****Piper's POV***
This has been the longest day ever. I'm just going to walk up stairs and go to bed. As I walk in my parents are sitting on the couch talking.

I don't think they saw me. I hide behind a wall and start eavesdropping. "When do you think we should tell her" my mom says looking at my dad. "I'm not sure do you think she's ready I mean she's only 14 years old" even my dad looks sad and serious.

What ever there talking about it doesn't sound good. When I'm leaning against the wall I trip and fall to the ground. I get knocked out and the last thing I saw was my parents looking over me.

When I wake up my alarm clock says its 10:34pm at night. My dad walks in my room "hey your awake how are you feeling" he isn't talking in his normally happy voice. It sounds like he's about to cry. What ever they were taking about I know its not good.

He looks horrible with tired eyes and dirty paws. How did he get like that he looked fine before. "I'm fine dad I just fell on the floor". He still looks upset "well do you need anything". I shake my head "I said I was fine". Then my mom walks in, oh great she has the sad expression too.

"Piper we have to talk to you about something" my dad looks at the floor when my mom keeps talking. "When you were born a prophecy was made about you". "Wait where did all of this come from" I'm about to freak out. My mom ignores my question "the prophecy went"

"The Eevee with heart, will hear the call. She shall go west against the odds. To the legendarys without their brother. She shall fix a mistake of the water. She will fail to save what matters most."

She stops and looks up at me "I know its a lot to take in but we didn't want to tell you about it until you were ready". They've got to be kidding me "haha very funny now if you excuse me I'm going back to sleep." For the first time my dad looks up from the floor " she's not joking way do you think about it why do you think we put you threw all that training".

I get up and start asking a million questions really fast. Mom slaps me "ask one more question and I'll slap you". OK then " I think you just did". She puts her paw up to slap me again, then she puts it back down. She not going to yell at me or slap me first time ever. She looks like she's crying "I..I don't want you to go!" Then she runs out of the room crying.

My dad runs after her and leaves me in my room by myself. Great its 11:13pm and I still have homework to do and I have to worry about this prophecy.

Ok I'm sorry for not updating this for a long time. I have school and it took a long time to figure out that prophecy. I also made a new story to called Eevee Love Story: Jade's Journey.
