Here's chapter 7! Enjoy! This whole chapter is through the eyes of Aomine Daiki. Oh, also how do you guys like the new cover for Arrested by the way? I tried to make it look cooler, and not the same as some of the other covers out there! Anyway, here's chapter 7!

Aomine's POV

It's been a week since (y/n) and I broke up. She moved out of my house, and into a small apartment she's paying for. To be honest I do miss being with her, and her old self from before all this happened. I haven't seen her around lately either...I hope she's okay. I really hope she changes her mind on killing Tanaka Soichiro, I don't want to be the one to arrest her for murder, especially if I have to take her by force.

"Daiki, we have a crime on 3rd street let's go!" One of the higher up officers commanded me. I got in the passengers seat of the car.

"So what kind of crime are we dealing with today?" I asked.

"A woman called and said that she heard gunshots outside her house between two people, and that they were physically hitting each other as well." The officer said.

"Oh ok."

When we arrived at the scene, the officer accompanying me went to check on the lady that called, while I went to go check out the scene. As I was walking in the rain, I approached a bloody, male body on the ground. Dead. I heard footsteps, and looked up, and saw (y/n). She was holding a gun in her right hand, and a knife in her left hand with her shaking, bloody hands.

"Daiki, I did it! I killed Tanaka! He suffered, he suffered a painful gory death!" (Y/n) laughed sadistically.

This can't be happening. This isn't the (y/n) I knew and loved, she'd never react like this. Why? Why did all this have to happen to her? Why do I have to be the one standing in front of of her to decide her fate? It pains me to do this.

"(Y/n), you're under arrest. Drop the gun and the knife." I declared in a serious voice as I pointed a gun toward her.

"Daiki, I knew you wouldn't understand. Sorry but no can do shoot me so I can be reunited with all of my friends and family who were slaughtered. She said with tears in her eyes.

"DON'T MAKE ME REPEAT MYSELF! DROP YOUR WEAPONS, AND SURRENDER!" I yelled with my eyes closed. I couldn't bear to see her shed anymore tears.

"If you won't shoot me then I will! Good night Daiki." She proclaimed as she pointed the gun in her possession towards her head.

I took my gun, and shot at hers to knock it out of her hand, then I proceeded by running towards her and taking the knife from her, and pinning her down. I handcuffed her, knocked her out, and took her into custody.

"(L/n)(f/n), 5-12 years in the Tokyo County Prision," the judge stated as he dismissed the case. She was taken away, as well as her right to be a cop. Why didn't you listen to me (y/n), when you knew this would be the outcome?

My new assignment is the guard her cell in case she tries to escape. She pleas to me to release her from her cell. I want to respond and release her, but I forced to remain silent and not speak to her unless I'm told.

Another 2 years has passed, and I have been promoted to one the highest officers in the Tokyo region district. I also moved out my parents house, and brought a decent sized house.Being practically in charge, I allowed myself to talk to (y/n).

"(Y/n)."

"What?" She coldly replied.

"I have a deal for you."

"Go on."

"I'll bail you out, but only if you live with me. It will kind of be like house arrest."

"Ok but for how long?!"

"Forever."

"Forget that I'd rather stay in prison, I only have a few more years."

"After you get out, I'll still do the same thing."

"What?! You can't do that!"

"I'll find a way, so choose would you rather stay in here for another 3-10 years or get out now?"

"*sighs* I guess I have no choice then, I'll get out now." (Y/n) decided.
