Normal POV

You felt tears welling up in your eyes as you heard what Aomine said.

You: W-what do you mean, you're joking right please tell me your joking!

Aomine: Unfortunately I'm not, when she got out the car to go to her job, a man jumped out and shot her in the head. I don't know why he shot her but-

You: *sobbing* First my parents and now my sister, WHY ME WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS!

Aomine: (your name)...

You: What is life? What's the point of me even living anymore?

The car stopped at Aomine's house, and the two of you got out, well more like Aomine carried you to his doorsteps because you didn't have the strength to walk. All your stuff was sent to the Aomine residency while you were in school because Aomine's parents agreed to take you in.

6 months have passed and it's now October, yet you haven't been to school ever since. You quit the softball team, and you couldn't bare going to your sister's funeral. You wanted to end everything, but Aomine stopped you multiple times.

Momoi and Aomine would come over and help you with your homework and try to comfort you. You tried to be happy around them but you weren't able to. The only thing you had left of your sister was her car and her keys. Once in a while, you would sit in it a cry.

One day, Aomine got tired of your sulking and slapped you across the face. "Move on" is what he told you and then he exited your room.Shocked at his action, you froze. "Move on you say? How can I move on when all my life has been a living hell!" You yelled and then broke down crying.

Your POV

All night I thought about what Aomine said. His words haunted me so much that I couldn't sleep. What would Nee-chan do. When mom and dad died she was strong while I wasn't. Ok then I've decided, it's my turn to be strong!

I finally gathered the strength to wake up and go to school the next morning. Aomine was surprised to see me up and ready for school.

Aomine: (your name)... I-i'm sorry for what I said and what I did last night

You: *smiles* It's ok Dai-chan, you were right, I needed to move on, so I did~ !

Aomine: *thinking* She sounds too happy almost border line crazy happy...

You: I'm going to drive (sister's name)'s car, I'll see you at school~ *leaves*

Aomine: (your name)-chan...

When I walked into homeroom, everyone was so excited to see me. I got a lot of how are you's and I'm sorry about your loss's. I also got gifts and cards from teachers and classmates that almost made me cry. I've never felt so welcomed in my life. Momoi came in a gave me a bear hug and started crying. And to my surprise, Aomine stayed in class the whole day!

Since softball is over, and it's too late for me to join any sport, I decided to apply for a job. I looked up job openings in Japan, and found one for a cosplay cafe. I applied for it cause hey it's better than nothing. Within 3 hours I got a response saying I start tomorrow from 4pm to 9pm, Monday thru Friday and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday.
