History/Personality:

On October 1st, 1989 forty-three children were born simultaneously to Mothers with no previous signs of pregnancy on the twelfth hour of the day. Thus gave birth to the child called Guinevere, her mother named her, and wished for her to be kept that name as Sir Reginald Hargreeves came to collect. After a few days of being born she was whisked away to the Umbrella Academy with her seven siblings. They would grow up and be trained within that house, and bond like siblings do. Gwen got on with all her siblings, and they got on with her without a doubt. But with age and family disasters, they grew apart. Gwen grew cold and distant from her family, due to the loss of Five and then Ben. It hit her hard, it hit them all hard but she was heartbroken the most. However, Gwen had dreams of her own, she wanted to choose her own way of life, not the way her Father sees fit for her. She didn't want to carry out missions like they were when they were children. So in 2006, she left the Academy behind and sought her own adventure, her own way of life.

Gwen left the academy and persuade her dreams. However, she had to start somewhere so she got a job at the bookstore, stacking shelves and helping people. The pay was good and soon enough she had a place of her own, though it was only small. On her days off she would sing local at open mic nights, just to keep that spark alive. As years progressed she got a job as a waitress as the bookstore had closed. The pay gave her enough to pay rent and feed herself, but she was putting every penny she got into savings. Again after years of working, she finally got noticed one night at open mic-night and was offered a job singing and better money. She loved it, she loved the vibe of the place, the audience that came and cheered her on. For a night it was like she was a movie star, singing her heart out to the crowd which adored her. People saw her as a star, and only her. Her dream came true, the longing of achievement was in her reach. But she was plagued with memories of the past and overall guilt...

Gwen is a kind hearted women, who from a young age cared so much for her family, and would do anything to please them and make them feel loved. But her powers were tied to her emotions, and whenever she got angry or distressed, disaster would strike all around her. Her Father - in his own way - made her control these emotions, in time she did and became the master of her powers.

Powers:

Molecular Immobilization: The user can reduce the speed of objects/organisms to the point of them becoming immobile. The user can freeze specific targets, parts of a target, or immobilize the molecules within their surroundings. With time and training, Gwen could be able to freeze a whole room and this render the consciousness of an affected organism immobilized, which causes them to be unaware of any event that transpired while the user had frozen them.

Molecular Combustion: User can accelerate molecules of target, increasing heat and friction to the point of combustion/explosion. When Gwen got angry, she would combust things around her.

Telekinesis: The ability to influence/manipulate/move objects/matter with their mind or using hands to direct the way the object is going. When Gwen was young and had outbursts she would sometimes fling things through the air.

Abilities:

Intelligent: Due to the vast library within the Academy, Gwen was a book worm. She loved to read, and study and take in new things.

Multilingualism: Over the years Gwen learnt a few different languages which were Russian, French and German. She can also sing in these languages as well.

Combat: Gwen was taught how to fight among her other siblings. She grew strong in the skill, adapting to use her powers while fighting. Such as using a single punch to send a person flying because of her telekinesis. She is capable to fight if the need arises.

Signing: From a young age, Gwen has always loved music and she would hum to herself in her free time. Soon it turned into singing along, her voice was angelic and powerful to everyone that heard.
