Third pov

After the events of yesterday,Kayana was escorted to a room down the hall,and into a place that resembled a grand lobby. She was quite shocked by the sheer beauty of the place.It looked untouched by the sin that corrupted this world so many years ago,it looked do...clean?

The place itself wasn't exactly weird looking per se but there were certain oddities that you wouldn't particularly find anywhere else,not like anything in the world was even normal anymore.The floors would glow sometimes,and she swore she heard the walls talking to her,yet when she's look to see the guard's reactions,they seemed to not hear anything at all so she shrugged it off completely.

Between demon, vampires, apocalypse , Literal horsemen of John and all others. It really did seem to be proving quite eventful in here.

At this point,she was dropped off in front of a door,and left there but not after recieving a cocky smirk and a small tap from the guard on her left,who winked whilst he walked away.

Kayana knew she dug herself in a hole by doing this,but orders were orders and she had to prove herself by completing this mission. She knew failure would surely seal her fate as an outcast amongst ranks, and any method ,she deemed to be fit at that point.

However,she for for sure,she would not be sleeping with that old nasty man. No matter what circumstance. Which meant.

"The mission has to be done fast,Kayana.I can just feel the lust being emitted from these men and it's so strong,I myself might fest off of it."

Startled by the sudden voice,Kayana yelped,however a hand swiftly covered her mouth,the male leaned into her ear.

"Shut up,Kayana." He growled,holding in an amused chuckle.

"Oh,it's just you." She sighed softly.

"Tell me,Kazu. Did they look suspicious of us?" She asked,in a hushed voice.

The said demon,still not fully materialized just floated around,knowing that the room might be bugged and have cameras so full materalization might get him caught.

"Kayana,those men looked like they didn't even register anything you said,seriously. What did you do to them!?"

"What did I do!?You're the Incubus here." She snarled through gritted teeth.

"What about cameras,wire taps?Can you sense ,see or smell any?"

"Darling,do I look like a dog to you?" He asked humourlessly,And unimpressed she folded her arms and lay down,coming in directly under him.

"Kaz,yah gotta work with me here. Please. Just for the moment."

"Hmmm,and what do I get in return?"

"Nothing,now come on."

"I don't really want to,darling. Try again." He clapped back.

"Ugh,fine. If you help me,you'll get something in return. Now please help."

"Promise?"

"Yessss!Fuck!"

"Lmao.Good good,and no there are no cameras."

"This-I. Fuck you."

It wasn't too long before Kayana began doing some investigations,firstly checking out her room.It wasn't very large,and had two beds in there,however the identity of the person occupying the other bed was unknown to her,so she did try to look over there but again,found nothing.

She never really had an opportunity to ask anything about anything of this place,and didn't know even the basic layout or where was off-limits,but she couldn't bother to be concerned with that.

She then made her way over to the drawers,checking inside to see some clothes in there, it seemed like a uniform of some sort. An ugly fashioned uniform.

She then checked other things in there,finding nothing much,really to be studied with anything more than a glance.

There was nothing else in the room. They had to used shared bathrooms,and baths.

She was perhaps a bit afraid that someone might notice she wasn't like them,but then again. Hopefully it would be over soon enough and nothing would happen but going at the current speed with nothing being accomplished she didn't exactly know what to do.

The room itself wasn't suspicious but that in itself we suspicious. She knew that form the outside of the building that the inside wouldn't be luxurious at all,especially if they were holding kids captive,but them again she knew something was off,and She knew Kazu knew too hut the damned bastard like to joke around.

Well in anyways,she couldn't be bothered to do much.She knew that she had a job to do and decided to catch a criminal she needed to be a criminal.

The morning came swiftly and her slumber was interrupted by the sound of a door being banged open.

"It is time for yo-WHAT A NEW STUDENT HI I'M MACY AND THIS IS STEPHEN!"

Blankets were torn off her body, revealing what seemed to be just her undergarments,seeing as she didn't feel like wearing the harsh sleeping material that would have most likely damaged her sensitive skin.

"MACY DON'T DO THAT!" Exclaimed a more masculine voice.

"Oh,I'm so sorr-Hey stop looking you pervert!"

And the ruckus continued for a while until another,older voice yelled.

"SHUT THE HELL UP AND GO FOR BREAKFAST YOU MORONS!"

"YESSIR!Hey,oh uh What's your name?"

Now that she was finally able to get a look at them,she realised they were twins. Both had brown hair and blue...blue eyes?Light skin and were quite pretty.

"I'm K-Amanda." She said timidly,trying her best to smile politely,to seem like the naive and desperate girl she was supposed to be.

"Oh hi Amanda,nice seeing a new face around here!"

"Uh,yeah I guess." She replied,laughing nervously,then she looked towards the male,Stephen. For some strange reason,his left eyes had a mark,like a five point star,very tiny but with her enhanced eyes it would be hard to miss.

She offered the male a smile And then turned back to his sister.

"Uh,if you don't mind can you guys step out so i van get dressed?" She asked politely.

"I,Uh SURE!"Macy said.

"Come on!Let's go,Stephen." She added,holding onto her brother and dragging him out

Kayana put her clothes down,and made her way to the counter. There,a small mirror lay,and she hesitantly picked it up. She considered taking a look,but opted not to,and well them yes,she finally did and my goodness was she a mess.

"Well ,you did run a marathon yesterday,you wouldn't exactly be looking flawless."Kazu snorted,he moved behind her,and took his long nailszrakibg them through her hair,in a combing motion.

"Here,later tonight I'll bring you back over to my realm and you can properly take a bath,and get cleaned up. I doubt they would give you quality water here." He said softly,then he let her hair down,then disappeared again as a knock came from the door.

"We haven't got all day,The food will get cold Amanda!"

"RIGHT,SORRY!"

She quickly threw on some clothes and made her way outside,there she saw the twins waiting impatiently,and without a second thought,she was yanked down the hallways with extreme force.

"Come on!oH I wonder what we get to eat today!?"

"Probably just porridge again...eew" Stephen grumbled.

"Oh don't be such a sour puss." Macy scolded she shoved them both in.

And Kayana was extremely surprised by how well put together the place was. There were many different kids in there,and they were all eating happily,others looked tired,and some were sleeping on themselves.

All over the walls there were writings of a foreign language,gargoyles,stood like pillars over the walls and the floors lit up when you stepped on them.

She was far intrigued by this ,and couldn't help but show her awe by staring at the place.

"I know it's great,right!"

"I-I....yes!Woah!Outside only had cracked buildings but this ,this is amazing!"

"Hehehehe. I Knew she'd find it cool. Let's go eat!"

As we sat down and conversed,I felt myself grow uneasy. I hadn't seen Ky at all,I didn't know where he was and not only that,but he was older than I was,noticeably and wouldn't fit in here.

Just what did they do to him?
