Kayana Shiona pov

I woke up to see I wasn't in my new room. This place....

The holes in the floor and cracks in the roof. Water was leaking into a small red bucket and water from the roof onto the floor making noises.

'Pit.'

'Pat.'

'Pit.'

'Pat.'

It went creating a distracting noise.

From a distance I can hear shuffling. I had no Idea where I was so I got up and stepped onto the wooden floor. It creaked slightly  and I flinched at the noise. This wouldn't be much of a help if I were to sneak around this place.

Anyway. I tip-toed  towards the door as quietly as I could and followed the shuffling noises until I was able to hear what was being said.

"I'm not keeping you. Why would your mother even give you to me?I already have that pesky shit like my own to handle . She goes with another man makes a child. Comes with me to try make another. I'll punish you and her ." He said sinisterly. Sobs could be heard and struggling

"L-l-let m-me go you y-you bastard!" It...-more like a she, cried out.

"Shut up!They'll hear. Don't make me kill you!"

"L-l-

Then I heard a violent slam echoing throughout the hall and gasps.

"I said to shut up you filthy little shithole!"

My eyes widened at the voice.

My father? Who is he with?

What is the meaning of this?What  manner od maddness is this.

"I'll have you locked up in the cupboard! Worthless crap. "

"P-pleas-s-e s-s-top."

Who was that child and why the hell is my crazy-ass father threatning to lock her up in a cupboard.

I opened the door slightly and used my enhanced eyesight to see what was the problem.

A little girl was being dragged to the besement almost unconscious. Beaten badly and crying. My ugly ass father with an ugly ass face was making a rucus about stuffing her in a closet.

Just then Kazu appeared. He pulled me towards him from behind and put his chin on my head.

"You stressed your father out so much. He used that doll sister of yours as stress releif. Look at it. Pitiful." He spat glaring daggers his way.He ran his hands through my purple lock wit one hand while the other rubbed circles on my stomach.

"..."

"Oh come on now. Don't play innocent Kayana. You're the reason she never got a happy life~and you know it. It's all your fault."

He bend down and spoke in my ear.

"Oh. Looky here. At a loss for words? Imagine being burnt alive in a cupboard after being tortured and abused for years and years. I kinda feel sorry for her~and you were there enjoying life. Not even noticing her existance. You didn't tell your mom about your dad. Your poor little brother looked up to you and you forgot him so quikly. You even sleep with vampires . Shameful. I know,you murdered a human or two when you went to the surface. What an Evil Creature. Why bother living . You're gonna die and turn into a demon eventually. You're life is worth nothing." He taunted.

I looked again as the little girls was beaten until unconsciousness took over.
I held back my tears. Why did I want to cry? I didn't know. It's just that. I looked at my dad as a role model. A paragon to follow after. Then I find out all this. But. It's too late to do anything.
And this isn't about me right now. That girl. What has he done to her!? I really want to help. But that was the past. I can't change the past. It's too late and besides..I didn't even know her.

"Too late is correct. My dear."

Just then. The scene replayed again.
The last few times I was able to find the logic But I lost it this time.This flashbck or memory -whatever you want to call it.It was a tricky one.

I can't let her die!She's been through too much. I let my thoughts get to me and I teleported to the kitchen to get rid of the person who set the house on fire.

My brother.

His eyes were blank and had tears in them.

'What the heck is going on!!!???'

I screamed when he was about to light the match.

"Bye bye~"

"Screw this!" I yelled And pushed him to the ground harshly breaking his skull.

"Monster."
Then the place got darker and it seemed as if the earth began to shake violently. Different ellusions and hullucinations faded in and out.

"Ahahahaha!" A group of girls said as the laughed at me in primary school. As young as infant age.
I hope they vet what's coming to them.Bullying me...they should be happy they're dead...wait.Not all of them are dead.

I had a distant look in my eye while sitting on the floor accepting the pathetic crap my life had become at that time.

"Pathetic. You're not even worth my time. Come on girls. Let's ditch this loser."

"Yeah." And there went the minions. I was humiliated yet again. Too weak and stupid to do anything against it.They just loved making my life miserable didn't they.the teachers too.all of them.

I was so caught up in the images and replays I didn't notice the darkness consuming my heart. As they would say. But it's sorrow and pain. The feeling of emotions rotting away. Nightmares eating them away like a parasite.

"They're still alive y'know~Livestock in this place. Get your revenge. Infact. Dominate everything. This world. This life. Do it. All you have to do.

Is. Let me take control."

At this point I was at the edge of the river. Ready to fall and drown in my imagination and fear. Why should this happen.

"Kayana. Don't resist me." He spoke wrapping his arms around my waist tightly.

"Give in to me. I know you want me. I know you're fed up of these regrets. Let me get rid of them for you." He purred evilly.

What do I do.

I still didn't save the house.
Because the next second. It went down in flames.

For once I listened closely and actually heard the girl in the basement screaming.I still don't see the pirpuse of her existance.Why was she in thrre?Who was she?I heard my dad talking some crap about her outside woman having an outside man and making a child and giving it to him but what!What sense does that even make!?

I pushed Kazu away. Well tried. But he didn't let go.

"No can do. You need my power to save her."

I sighed in desperation.
Well played demon.

