At this point Kayana's identity was known to literally everyone,especially since the headmaster made her eat at their table the morning before,Yes. He did.Of course everyone was shocked,and she felt very out of place.

She wasn't necessarily upset with that,she was perfectly fine with being close and  close meant trust and trust meant information which is what she came for.

As far as she was concerned,she wasn't a threat to anyone and no one saw her as a threat. Once man is not at treat,they feel no need to keep up their defense and naturally let their  guard down. Once a person's guard is down,they tend to be friendly and allow thought to flow freely,which is what she wanted  she wanted all the information she could get and as fast as possible.

This outside was quite dark and illuminated by a few bright neon lights all over.They were all carved into the walls with some eccentric writing,perhaps a language of some sort.

Kayana stood beside the older male,opting to gravitate towards him  as they looked at the school from the top of the building.

"It's an absolute masterpiece being able to do this with no restraint,to test the boundries and cross the limes of logic. They always taught us magic was a myth,that vampires weren't real
But I never believed it and I was right.
We were right,And now look.One day,I will be able to control the whole world,all those horsemen,all those vampires and everything will be under my command." He rambled,eyes glinting in the dark.

"I-I woah. T-That's impressive...."

She bit back her disgust at the man's obvious hunger for power and control and proceeded to pry more.

"S-so are we the only humans to survive?I can't recall ever seeing anyone else around here...." she said softly,gazing at the room that encased them.

"Not exactly,wow. You really must be lucky to not have encountered us before...how did you manage to be so quiet?"

"Well. I wouldn't exactly say we were always quiet probably just lucky,I feel like nowadays luck plays an important role in survival for us unfortunate ones,I don't know how we even escaped those horsemen....if it weren't for you people we's be dead."

She understood that by the slight shifting she heard,she had gotten his attention for sure,and that this was a crucial moment. She knew this man wasn't an idiot but at the same time she knew humans were prone to vulnerability of moments of relation.

If she could make herself relatable,without making herself a threat by having same,identical or slightly similar motives then she could make herself a pawn for him,at the same time making him her pawn,but first she needed to get Ky on that level too,by adding him to her tragic story of survival of the fittest,or in this case the luckiest,and trustworthy.

"Marco is the most amazing man ever,he always helped me,shared whatever resources he could and I just found it so sad to see people turn against each other,but he never did,he stayed with me." Throughout this,she forced out some tears,closing her eyes shut and hugging herself,to look vulnerable.

"Hey,are you okay?" The headmaster asked,?

"I-I just want someone to h-hold me. P-please!" She wailed.

"Of course. I will hold you dear
There is no need to cry. We took good care of you friend.He will be okay." The man said,

'Oh,how I love a vulnerable woman,so young and precious.' He thought,having his mind go to places the even a demon would hesitate to  look.

Of course Kayana noticed his grip was a bit too tight and his hand was feeling her up a hit too much,but this was good.This was fast progress,easy progress,what she needed for this job to be done,and Kazu could also feed off of it,strengthening him further

In a way,she was reminded of Ferid, with the way he acted ,like a nasty old man,however Ferid was hot,and a psychopath and well despite his odd behaviour,he never exactly touched her inappropriately,or took advantage of her in any way. In an odd sense,there was a boundary he never crossed,whether he put it there or was threatened by Krul,she didn't know,but she knew that if she were to ever find herself undressed in his presence,he'd turn his head and keep his hands to himself unless told to do otherwise,but she couldn't say the same for this man,because despite the fact that she was dressed,appeared to be scared,emotionally unstable and traumatized.He proceeded to take advantage of her,almost as if he himself were a beast by nature,like all of man kind,and unlike the people she associated herself with,he is a beast by choice,not by nature.

To put it simply,Ferid may not have any morals,but tgat's because he lived for more than a century,and is a beast by nature,and even though he may be twisted,he still respected her,and she appreciated that.

And basically this man's name  was officially in her Death Note.

Later that night though,she felt herself get pushed up against a wall,lips coming dangerously close to her ear,licking the shell,sending pleasant tingles down her spine.
All it took was a whiff of a pleasant ,and addictive scent she grew familiar to.

"Baby,did yah miss me?"

