"How was it?" Suman asked as soon as Khushi walked in. She was smiling brightly and she seemed all happy about the date which Suman guessed must have gone well, why else would she smile right?

"You won't believe what happened." Khushi said down beside her all excited to tell her about everything.

"Why, what happened?" Suman looked at her curiously.

"So this guy, that I dint know his name, or how he looked like or anything turned out to be Arnav. I mean can you believe it? The same Arnav that I went with on a date in Shimla.

I mean is it destiny or what? At first, we kept on bumping into each other and when we weren't bumping, we were talking online to each other even without knowing that it was actually us. I mean it just made me so happy... I finally found out who it was and the best part of it was that it turned out to be him.

Jeez, this sounds like a dream, I can't even believe it's real, I am so happy. We sat, we talked and everything and I guess if things go well, we could get together." She blushed.

"Oh God! That's huge." Suman hugged her excitedly.

"But Khushi... What about your brothers?" Suman broke the hug and looked at her worriedly.

"I don't know... I mean it scares me too. I mean I was okay with whatever rules they had for me before I met Arnav, but things have changed now... I'm in college, I'm mature enough to have a boyfriend at least.

Plus this is me, I believe in love so much, I mean for now I just like Arnav, but who know in the near future it might turn to love and I don't want to let that chance go because I am scared of my brothers and their stupid rule.

I mean why wouldn't they even tell me what the rule is for in the first place? Plus they keep punishing themselves along with me too, I mean just look at Prem." Khushi shrugged.

"You know if they ever found out about Arnav, you might not be in trouble but he will be. They are you brothers, they love you, they wont harm you, but Arnav... I'm scared for him Khushi."

"I'll figure something out. Maybe talk to them or something. For now let me be happy in my little fairytale before things get bad." She smiled faintly.

Deep down, she was a bit scared, Suman was right, if her brothers found out, they might even end up hurting Arnav, and she dint want that, but she also dint want to stay away from him.

It was like destiny was literally bringing them closer, first of all, all those accidental meetings, even when she went to Shimla, she met him went on a date with him, now he was in her college, and then the guy she had been talking to online turned out to be him actually.

She wasn't stupid, she wasn't going to take forever to realize that this was actually destiny, coincidences happened, but not every time, and this... whatever that was between her and Arnav was no coincidence.

"Anyway, I need to get home before my brothers start smelling that something's fishy." She said to Suman.

"Yeah, get your things and I'll drop you home. We'll discuss about this thing and how to deal with your brothers on Monday."

"Yeah on Monday." she smiled as she remembered that she was going to see Arnav at college on Monday, she couldn't wait to hang out with him, spend time with him, it was like a dream come true.

Arnav walked to his room and Shaina came rushing in immediately, she couldn't wait to find out how his date had gone, she was excited and she hoped that it had worked for him.

"Hey... I've been waiting for you. Tell me everything." Shaina sat beside him on the bed and looked at him excitedly. Arnav looked back at her with a smile but he dint even have words to speak.

He was shocked, he had gone there expecting something different and it ended up being something he wouldn't have imagined ever.

Like what was happening in his life? Just when he had lost all hopes of being with Khushi, he ended up realizing that all this while, she liked him too, she just thought he was a different person.

"Arnav!" Shaina shook him bringing him out of the thoughts.

"I think I'm going crazy." Arnav smiled.

"Why? What happened?"

"This girl that I went to meet, guess who she turned out to be. Khushi!" He said with a huge smile on her face.

"Whaaaaaaaaaaat?" Shaina screamed.

"If you make that noise one more time I'll hit you with my slippers." Padmini shouted from the hall.

"Sorry mom. Tell me how exactly that happened." She looked back at Arnav who explained everything to her in details, of how they started talking and until the date.

Shaina just listened at him silently, whenever he would say something even a bit surprising, she would open up her eyes wide making him laugh.

"Yeah so that's it. Oh also... remember I told you that she liked some other guy?"

"Yeah."

"Turns out, that other guy was Mr. Writer, which means it's me. Oh My God! I can't tell you how excited I am. She told me that when I went to drop her home, for a second there I couldn't even believe I had heard the right thing. I can't wait to see her again already. I think I'm going crazy over her. I've never felt this way before... I'm just so happy." Arnav smiled.

"Aww... I'm so happy for you Arnav. I mean look at that stupid smile on your face that cant go away. It's stuck there forever." Shaina giggled as she teased him.

Arnav rolled his eyes as he turned to look away from her, but he did like the teasing, it just made him feel happier than he already was.

"Shaina, come here. Your aunt wants to talk to you." Padmini called her.

"Gosh I hate when relatives call. I wish I could hide somewhere until mom is done with the calls." She rolled her eyes and headed out leaving Arnav alone.

He pulled out his phone from the pocket of his jean and decided to text Khushi immediately, he typed and erased a few texts as he just couldn't come up with the right thing to text her, he was just so happy and nervous at the same time and he dint want his text to sound stupid.

He was clearly overthinking everything. So after trying for a while, when he couldn't come up with something, he decided to write down a short poem instead and post it on his page.

"So I'll see you later." Suman bid Khushi goodbye after dropping her outside the mansion, she wanted to drive off immediately just to avoid bumping into Prem. Khushi waved at her and then turned around to head inside when she saw Krystle walking out.

"What's with the smile on your face?" She asked as she walked towards Khushi.

"Is it that noticeable? Anyway, you tell me, why are you at our house? Isn't your work office related only? What brings you here huh?" She smirked.

"Arjun invited me to come have lunch with him and Rudra that's why I was here, I am just leaving but not until you tell me the reason behind that smile."

"Only if you promise not to tell my brothers."

"Done deal, let the secret out."

"So... I went on a date."

"And..."

"With Arnav... you met him once I think... remember?"

"Oh yes... that cute guy, he was so into you, I could tell from the looks of it. So you finally went on a date with him, which I figure your brothers don't know about right? That's why you don't want me to tell them. You sneaky little girl." Krystle laughed.

"Yeah, they are way too strict for me, so anyway that's it... that's the reason of my huge smile which I should try to hide or my brothers would know something's up."

"So how was it... do you like him?"

"I think so. I mean he's so great... he's just so perfect, he writes really good stuff, you should follow his Instagram page, he is a genius. I think I like him... a lot." Khushi giggled and blushed at the same time, she was finally admitting it to someone else and just not Suman.

"Who are you talking about?" She heard Prem's voice from behind her and she stood there completely frozen.

Looked like she was in trouble.
