Maggie's eyes fluttered open she was laying in a hospital bed. She sat up looked around, A nurse walked into her room and gasped. She ran out of the room. 

"Doctor Whale!" She called. 

A man with dark blonde hair and a pale tan ran in. He sighed in relief. 

"You're awake!" He beamed. 

Maggie touched her head. 

"What happened? Last thing I remember......I don't remember anything." She stated. 

"It's a defect you'll be fine I'm going to call your mother she'll be so happy!" Dr.Whale said. 

Maggie looked around her hospital room. She saw a vase of wilted flowers and another with fresh flowers next to it. She saw balloons floating all over the room some saying "Get Well Soon" or "I love you" She only remembered her mother, Oh how she adored her mother. The sweetest lady in town. 

Something caught her eye. It was a small boy. He was probably around 10 or 11. 

"You're awake!" He said. 

"Do I know you?" Maggie asked. 

"No, but I know you.....you volunteer at my school after you finish at Mr.Gold's shop." He replied. 

She suppressed a smile. 

"I'm Henry, Henry Mills." He replied. 

"Hi, I'm Maggie Blu. Wait your Regina's son right?" She replied. 

He nodded. Then something caught her eye again. A woman with long blonde hair and bright blue eyes stood at the door with her arms crossed. 

"Henry.....you shouldn't be bothering the other patients." The lady said. 

"I know Emma, I was just checking her....Mother Superior is going to be so happy!" He said. 

The lady, which Maggie guessed was the aunt or something, nodded. 

"Yeah, how long has she been out?" The lady asked. 

"8 months." He replied. 

"Wow......Mother Superior did say the car crash was really bad...." The lady said. 

"Maggie!" She heard her mother say. 

There Mother Superior sprinted into the room and hugged Maggie with tears. "MOM" Maggie cried. 

 Mother Superior wiped her tears and kissed Maggie all over her face. Maggie loved her adoptive mother! Nothing made her happier than the relationship her and her mother had together. 

"Emma, this is my daughter....Maggie, Maggie this is Emma she's the new sheriff." Her mother said. 

"What happened to Graham?" She asked. 

Her mother looked down sadly and tears threatened to spill from Maggie's eyes but she stayed strong. 

"Oh, How'd he die?" She asked. 

"Heart Attack." Emma said. 

Maggie nodded sadly. 

"Well, how about Mayor Mills is she still the Mayor?" She asked. 

Her mother nodded solemnly.

"She's my mom." Henry said. 

"I know everyone heard about the adoption.......well what about Tracy and Derek?" She asked. 

She remembered her old friends........Her best friends Tracy and Derek, the two made the cutest couple they managed to be a couple without making her feel like a third wheel. She remembered everything it started to fit into place. She scowled at the memory. 

Flashback

"Ten laps." Carrie ordered.

"What?" I asked

"This is triple dog dare, so I triple dog dare you to run ten laps back and forth across the street without looking non-stop." Carrie said. 

"What's the price if I don't?" She asked. 

"I shave your head." Carrie smiled. 

Maggie wasn't about the get her head shaved. She looked up to the sky and then back at her two friends Tracy and Derek. 

"Maggie no." Derek said. 

"I'm sorry Derek but you know my policy a dare is a dare." Maggie said. 

She turned to Carrie and her three friends, Amy, Haley, and Giselle.

"Fine you wanna see a dare I'll show you one!" Maggie snapped. 

She did it without looking. 

One, two, three, four- then the seemingly endless pain in her body sprang. She couldn't move or think, barely breathe. She heard screaming and saw two bright lights. It took her a few minutes to process she was hit by a car before her mind went blank. 

FLASHBACK OVER

"When can she return home?" Her mother's question rang through her ear snapping her into reality. 

"We just need to need to do some final check ups make sure she can walk and she'll be fine." Dr. Whale said. 

Maggie smiled at her mother. Then two people ran into the room. 

"Maggie!" Tracy cried. She ran over to her and gave her a hug....Derek trailing behind.

"Hey, that was a  hard hit.....you ok? I was gonna ask you that before....but you slipped into a coma." Derek said.

She nodded, she loved how he managed to lighten the mood. From that moment everything was perfect until the clacking of heels made everyone turn. With a simple cross of her arms and  a smirk she scared the mess out of Maggie. 

"Oh, she's awake!" Mayor Regina Mills said.

"Hello Miss Mayor." Maggie muttered. 

"You'll have to excuse my daughter's behavior.....she didn't mean for this to happen." Regina said. 

Maggie sighed. 

"I know." She lied. 

"Well if I must say we should have a little celebration! How about at Granny's?" Regina asked. 

Everyone in the room was silent except for the blonde who broke it quickly. 

"She doesn't leave until tomorrow." She said. 

Maggie wanted to hug the woman. Regina may have been mayor but she was one scary person!

"Oh, very well then....Miss Swan shouldn't you be at the sheriff's office?" Regina asked. 

"I came here to find Henry...we were having lunch and then he ran off." The woman said. 

"Yeah mom, Emma and I were just having lunch." Henry said. 

Maggie looked at Henry and Emma.....she realized Emma was his birth mother, everyone knew Regina had an adoptive son and a wicked daughter.....but she'd never met Henry....only Carrie. 

Carrie Mills.....The most popular girl at StoryBrooke High. Her long black hair and intense blue eyes. Her evil manner. It made Maggie cringe. 

"Well we should probably leave her to rest." Her mother spoke up quickly. 

"Good idea." Henry said. 

Maggie said good bye to her loved ones, the blonde, mayor mills, and Henry. She slowly started to doze off again. Hearing things like,

"Frozen Heart, Darkest Soul, Loved One, Peter No! Baelfire, Reese, Marie, Bianca, Maleficent, Peter.....Peter.......PETER!" 

She woke up with a start. drenched in sweat and she saw a man standing in front of her.....she recognized him instantly. Mr. Gold....

She looked at him. "Mr. Gold.....what are you doing here?" Maggie asked. 

He smiled at her. 

"To check on you dearie, after the crash I've come over to check on you everyday.....my shop gets quite without you there to rummage through all my belongings." He chuckled. 

She smiled. She remembered how she helped Mr.Gold out after school everyday for some cash. He smiled at her but it faded quickly when Maggie asked him a question. 

"Who is that Woman? Emma?" Maggie questioned. 

"She's the new sheriff....Mayor Mills' son's real mother." Gold replied. 

Maggie nodded. 

"I know that but.....StoryBrooke never gets visitors......why now?" Maggie asked. 

"You'll know soon enough." Mr.Gold said. 

She knit her eyebrows. Mr.Gold walked up to her and blew something in her face making her faint.

I KNOW THE BOREDOM AND CONFUSION AHHHH! But hey Once Upon A  Time was confusing as first too. Everything will tie together!