"Kazu come on. Please. I can-

He shushed me with his finger.

"Like I said. No can do."

He grinned wickedly. Nothing but bad intentions glinted in his eyes.

"Unless...you use my power you will not be able to avenge anyone.so..Let me take control."

"I can't d-do that. I wouldn't do that."

"Then she dies." He stated simply.

I took in a sharp breath as the screaming stopped and everything collapsed into a pile of nothing.

Every. Last. Thing.

The neighbours looked from their houses in horror and shock. It was just too much for them. 

Kazu kept a cold stare fixated on me.

"You're showing weakness Kayana-chan. You do know. I can possess you." He stated.

I shrugged and wiped away my tears.

"I won't let that happen. It's gonna take a lot more than that to possess me." I stated firmly. I felt a change of view of life from that. This was just a puzzle piece to add to the final picture.

I thought my father was a man to be proud of. To look up to. But now....well he's dead so. Whatever. I mean,I know he did some bad things. But he was my father so...it was an automatic forgiveness. But now. Haha. No.Naaawww.I hope he rots.

Kazu grinned at me.

"So. You've finally matured life-wise. I already knew you acted older than your age but now. I see your emotions are starting to hide away. Lovely~"

I gave him a plain and dull look.

"You are one difficult demon to put up with." I said with a sigh.

"Tehe~ well. That is the objective."

I shook my head.

"I have stuff to do. Teleport me back to reality please. You're free to do as you please while I'm out unless you want to come with me."

"I'll go with you."

"Splendid."

MIKAELA'S POV

Who was that noble I met a few weeks ago? She's still on my mind. She didn't treat Yu and I badly and even saved Yu. Even though...he was a bit mean to her. She was upset I guess. I felt bad and I still do. I hope Yu finds her and apologizes. What he said wasn't nice.

Kayana's pov

"Lacus!Rene!" I called out as I saw them stationed outside

Rene turned towards me while Lacus grinned and tackled me. I didn't fall though. Thankfully

"Oh hello. I was starting to wonder if you forgot us." Lacus said with a pout.

"No no. I just got caught up in something.come on . I 'm giving you the day off so let's go crash some planes!"

Lacus' eyes lit up even more. If that was possible.

"Really?"

"Heck yeah."

"Awesome!!"

Rene face-palmed.

"Someone help me."

"Rene is your seatbelt buckled?" Lacus teased.

The black haured male just sighes boredly.

"Yes."

I giggled and stole a hug from him.

"Rene. Have some fun. Come on." I said.

He just gave me a deadpanned look.

I smiled and patted his hair.

"Cute little Rene~" I sang and now began ruffling it.

*cue weird 'wtf' look.
"Can you stop. It takes time to comb my hair y'know." He said annoyed.

I grinned.

"Well~ I get to comb it for you then and besides you'd still look hot with messy hair!!".

There was a pale blush on his cheeks but of course I didn't see it.

"Lacus. Start up that engine!" I commanded.

"Hai captain!" He responded with a grin of his own.

We snickered.

"Oh yeah!One Two Three four."

"WE'RE GOIN ON A TRIP !IN OUR FAVOURITE ROCKET SHIP ,ZOOMING THROUGH THE SKY... LITTLE EINSTEINS!!"

"No."

"CLIMB ABOARD. GET READY TO EXPLORE !THERE'S SO MUCH TO FIND...LITTLE EINSTEINS!!!"

"Someone please help me."

"We're going on a mission, start the countdown 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Everyone to rocket, rev it up now RRRRRRRRRRRRRRR"

And that was the worst day Rene had ever had in his entire life.

Lacus and I giggled at him.

"Well,Rene. Go ahead and do whatever you like to do then. Make use of your time off and relax. While we'll just be crashing planes." I said.

He didn't like the idea of Lacus and I being alone and together. But he got up anyway.

"Thank you. "

I was fangirling so hard right then. He's one of the cool city guards. And he doesn't even try or do anything to be cool. He just is and damn he  is such a prince charming.

Awesome and so damn hot and ooohhhh la la.

It's like a vr in a room. So we sit in chairs and our surrounding look like a plane and the screen to. The chairs vibrated and moved accordingly and there's wheels and  buttons to press and ac and loght controls.

Vampires had advanced technology.So it wasn't difficult to get this done. I played a part in it also  but that was structure and basic stuff.

"It's getting late Lacus. We should go." I said after tapping the save button on our 'progress'

He whined.

"But Kayana-chan~It's early. Vampires don't need sleep!" He objected.

I walked up to him and  placed my finger beneath his chin.

"You need some source if rest. Sleeping is good. You may not need it but it will releive you alot." I said smiling at him.

He pouted.

"Come on Lacus. Don't be so pouty. " I  said.

"Aww alright..."

He's so spoilt. But that's probally my fault..

....

"Bye guys!" I said as the two males left.  They returned the wave and left.

I yawned.

That was tiring .

Time for some rest.

Asides- I have emotions. Happiness and anger and saddness and even jealousy. But I can mask them all in happiness. Not blunt monotone expressions but happy ones.

Ever had that moment when your teacher sees you laughing and she asks. But you don't know why you're laughing. 😂That was today. And I still kept laughing cause I didn't care and the teacher was sooo mad.
