☆The Gang's All Here☆

Wooyoung stared at the man in disbelief. He hadn't changed, save for the freshly dyed pink hair. His charming mannerisms, his bewitching face, that infamous smirk. It was all there. "What are you doing here?"

The older man shrugged at him, tilting his head to the side with a sly grin. The things that look would do to his heart... "I could say the same for you, Woo. You look nice by the way. I like the hair." Unconsciously, Wooyoung's hand travelled to hide his light purple locks, while he couldn't help but glower in San's direction.

Jongho's eyes squinted towards the man behind him. "And what about you?" He huffed towards the raven-haired headache in annoyance. "What are you doing here, Yeosang?"

"I didn't know you were moving in here Jongho, trust me." Jongho lifted his brow at that and finally pushed the older man off.

"Why should I believe that?" He spat. "Why are you two really here? Just to rub your relationship in our faces? I won't have it!"

"Jongie-'' San pulled Yeosang back, his eyes signalling him to keep quiet. He stepped forward, hardly phased by the harsh glare in Jongho's gaze when he spoke.

"Two of the dorm buildings flooded over the holidays so we had to move out," He explained, arms crossed and stare downcasted, making Jongho feel smaller with every word he spoke. "This was the best option for us to take on short notice. See? We didn't follow you and we're not here because we want to be. I know it's shocking, but the world doesn't revolve around you, Jongho." The brunette pressed his lips together, clenching his first while keeping intense eye contact with the older man.

"Stop it you two," Yeosang pleaded, stepping between them. The youngest's eyes travelled over to him, his expression softening almost instantly. Though he was done glaring, Jongho was still riled beyond belief. So before he said something he knew he would regret, he pushed past both of them and stormed off to his room.

Wooyoung wasn't far behind him yet went stiff when someone grabbed his arm. "Wooyoung," San's voice was soft, caring - he didn't trust it. So Wooyoung brushed him off.

"I hope you two settle in nicely," He whispered, before slinking off with Jongho.

In times like this, Hongjoong went where he always did when he was stressed. The coffee shop. Why? It was relaxing, there was free wifi, and he was able to ignore all his problems by downing caffeine like it was alcohol. He sat in the furthest part of the shop to avoid bothering anyone with his groggy state and simply laid his head down to rest.

It was quiet. Just the way he liked it. Because the students at KQ used coffee like it was a drug, many shops, this one, in particular, Café Mist, were open 24/7 to cater to just about anyone's needs.

A familiar barista with orange hair, bright eyes and a lovely smile came over. "Hey, Mingi..." Hongjoong practically slurred, not bothering to lift his head from the table. The taller man chuckled at him and sat down, gently stroking Hongjoong's soft locks with a grin. Don't let his immense size fool you. Although Mingi dwarfed most people around him, he really was a sweetheart. A gentle giant, if you will.

"Stressed, Joongie?" He asked, tilting his head. Hongjoong only shrugged at him. "Wanna talk about it? If it's about that project we got, I can help you out with it. I know you've got a lot on your plate." Hongjoong found himself grinning, even in his distressed state.

He finally leaned back up and sent Mingi a smile. "You're so sweet," he sighed. "It's not that. I finished the beats for that long ago. It's...my new roommate..."

Hongjoong stopped himself mid-sentence when Mingi interrupted him with a gasp, saying he had something to show him. Waiting in anticipation, the smile remained on the blunette's face when the redhead pulled a silver key out of his pocket. "Surprise!" He exclaimed. "I just got the key before work! We'll be roommates again!"

That was when Hongjoong's smile faltered. The two of them have been roommates since Mingi came to KQ in Hongjoong's second year. Not only that but they were classmates as well since they were under the same major. As delighted as Hongjoong was by both these things, he couldn't help but feel down about what he was about to say next: "About that...I've got a roommate already..."

He felt a pain in his heart as he watched Mingi's smile fall. "Oh...can't you switch with someone hyung?" He whined.

"I wouldn't wish this guy on anyone else Mingi..." The younger's brows furrowed, looking at Hongjoong sceptically. His expression had melted into one of disappointment, anger and sorrow. One that Mingi knew could only be caused by one person.