She chuckled softly,leaning back into his touch,slowly feeling her control slip away,as Kazu himself decided he'd feed off of the tension.

"Of course I did,Ky,How could I not?" She responded lowly,gasping when he bit on her ear.

He groaned softly,preparing to bite into her skin when she pushed him off swiftly as she heard soft footsteps padding towards them,and immediately,changing her mood to a sobby one where she hugged him instead.

"I really really missed you....I'm glad you're okay. We're safe now. The headmaster was kind enough to allow us to stay in,in turn he wishes for us to work. I would say it's a small price to pay for all he's done.Are you okay with that?"

"I,yeah...it's a start at least. I just feel so relieved that we'd be able to live without fearing for our lives anymore.Especially you dear."

"Right right.Haha,let's go no-

"Ah,there you are." Came a much expected interruption.

"H-huh,oh i s-swear it's n-not what i-it looks l-ike!" Kayana stammered out,pushing Ky away,just a bit roughly to spite him,and she did notice the subtle twitch of his eyebrow.

"Oh my,you truly are a precious thing ,aren't you. I am aware,though I didn't mean to interrupt or eavesdrop. However,I must give you your schedules for the month. Miss Amanda,you will be working under me,so ....and Mr Marco,you will be working under Kunikida."

The handsome blonde male sighed,handing out two separate pieces of paper.

"Good luck,aye. He's a strict man." He joked,patting your shoulder

"Oh,but he wouldn't hurt him,right?" Kayana stepped in,protectively holding Ky closer to her.

"Ah....punishment isn't really tough on newbies,however if you're slow then  yes."

"Do you punish?"

"Only if you want,doll. Haha,but not really. For you,it will just be assisting me with work,and my classes. I'll let you know how everything works so don't be to concerned.I think it might be fun,actually."

"Fun,how so,Sir?"

"Ah,well This school is quite special,my dear. We have something that sets us apart form the normal,and as you know. It is magic. And our students are exceptional. They are an army being raised with the sole purpose of total annihilation  of the people who intend on destroying humanity."

"Oh..." she gulped opening up the papers and reading what was on it.

'What really would happen if I were to just kill them all now. Urd's instructions really was to get all the information I can....but is this really worth it. They must have written it down somewhere.But I'd never find that on my own.They need to tell me.'

"Well,I guess we're not used to this,but thanks alot."

She then turned to Ky,hugging him

"See you tomorrow!"

Later that night both Kayana and Ky met up outside,they were dressed in dark cloaked clothes,and with Kazu's help,were able to be transported to the demon's world to communicate.

As usual the thick forest bush was there,with the tall medieval building just a  distance away.

Ky and Kayana sat down.

"Okay form what I can tell,it is a magic user school,I know their methods include learning curses and enchantments,and a few have wands,though I am not sure about how they work."

"Kazu,darling. Are you here?"

"Yup." He appeared right before them,hanging upside down.

"Ah,great."

"Oh,Ky where were you ,by the way?"

"I was in some examination room,I did find it odd. I am not sure how much longer I can fool them into thinking I am human,however I would enjoy it if this were done within the next three days.Just to be safe."

"Ah,I see. Well don't worry too much,I don't plan on staying here for too long."

"Mhm."

He placed his hand under his chin,exerting a bored facial expression as he observed his surroundings.

He then made eye contact with the demon on the tree.

"Ah,hello there Kazu. That's your name,right?"

"Indeed it is." He responded lazily.

"So  did you build this?"

"Nop,my ancestors did."

"Mhm,How old is it?"

"Probably 10,000 years old. It looks medieval because it's a style they adored before the humans 'invented' it. However there are some pyramids and smaller huts around here..."

He explained,picking at the leaves on the tree.

"And I'm assuming you're the incubus who has this darling girl out of control?"

"Yup!But don't be fooled,she isn't nearly as innocent as you think."

"I know,I know that well." He remarked,chuckling slightly.

"Wha!You're the one who iniat-

"Hmh,no  don't be so cheeky."

He whipped his bangs forward,letting out a hearty laugh at he annoyance.

"Good luck with this demon your your's. I can already see the mischief on his face, must be perfect for each other."

"Oh hush you."
