Mark, Minkyu, Marshall, Leon, and Daegal rushed out of the building as fast as they could, afraid to see what fate had befallen their beloved teammate.

Once they got close enough, they saw exactly what had happened to Jisung. Somehow, he had been impaled through a street lamp, right through his torso. The thick pole kept him from sliding downward, his limp body suspended above the ground as his blood continued to drip and trickle down to the cobblestone ground.

"Move out the way!! I'm have to get him down!!"

Jeno suddenly yelled, running past the group to get to the younger.

"Sticky Fingers!!"

Jeno brought out his Stand and it struck the pole twice, once above and below Jisung's body.

Jeno caught Jisung in his arms once his body fell, immediately noticing how lifeless his eyes looked.

"D-Damn it...! Where the hell is Renjun-hyung?! If he can imbue the pole that's still stuck in him with life, then we can heal his wound!!"

"We don't know where he is hyung... He just suddenly disappeared before Jisung was killed..."

"Don't say that Jaemin.. Don't you dare say that..! He's gonna wake up any second! We just have to heal him!"

"Hyung... Without Renjun-hyung, we can't do anything for Jisung. He's the only one that can imbue that pole with life to heal his injury. Pulling the pole out ourselves would only do more damage anyway... If we can't find him, t-then there's no way we can bring Jisung back..."

"...D-Damn it. We have to find him.. He couldn't have gone far"

"I'll take Jisung. You should try using your rings to find him"

Taeyong advised.

Right when Jeno gave Jisung to the older, both Jaemin and Mark got a call at the same time.

"Sicheng-hyung? What's going on??"

"Did something happen Jaehyun-hyung???"

Jaemin answered the phone to Sicheng, and Mark answered the phone to Jaehyun.

They both put their phones on speaker for everyone to hear.

"N-Nana.. We need backup in the lab.. Something happened to Chenle.. Someone somehow got in. I-I don't know how but... T-There's just so much blood, I don't know what to do.."

"Something happened to Donghyuck too.. We're by the ship, but I didn't even see when or how it happened... D-Donghyuck... He's not breathing, and I can't stop the bleeding..."

The two alarmed the group.

"..The four of you will have to spilt up. We have to get to the bottom of this. I'll stay here with Jisung"

Taeyong insisted.

"Jaemin and I will go to the lab"

Jeno informed the group before they ran off.

"Mark, Minkyu, and I will head to the ship. I'm leaving Leon and Daegal with you hyung. They'll keep you and Jisung safe"

Marshall assigned his dogs to watch over Taeyong and Jisung, while they rushed to their next location.

In The Lab

Jeno and Jaemin arrived in the lab after a few minutes, only to find a horrific and heartbreaking sight.

Chenle had bled out due to a fatal injury, lifelessly laying on the floor. He had suffered a clean cut right through much of his torso, from his shoulder all the way to his lower chest. Xuefen was in the room too, but he was crying while Yuta hugged him. He held the boy's head close to his chest, so he wouldn't have to look at Chenle's condition more.

Sicheng was trying to keep his cool like Yuta was, but he looked like he was on the verge of breaking down.

"First Jisung, now Chenle and Donghyuck... No one saw how this happened..?"

Jeno asked, unable to believe what was happening.

"Xuefen was the only one in here with Chenle, but neither of them saw anyone enter the room to do this, let alone the building.."

Yuta explained.

"He told us before that he was coming here with Xuefen to try looking at camera footage from satellites and surveillance around the city, to find The Boss' identity. But then we heard Xuefen screaming, and came to find Chenle like this..."

Sicheng explained.

"Wait.. That's gotta be it. This is The Boss' doing. That must be why Jisung was killed too. He might've tried using his Telepathy to figure out The Boss' identity, by reading Taeyong-hyung's mind.. Donghyuck-hyung must've figured something out too then, and that's why he was killed as well. By the way it's looking, all three of them were killed around the exact same time.."

Jaemin predicted.

