Chapter 18

"So!" Dallon says, wrapping his arms around me in a hug. "How does it feel to be married to the dork behind me?"

"I can hear you, you know." Brendon says defensively. I can't help but giggle.

"Yeah, that was kind of the point." Dallon lets to of me and turns towards him. "You really are a dork aren't you?" He playfully punches Brendon's arm, before walking through the door to the reception hall.

"Well I guess I should head in too." Ryan says, turning to walk away. "Just don't do anything stupid Brendon." Brendon has a confused look on his face.

"What's that supposed to mean?" He says.

"It means that if you fuck up, I'll be there to put you in your place. She's still my sister. And just remember, I took a bullet to my stomach in order to help her save your ass." And with that, he walked into the reception hall with out another word.

"Oh, brotherly love." Brendon chuckled as he put as arms around my waist.

"He means well." I look up at him and give him a quick peck on the lips.

"Hey, you never gave me ideas to go off of for our honeymoon." He raises an eyebrow. He was right, bit the thing is, is that I didn't exactly know where I wanted to go.

"Maybe Italy or Rome. But then again somewhere kinda close to home? And then go on a trip like that later on?" The thought of it now stressing me out.

"I have a perfect place in mind then." He smiles. "Somewhere we have never been, but nothing across or in a different country. And then I'll book a flight to Italy maybe next year? How does that sound?"

"Perfect." I rest my head against his shoulder. It really was perfect. Though I feel as if it won't be as exciting since we're going somewhere close by. Then again, it'll always be exciting spending my time with him. As cliché as it sounds, as long as I'm with him, I'll be happy.

We stood there for a few minutes, not really saying anything to each other after that. That was until the DJ called us in. "Where is our bride and groom?!" His voice echoed from outside.

"I guess that's our cue." Brendon pulls away from me, smiling. "Mrs.Urie." I blush at the sound of my new last name. It was kind of odd to hear it being addressed to myself. "You ready?"

"As ready as I'll ever be." I reply. Both of us take a deep breath before heading inside. We were greeted by everyone with clapping and cheering.

"There they are!" The DJ yells into the microphone. As we're walking to the front of the room, I noticed how well the place was set up. Every table and chair had a white table cloth on it and a ribbon to make sure it stayed in place. The thing that really caught my attention, was the giant bay window, allowing the bright sunshine in. The view was spectacular!

Brendon smiles at me when we reach the dance floor. There was a chair already set up next to a white grand piano. He motions for me to sit in the chair. I do so as he grabs a microphone from the DJ.

"Alright, everyone!" Brendon says into the mic. "I have a special song that I wrote. And no one has ever heard it yet. So I hope you like it. It's called 'The End of All Things'." He goes over and sits at the piano, putting the microphone on a stand right next to him. He then started playing. It sounded beautiful.

"Whether near or far
I am always yours
Any change in time
We are young again

Lay us down
We're in love
Lay us down
We're in love

In these coming years
Many things will change
But the way I feel
Will remain the same

Lay us down
We're in love
Lay us down
We're in love."

I hold my hands over my eyes to try and stop the flow of tears running down my face. I wipe away the tears and look up at Brendon who is smiling at me. He gets up and hands the microphone back to the DJ as everyone stands up and cheers for Brendon. He walks back over to me and holds out his hand. I smile and grab it, standing up.

"I love you." He says.

"I love you too." I reply and I place my lips on his soft ones. He pulls away smiling ear to ear.

"Hannah." Genevieve says from behind me. I turn around and see her and Jaimee standing there. "Why don't we go and clean up your make-up?" She offers, holding out her hand.

"That's probably be a good idea." I laugh and walk with them to the bathroom.

{Brendons POV}

As Hannah goes to the bathroom with Genevieve ad Jaimee, everyone else is getting there food. I might as well get mine too. But I should wait shouldn't I?

"Dude, that was awesome!" Spencer says walking over to me.

"Thanks." I reply. "I was thinking about putting it on our new album."

"That would be awesome." He says.

I look behind Spencer to see Dallon running over to us. He had a worried look on his face.

"Brendon, you've got to come and see this." Dallon grabs my arm and lead out by the entrance and points out the window. Spencer was close behind. My eyes widen with shock and fear.

"What the hell is he doing here?" I turned around and look at them both. "If Ryan finds out he'll go berserk." I bury my head in my hands and sink down onto the floor.

"What will I go berserk about?" Speaking of Ryan, he walks over to us.

"Just look out the window." I don't even make eye contact with him to know he was worried. Then...it happened.

"What the fucking hell is my father doing outside?!" He yells.

"Shh! Not too loud!" Dallon says. "I don't want people to get worried."

"Who the hell invited him?" Ryan asks. I look up and I can see him about to explode with anger.

"We don't know. That's the thing." I say. I stand up brushing off my pants. "I'll be right back." I rush back into the crowd of people and start scanning the room for Kat. I finally notice her standing and talking with a group of people. I run over to her and place my hand on her shoulder making her jump. "Kat, can I talk to you for a second?"

"Yeah sure." She says and follows me back into the entrance hall. "What is it?" She looks at all of us confused. Ryan points out the window, not keeping his eyes off of her. She looks out the window and back at us. "Are you serious? I never invited him. How would he know?"

"We don't know either." Ryan says back. That second Hannah comes into view.

"You don't know what? What's going on?" She asks.

"Nothing. It's nothing." I quickly speak up. "Just making small talk." She looks at me confused. "Babe, why don't you go back into the dining hall and I'll be in there in a minute."

"Alright." She says. She walks over and kisses me before heading out of sight.

"Nice save." Spencer says.

"Well, the less she knows about this, the better." Ryan says. He takes a deep breath. "I'm going to go talk to him." Spencer and Kat walk back into the dining hall to make people less curious about the situation, or whatever Kat said.

"Oh no you're not." Dallon says. "I'll go and talk to him. He doesn't even know me. I don't want either of you to set off some sort of trigger to cause the other one to go crazy." He looks at everyone and stops his gaze on Ryan. "Okay?" Ryan nods his head and Dallon heads outside.

Ryan and I start to peak out the window. And you could barely hear what they were saying. "Excuse me sir?" Dallon says grabbing his attention. Ryan's dad looks up and smiles. "I don't believe you were invited. So, I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave." His smile fades.

"This is Hannah Ross' wedding ceremony, correct?" He asks Dallon.

"Yes sir, it is."

"Then I have every right to be here. " He says. "She's my daughter and I deserve to see her today." Ryan was too quick for me to grab him back. He stormed outside and walked right up to them.

"You don't have any right to see her! You hear me?!" He snarls. Dallon pulls him back and away from his father.

"Ah, Ryan." He smirks. "You've grown up tall and handsome haven't you?" Ryan keeps his gaze on him. If looks could kill, his father would be dead on the pavement. "As both you and your sisters father, I have all the right in the world."

"You will never be my father, you bastard." Ryan starts to struggle to get out of Dallons grip, but wasn't strong enough to break free. "And you will never be hers! You had a chance to actually give a shit about us and you threw it away. It's too late now."

"No son, I'm afraid it's not." It all went too quick for me to realize that Ryan had gotten punched in the stomach and fell backwards on top of Dallon. I ran to the door as he came marching in.

"Sir, you have to leave." I hold my arms out to try to stop him. But he just keeps walking. What do I do? I don't want him to go in there. I act fast and try to push him back. Well, lets just say that it was a mistake. For such a skinny guy that he was, he was super strong. He barely moved when i tried to push him. And next thing I knew, I was lying on the floor with my back against the wall, broken glass all around me, and my head hurting like crazy. My vision started failing and before I knew it, all I could see was black.
