Her hair, tail, and ears become a light icy blue. A teal crest with two dangling flaps adorns her head, resembling hair or headgear. She has two dark blue, rhombus-shaped markings on its back; the tip of her tail, feet, and flaps are the same shade of blue. By controlling her body temperature, she freezes the moisture in the air, producing ice crystals or diamond dust surrounding her. Izumi is capable of freezing her fur into sharp needle-like icicles, to fire at opponents. She can quickly drop her body temperature below −75 °F (−60 °C).

Attacks:

Powder Snow-The user attacks with a chilling gust of powdery snow. This may also freeze the opposing foe.

Icy Wind-The user attacks with a gust of chilled air. It also lowers the target’s Speed
Hail-The user summons a hailstorm lasting five turns.

Blizzard-A howling blizzard is summoned to strike the foe. It may also freeze the target solid.

Ice Shard-The user flash freezes chunks of ice and hurls them at the target. This move always goes first.

Ice Fang-The user bites with cold-infused fangs. This may also make the target flinch or leave it frozen.

Mirror Coat-A retaliation move that counters any special attack, inflicting double the damage taken.

Avalanche-An attack move that inflicts double the damage if the user has been hurt by the target in the same turn.

Frost Breath-The user blows its cold breath on the target. This attack always results in a critical hit.

Aurora Veil-This move reduces damage from physical and special moves for five turns. This can be used only in a hailstorm.

Freeze-Dry-The user rapidly cools the target. This may also leave the target frozen.

Triple Axel-A consecutive three-kick attack that becomes more powerful with each successful hit.

Icicle Spear-The user launches sharp icicles at the target two to five times in a row.

Rock Smash-The user slugs the foe with a shattering punch. It can also smash cracked boulders.

Subzero Slammer-The user dramatically drops the temperature using its Z-Power and freezes the target with full force.