"This makes no sense at all.. How is it that no one saw him get this close to do this?? I get that King Crimson can erase time, but he'd have to be in range to do that. Its range is only a few meters like most of our Stands, so how did he manage to kill Donghyuck, Jisung, and Chenle this fast??"

"I have no idea Jeno-hyung, but it's the only thing that makes sense. First Renjun-hyung disappeared, and then they were killed. He probably kidnapped hyung as well to ensure that we couldn't heal and revive them"

Just as Jaemin said that, he got yet another call.

The call was from Jaehyun's phone, but Marshall was the one to speak from the other line.

"Things are just getting worse by the second!! Mark is down now!! His heart has been completely ripped out!!"

He yelled through the phone, all of them able to hear Minkyu's screams in the background.

"You two go and see what's happened. We'll stay here with Chenle and Xuefen. Just please find Renjun and get to the bottom of this.."

Yuta pleaded.

The two brothers wasted no time and ran off again to meet with the others who had been attacked.

By the Ship

The two brothers eventually made it to the their next destination, meeting up with the devastated group.

Donghyuck was laying lifelessly on the ground, his head having been bisected clean in half. Meanwhile Mark's heart had been ripped right out of his body, the organ crushed and thrown aside, leaving him with a gaping hole in his chest.

"They both got closer to figuring out The Boss' deal, didn't they..?"

Jeno asked.

"They did.. Jaehyun-hyung said that Donghyuck started piecing together how The Boss was so insistent on killing Taeyong-hyung himself, and how they have multiple similarities. And Mark tried piecing together if this really was The Boss' doing or Renjun's"

Marshall explained.

"But..why would this be Renjun-hyung's doing..? That doesn't make my sense.."

"It may not Jaemin, but think about it. If this really is The Boss' doing, then maybe Mark-hyung and Donghyuck were both on to something instead of just one of them. So far, Donghyuck, Jisung, and Chenle have been killed by trying to figure out The Boss' identity. Now Mark-hyung is dead too, but he was tapping into more about his plan rather than his identity. And Renjun-hyung's disappearance at the time of all this can't just be a coincidence"

"Jeno may be on to something. Renjun disappearing and these sudden brutal killings must all have something to do with The Boss' next big move..."

Jaehyun added, hugging Minkyu tightly to protect him.

As they were talking, Jaehyun suddenly got a call from Xiaojun. He answered immediately and put the call on speaker.

"Xiaojun, please tell me you have some good news..."

"I do. We found Renjun"

"Really?! Where?!"

"On the rooftop. You should be able to see Robin waving from where you are"

The group looked into the city, and eventually found the boy jumping up and down and waving at the top of their HQ.

A few of them waved back before returning to the issue at hand.

"We see him. Is Renjun alright?"

"He seems fine. He's just unconscious. We don't know how he got up here"

"Yeah. Wasn't he with Jisung, Jaemin, and Taeyong-hyung?"

YangYang and Hendery came to the phone next, while Xiaojun carefully held Renjun in his arms.

"That's what were still trying to figure out. We don't know how he could just suddenly reappear up there, or how he just up and disappeared in the first place"

"I see.. We're taking him to the infirmary. We'll all meet up there to keep the others safe until they can be revived. We'll see you all there in a few"

Xiaojun informed the group before one of them hung up.

"We need to get Mark and Donghyuck to the infirmary. I'm pretty sure Yuta-hyung and Sicheng are taking Xuefen and Chenle to the infirmary now, so let's meet up with Taeyong-hyung and get Jisung there too"

Jaehyun advised.

Minkyu was still very upset, but he used his jacket to wrap up Donghyuck's head to try and keep it together, and Jeno used Sticky Fingers to zip up Mark's wound until further notice. Jaemin also used his Keyblade to keep Mark's discarded heart in bubble in case they needed it, despite it being crushed.

The team made their way to the center of town, before eventually making it back inside their HQ. They anxiously waited for Renjun to wake up, still confused about the entire situation.
