Just hours after Marshall returned to his teammates, The Boss made his appearance to check up on the boys, already aware that they had failed him for the second time.

"So, you've failed me once again. I warned all of you. The second time you all fail me, there will be immense pain unlike any pain you have experienced before. Now, it's about time that you all felt that pain"

The seven boys tried to explain themselves to him and begged him for mercy, but The Boss only proceeded to carry out what he promised them.

He used King Crimson's power to create a period of erased time, making himself appear right in front of Jean in the blink of an eye. The boys were terrified by this alone, realizing that time had suddenly skipped.

The Stand only attacked Jean and broke several bones in both of his legs.

It even picked him up out of his wheelchair and threw him to the ground. The only sounds that filled the room were Jean's cries of pain as he laid there helpless.

"Jean!!! Damn you!! This is the last time you're ever going to lay a finger on him!!"

Marshall immediately became enraged by the sight of what The Boss had done to Jean, and attempted to attack him with his wolf dogs.

But The Boss made erased time again and reappeared behind Marshall, allowing King Crimson to strike him from behind. The force of the blow instantly broke his back and knocked him to the ground, landing him right next to Jean. Despite Leon and Daegal wanting to attack The Boss, he ordered them to stand down. But even though he gave them that order, The Boss grabbed both wolf dogs in a chokehold and broke their necks before throwing them both against the wall.

As a result, Marshall only hurt himself more trying to move to get to his friends, the added stress and pain causing him to pass out.

"Boss my ass... I fucking hate you!! I WON'T LET YOU HURT MY FRIENDS ANYMORE!!"

Overcome with rage, Jonah was the next to try and attack The Boss.

Using his Remorse Sword, he attempted to strike him, but time has been erased again and King Crimson struck the sword, shattering it on impact.

Seeing his beloved sword that Robin gifted to him shatter before his very eyes drove him into an immediate depression, and he gave up the fight. As tears ran down his face, The Boss grabbed him by the back of his head and roughly slammed his face into the floor. He proceeded to slam his face into the floor multiple times, and then discarded his motionless body across the room.

"Jean... Marshall-hyung... Jonah-hyung..."

Damian could only stare down at his friends, completely frozen with fear and with no will to attack The Boss.

The man then took a long nail from one of his pockets, and suddenly put the head of it up to his mouth. He lifted up his mask a tiny bit and blew against it, making the nail suddenly blow up like a thin balloon.

He then reformed the balloon, morphing it into a small balloon dog.

He then let it float on its own and while The Boss blew into more nails, the balloon dog quickly flew over to Damian. Recognizing just what he was seeing, Jamie immediately became worried for his older friend.

"Wait a second... Shit! Hyung! Get away from that balloon now!! Don't let it get near you!!"

He warned him, but he was a second too late.

Damian responded by swatting the balloon away with the back of his hand, but instead of floating in the opposite direction, it stuck to his hand. It then burrowed its way into his hand and reverted back to its original form as a nail.

"What the hell?!"

The sudden agonizing pain from the nail caused him to scream, rendering him unaware of the several balloons that were approaching him.

After the next set of ballon's burrowed into him and all over his body, they each reverted back to their original forms.

The Boss then grabbed him and roughly planted him against the wall. The nails kept him posted against the wall and unable to move, his blood slowly dripping down the walls and his body. The Boss then blew up one final nail that was smaller than the others, and it burrowed itself into his forehead. Once it reverted, Damian was immediately knocked unconscious as blood dripped down his face.

"D-Damian-hyung..."

Jamie froze just like the older had before, his fear rendering him unable to move.

Noticing how the boy hadn't backed away from him like Robin and Cassidy had, he approached the boy and removed his goggles. He saw the immense fear in his eyes as he gave everything he had not to blink from the traumatic events he had just witnessed.

"I'll admit, I'm impressed by how you recognized my second Stand's power. Perhaps seeing your friends put to the brink of death like this is enough pain for you, right?"

The Boss then proceeded to roughly strike the back of his head, knocking him unconscious as well.

But even after being knocked out, Jamie still didn't close his eyes, his willpower alone keeping them ajar.

Chosen as his next next victim, The Boss grabbed Cassidy by his hair and dragged him into the elevator, ordering Robin to follow him. He took them to the floor with the washrooms, ridding Cassidy of his clothes and throwing him to the floor upon entering said room.

Using his power as a god of destruction, he summoned a gang of demon cats, all of which looked at Cassidy with a seemingly hungry expression.

"Do as you please with him, but keep him alive"

The Boss ordered the salivating cats.

Cassidy frantically backed away as the cats approached him, begging The Boss for mercy as he began to cry.

Eventually, the cats trapped him to the point where he couldn't get loose from their holds on him, and one by one they roughly had their way with him.

The Boss tightly held onto Robin and made him watch every second of it, forcing him to watch and listen to his dear friend suffer right in front of him. Eventually, Cassidy could feel his mind breaking as he struggled to keep himself from going feral once again. Robin noticed and finally tried fighting back to help the young fox, but the older man grabbed him by his neck and pulled him closer to keep him from moving.

The more Cassidy was fondled and toyed with, the more his mind began to turn. It got to the point where he started foaming at the mouth and the only word that he could mutter was "kill".

After he had finally lost control and snapped, he went completely feral and mauled every last one of the demon cats, spilling their dark blood on the tiled floor. The psychotic look in the boy's eyes broke Robin's heart, knowing that Cassidy had fallen much deeper into the void of his own power than he had before.

"Cass... I'm sorry... I'm so sorry that I failed to protect you...."

Robin apologized to the boy, despite knowing he probably couldn't even hear him by how far gone he was.

After throwing the boy's clothes into the washroom, The Boss locked Cassidy inside the room and dragged Robin to the elevator. After making it to the penthouse floor, he dragged Robin to the rooftop and threw him to the edge of the building.

He stepped on the boy's chest to keep him in place while his head hung over the ledge. Robin couldn't mask his emotions any longer and tears ran down his face as he frantically tried to get free from the stronger man's hold.

"Listen to me real carefully, you waste of space. I'm giving you one last chance for you and your good-for-nothing teammates to redeem yourselves. If you fail me this time, I will make it my mission to end every last one of you"

He then took a small chip out of his pocket, and opened one of the boy's compartments in his face to insert the chip. It immediately overrode his system, nullifying his positive emotions and amplifying his negative ones. The tears that once left his eyes had halted, and he stopped resisting all together. All of the feelings he had about Renjun and his team were replaced with nothing but feelings of resentment, with the mission to destroy them all.

"Once Renjun and his team return here, the seven of you will each fight your doubles once again, but this time you will not fail me. You'll all be taken to a place where you can fight without worrying about destroying your surroundings, so you can fight at your full potential. Each time one of you wins, a portal will appear to take you to a resting zone before you all make your way back here through another portal. Once the seven of them are beaten, we'll take out the rest of those pests"

The Boss helped Robin stand up after explaining his plan.

Having his system tampered with left Robin staring blankly at the floor, as a mindless Android waiting for his next target. The Boss gently raised up his face up by his chin to make the boy look up to him, and softly spoke to him.

"This is your last chance to get the job done. You will not fail me a third time. Am I clear?"

"...Understood. I will not fail you, Master"