"Don't tell me..."

"Yeah...He's here..." Letting out a shaken sigh, Hongjoong placed his head back on the table. Park Seonghwa had decided to waltz right into his life once more. The two had broken up the year prior but that didn't mean the scars of their relationship didn't burn Hongjoong to this day. He simply refused to believe that he would be forced to live with this man now.

"He didn't try anything, did he hyung?" Mingi's response was a hasty head shake. The hesitation of his movements gave him the only answer he needed yet he figured it would be best not to pry.

It was clear that Mingi didn't believe him, so the older student tried a little harder to reassure him. "I'm just a little shaken seeing him, that's all. I'm fine, really." The smile he showed, although forced, was enough to make the barista drop the subject. Always one for comfort, he offered Hongjoong a nice cup of hot chocolate and some cuddles to melt his stress away, both of which his hyung happily accepted.

It was around an hour and a half later when the two finally arrived back at the house. They were greeted by Yunho, who frantically flung himself at his friend in a hug. "Hongjoong!" He exclaimed. "Where did you go? I was about to go looking for you! Who were you with? How are you feeling-"

Hongjoong chuckled lightly and tried his best to pat his friend's worry away. "I'm fine, Yunnie," He reassured the younger. "I was just with someone."

"Someone?" A dark look flashed across Yunho's face. It was brief but Hongjoong still managed to catch it. He, of course, ignored it. "Who?" He tilted his head over to the redhead beside him, who greeted Yunho with a bright smile.

"Hi, I'm Mingi!"Just like that, time stopped and Yunho felt as though his heart was stuck in his throat.

He had to be the most beautiful man Yunho had ever seen. Shining brown eyes, perfect curly hair, glasses that made his round face look absolutely adorable, flawless, plush lips that Yunho wanted nothing more than to see bruised by his kisses - he was stunning. "Yunho," The pinkette finally replied, matching his grin. "It's a pleasure."

"He's the last roommate," Hongjoong told him. Mingi jingled his keys in front of them just to confirm.

"I guess that means...you'll be rooming with me?" The smile on Mingi's face widened as he grabbed both of Yunho's hands and giggled in excitement.

"This will be awesome!" A tiny grin formed on Hongjoong's face. No matter how much real-life seemed to weigh down on them, Mingi never ceased to have a smile on his face. Hongjoong had always admired that about him - he found excitement in the smallest things.

Mingi had already dragged his fellow titan into their room by the time Hongjoong looked up, causing him to sigh. A light yawn escaped his lips and instinctively, his eyes travelled towards the microwave clock. 10:45 pm. Now realising how late it was, his heart dropped at the idea of having to sleep in the same room as that man. The thought alone made him shiver.

Figuring it would be best to simply get it over with, Hongjoong gathered his breath and slowly crept into his bedroom. He awaited Seonghwa's steely gaze, a flirtatious or cruel smirk only to be faced with - nothing. He was gone. "Well thank the fucking lord."

He flopped onto his bed and within a few seconds, he was out like a light.

---

Beep...Beep...Beep...

A pillow smacked Wooyoung's alarm right off his bedside table. He paid no mind as the plastic clock clacked against their wooden floor only groaning to himself as the bright rays of the sun shone through the window. "I don't wanna get up~" Whined the boy.

However, Wooyoung suddenly jolted forward when the very pillow he threw at his alarm came crashing down on his chest. He winced and glared up at Jongho, the younger boy staring at him boredly. "Too bad. Hongjoong hyung called everyone to the kitchen."

"What? Why?"

Jongho shrugged at him. "He just wants to make sure everyone knows one another." Before Wooyoung could even comment, the younger shushed him. "Yes, that includes San and Yeosang. I don't want to keep everyone waiting, so whether you're dressed or not, get your lazy ass out of bed and be there within the next two minutes." Groaning, Wooyoung stuck his tongue at his friend before flipping him off. Neither of which phased Jongho in the slightest.

Wooyoung spent much of his given two minutes, brushing his hand through his bedridden hair, thinking about the problems sure to come. San was out there. The name itself had him withering with annoyance. How dare he exist like this? So cocky and rude. So charming and stunning. How inconsiderate...

