***Piper's POV***
"Piper I was never mad at you, your one of the most hard working, fun, smart, Pokémon I know. Its hard not to love you, never mine being mad at you." Cooper finishes talking looks at the ground with a confused look on his face.

Thank Arceus he's not mad at me. Wait a minute, did Cooper just say he loved me. No there's no way that's true why would he love me? He meant it in a friend kind of way I know that's it. "Thanks I feel a lot better now knowing your not mad at me. Now come on let's get back to the campsite".

Cooper seems kind of spaced out so I'll just leave him there. I start to climb down the tree and walk back to my tent. When I get to my tent I hop in my sleeping bag and the second my head hits my pillow I'm out like a light.

***Time skip***
I wake up and see the sun shining in the window of my tent. I get out of my sleeping bag and yawn that was a really good sleep. After knowing Cooper wasn't mad at me I felt a lot better. I wonder what I'll make for breakfast. Maybe freach toast or pancakes, oh I know a waffles. I love waffles.

I walk out of my tent and see Jake and Aqua eating left overs from yesterday's lunch. So much for waffles. "Mornings guys" when I say that they both turn around and Jake drops his left over cheeseburger from yesterday on the ground. "Aww it looks like we've been busted Jake" Aqua puts on a sad face when he says it.

What are they talking about. Do they think they would get in trouble if they ate cheeseburgers for breakfast our something. "What do you mean busted?". They look at each other then Jake speaks up "aren't you mad you mad we didn't wait for you to make breakfast?".

I shake my head "I'm not your mom do what ever you want I don't care". Both there faces light up, Aqua starts doing a little dance "YES WE'RE NOT IN TROUBLE!".

Well there's no point in making waffles now. I sigh and go and grab a cheeseburger and sit next to Aqua. Then Aqua places down his food and starts rubbing his paw down my back. "Um Aqua what are you doing?". He keeps petting me "you had a leaf on your back, that's it" he looks at me and smiles.

***Jake's POV***
Oh man this IS NOT GOOD. There wasn't even a leaf on her back I need to get Cooper. I take off and run to Cooper's tent.

I don't even ask if I can come in. I just barged in and slaped Cooper in the face. Normally I wouldn't do anything like that but this is to important to wait. I don't want Piper to end up with Aqua. I think Cooper deserves Piper as much as he worries, and cares for her.

He jumps up in surprise "what the heck Jake". We don't have time for this "Aqua is trying to make a move on Piper go before its to late". His eyes widen, he gets up and runs out of the tent faster than I've ever seen a Pokémon run before.

***Cooper's POV***
I really hate Aqua, right as I start to show Piper I like her, here comes Aqua hitting on her like no tomorrow. He really makes me mad.

I see them right as I get out of the tent. I'm going to hit him so hard. Aqua is rubbing Piper's back, I don't want him to touch her. I know I can get a little over protective sometimes but this is different. I feel like I can't hold my self back this time.

I run to them and tackle Aqua, I feel bad about it but at the same time I want to tackle him again. Aqua quickly gets up and starts to use hyrdro pump.

Before it can hit me Piper jumps in the way and gets hit. When she does she goes flying into a tree and as she hits it in snaps in half and falls down on her. Everything happened so fast, I didn't even know what happened to her until I saw her under the tree.

"PIPER!" I run to her and use all of my stranth to get the tree off her. "PIPER ARE YOU OKAY, PIPER ANSWER ME!" I feel a tear rolling down my face. "This is all my fault Piper you wouldn't be hurt if I hadn't tackled Aqua".
