriya at the sports festival. How long was All Might struggling to hide his true form. People began chattering about All Might and Midoriya looked panicked. But then the tone shifted.

"Who cares if he looks like that?" "That's All Might!" "The Symbol of Peace!" "He won't lose!"

We joined in cheering for All Might. He would win. He would beat All For One. Tears were pouring from my eyes and I gave everything I could. Even if he couldn't hear me, he was my hero. "BEAT HIM!" Midoriya, Bakugo, and I yelled together.

On the screen we watched as All Might made his arm bigger to attack All For One. He couldn't retain his muscle form but at least he could manage this much. Other heroes arrived at that moment. Endeavor had taken care of the Nomu's along with Edgeshot. Tiger and Kamui Woods were helping people escape. Anything they could do to help All Might.

All For One's arm suddenly expanded to a massive size. Strength boosted and spikes were coming from it. This must have been another one of his quirk combinations. All For One punched and met fists with All Might. His arm shrunk and he bulked up the other one and landed a hit. All For One knocked him back and blood spurted from his arm. It must have been broken in many places.

He bulked up his arm again and dodged All For One's arm, "UNITED STATES OF SMASH!" All Might roared making the final blow. The helicopters were knocked back from the force of the wind. When they refocused the camera's a tornado had formed. Once it faded All For One was down. All Might standing over him.

Everyone cheered. All Might had won. He lifted a hand into the air and reverted to his muscle form for just a moment. The heroes began search and rescue efforts. The news began talking about how All For One was being taken away.

"We need to get Shichi and Bakugo to the pros," Kirishima said.

All Might came on the screen again and pointed, "now it's your turn."

"Wow!" "That's our All Might!" "He truly is the symbol of peace!" People began chattering. His statement must have been for the villains yet Midoriya began to sob.

"Midoriya?" I reached out to touch his shoulder.

"I'm fine," he said between tears. Bakugo just stared at him.

We went and found a couple of pro heroes who took Bakugo and I to the police station. As they got our statements they had someone remove the collar and handcuffs. There were marks on my wrists where they bit into my skin. They also had Recovery Girl come out and heal my back.

"Kanna Shichi," detective Tsukauchi called out to me as he came into the station. With him was Shota.

I stood up and ran to him. He embraced me tightly. "I was so worried," Shota said softly. "I'm so sorry I couldn't come for you."

"Shota you're here," I said burying my face into his chest. I began to sob again. "I missed you so much. I was so scared."

"I missed you too," Shota said holding me tighter.

"Kanna let's talk in private," the detective said leading us away. Once we were in the room he had us sit down. I looked up at Shota who gave me a smile. That's when I realized he shaved his face for the press conference.

"Thank you for defending me," I said leaning into him.

"Always," Shota said putting an arm on my head.

"So, we looked into your case more and we have more lab reports," Tsukauchi said holding an envelope. "These ones mention your quirk."