Within the little time had, he didn't bother to change out of his pyjamas, a simple pink t-shirt and shorts, and finally made his way into the kitchen. All heads turned to him instantly, San's eyes looking him up and down with a smirk. Wooyoung only glanced around, placing himself on the couch next to Yunho, while the rest were at the table. He noticed that everyone was already dressed for the day, embarrassment taking over him as he lazily covered his exposed legs with his hands.

Hongjoong surveyed the room, his lips pursed. There were only seven of them. Perfect. "Right, since we're all here-"

"Aren't we missing someone?" Muttered Jongho. Hongjoong looked at him in a sharp turn, the younger flinching at the intense look received warning him to Shut It.

"Since we're all here. I figured we'd all set a few ground rules." The eldest student brought over a pen and paper. "Number one-"

"I'm sorry," San interrupted. Hongjoong could feel his eye twitch in irritation. There was nothing he truly despised more than being interrupted. Nevertheless, he sucked in his breath and glanced over at the pink-haired student, doing his best to keep his aggressive facial expression in check. "Who died and made you captain?"

They all flinched when the pen in Hongjoong's hands snapped between his fingers. "Does that answer your question?" He asked through gritted teeth. His only response from San was a quick nod and look of fear - good enough for him.

Before Hongjoong could so much as open his mouth again, the front door swung open. Nothing but pure anger flashed on his face. "Alright, what now? What the fuck do you want-" Everyone held their breaths when Seonghwa walked into the room. They awaited the worst. A broken hand. A snapped neck.

Nothing.

Hongjoong was frozen. Seonghwa, noticing how everyone was gathered around, raised his brow. "What's this? Having a meeting without me? That's not very nice of you, now is it Joongie?"

"N-No it's...AGH! What the hell do you want?" They were shocked by his brief switch in persona. It was quick, yet the moment Seonghwa walked in, it was as though he had broken. The eldest student shrugged at him, placing himself next to Wooyoung on the couch and sliding off his leather jacket.

Wooyoung couldn't help but look him up and down for a moment, a light blush creeping across his cheeks as Seonghwa ran his hand through his perfect blonde locks and licked his lips. Maybe this is the rebound I've been waiting for?

"Don't let me stop you, babe," Said Seonghwa, smirking while leaning into his hand. "Get on with it."

Though Hongjoong grumbled a few things under his breath, he pulled out the spare pen he kept with him and began to write down the rules, telling everyone to give input at any point. "Rule number one," He started. "Control your tongue. We're people, not chameleons." Seonghwa glared at him, his expression switching from a smirk to a scowl. On the inside, Hongjoong's soul had buried itself ten feet under, but he tried his best to hide his fear. "Number two, no mint chocolate."

"Oh, so these are like, petty rules? Right?" Wooyoung exclaimed, almost in excitement.

"No, this is serious. It's the work of the devil-"

"Rule three!" Shouted the freshman, cutting Hongjoong off. "Keep flirting to a minimum. There will be no whores in this house." He put extra emphasis on the word whores while letting his eyes travel towards the pinkette at the table. San clenched his jaw, his irritation being something Wooyoung never got tired of seeing.

"Rule four, inside voices only. Any screaming and you'll be punished."

Jongho rolled his eyes. "Rule five, keep your kinks to yourself." He spat. "And learn to keep your horny ass in check."

This time, it was Mingi who chimed in. "Rule six, try to keep a positive attitude. We don't want to be at each other's throats all the time." Though it was meant to be lighthearted, for some reason, San took it as a threat.

"Rule seven, keep your opinions to yourself." Yunho watched at how taken aback Mingi was by San's aggression and wasn't having any of it.

"Rule eight, sleep with one eye open at all times." Now that, San knew was a threat. He stood to his feet, with Yunho doing the same. They were about a foot apart when they started to go back and forth with one another. Mingi desperately tried to break them apart while Wooyoung cheered for them to fight, Jongho had lost all interest in the conversation and began scrolling through Twitter, Seonghwa was making not so subtle advances towards Hongjoong, and Yeosang started making breakfast for himself, quietly enjoying the chaos.

The gang's all here.

And there was a matter of time before they all killed one another, or died trying.
