"Are we almost there?" Molly asks, getting ready to annoy Jess to death as she and Jett continue to lead the way back to the cabin she knew they were staying at. Jess knew this wood like the back of her hand. She lived on it, and hunted on it for nearly a decade before her father had finally divorced their witch of a mother and took her to Japan. So it was hard to forget the paths even nearly twenty years later. 

"Molly, if you don't shut your trap, there will be no smores tonight." Jesica snapped causing the kid to quiet and Drea to chuckle.

"Bet you don't have to say that often, Drea teased and Jessica rolled her eyes fondly. Victoria just started laughing since the girl herself had been on the receiving side of that so often.

"Drea, I have eight nieces and nephews I say this all the fricken time." Jessica snorts when she sees Drea's face. Evie just continues to look at the two sisters watching curiously.

"You have more, how?" Drea asks and Jessica gives her smile at thinking about all her little nieces and nephews. Jessica wasn't a big kid person, but she loved them with all her heart.

"Well like you I have my found family, so I have the Mcgee twins who are both five, Tali who is twelve and lives in Paris, Victoria who isn't my niece, but still counts and a few others." Jessica told her sister and Victoria nods in agreement. Before Jessica and Jett stop. " There you are safe and sound, now we better get going." Jessica desperately wanting to go hunt since she promised her found family some venison if she could get a deer.

"Aunties, please let us play with the triplets more," Eden begs using her puppy eyes on Drea who shares a glance with her sister. "What do you say Jessica." Drea asks and the older woman hesitates.

"Drea I came here because hunting is solitary. I did not sign up for this. Besides I really just wanted to hang out with you," Jessica switched to Japanese so she wouldn't offend Evie and her family.

"I know but the kids adore each other. I'm not necessarily looking forward to it either. They're not my friends, they're Georgie's, but let the kids have some fun!" Drea replies quickly and Jessica sighs looking at the children, and then turning to Victoria.

"Are you okay with that idea V?" Jessica asks switching to Mandarin which she was teaching Vicki so they could have their own private conversation. The eldest girl shrugs, drawing closer to Jess.

"Not really, but I don't think we have much of a choice do we?" Victoria replies slowly thinking of the right words as she speaks.

"Not really, not really looking to get on my sister's bad side." Jessica huffs before looking at Evie finally giving in. "As long as it's okay with Evie," Jess finally lets in before turning back to Drea and switching back to Japanese, "You owe me."

"It's fine with me as long as the kids don't end up nearly drowning like last time." Evie says with a slight glare at Drea. The younger one jurst rolled her eyes.

"That wasn't my fault I was literally inside, jyou and Georgie were the ones watching the kids." Drea told Evie pointedly. She was not getting blamed for that.

"Just come in," Evie says with a Georgie-like stare telling Drea to drop the subject.

"There you are, we were getting ready to search for you." Tessa told Evie as she steps in. Evie just sent an apologetic look to her siblings before opening the door wider and letting Drea and her family in.

"Sorry guys I found them and then ended up getting lost myself. Thankfully I found some help." Evie says and Drea just waves.

"Before anyone asks, no Georgie did not come, she hates camping." Drea says shuddering at the memory of the time they had to do but during the curse and nearly freezing to death. After that Georgie refused to go up to the mountains and Drea completely understood if it wasn't for her niece and nephew she would not be coming up Zeke's mountain either. 

"Weird she used to love camping." TessaI spoke to Drea who just sighs nodfing. She could feel her skin prickling a little bit.

"Well PTSD can change things the only reason I come up here is because the kids insist on going on a hunting trip." Drea says sadly not realizing she had let the word hunting slip. The room was filled with an awkward silence.

"Wait you guys came here to hunt?" Evie asks and Jessica nods. She had lived a decade on mostly things she had killed. So she wasn't ashamed of saying she hunted.

"Yep, it's turkey season. We make it a fun thing every year so we can have a fresh turkey for Thanksgiving." Drea says slowly she didn't know how they would react to them being hunters since people either loved or hated hunting. 

Drea personally loved hunting; she followed all the rules and just being out in nature was amazing. Both her friends Georgie and Michaela were indifferent to it. They didn't mind having extra meat, but they wouldn't shoot and kill unless they had to. Grace also didn't mind she was a cook so she was used to dead animal parts, and she loved when Drea would give her fresh meat for a recipe.

But she also knew a lot of people were against it , and that apparently where most of the quints stood. "Wait you hunt, why would you ever kill innocent animals?" Evie asks madly and Jessica rolls her eyes.

"For food of course, their fur also makes a considerably comfortable coat." Jessica says as if it were the simplest thing. It was for her after all she had lived alone in this area for six years she did what she had to to survive. Victoria just nods a little. This was her first hunting trip and she had been so excited.

"You could just buy stuff from the store you don't have to kill it yourself!" Evie says and Drea let's out a slight groan.

"We like hunting, we enjoy it! Listen, we follow all the regulations and only take enough for us to eat nothing more. Everything we're doing is legal." Drea says breezily.

"Now that they're busy, what should we do?" Daniel questions the five others. Far enough away where Aunt Drea wouldn't hear them. Edenjust smile widely at the thought of their next adventure.

"Let's go explore more!" Eden exclaims  excitedly and the others nod excitedly, but before they can sneak off Victoria comes up to them. 

"Where do you think you're going?" the eleven year old asks hands on her hips. She had heard how mischievous these kids could be. Daniel just smiles at her.

"We're gonna explore, want to come?" Daniel asked excitedly and Victoria shook her head. She did not want to get in trouble. Especially not with Knight.

 "Oh come on Tori it'll be fun!" Eden tells her and Victoria looks at the group of kids and back to the adult who were still arguing. Jess was going to kill her and her dad would probably ground her for weeks, but they needed someone sensible to go with them. Well two someones.

"Alright, but if we get in trouble I am blaming you Daniel. Come on Luna," Victoria calls to her faithful bulldog who looks at her in shock.

"Jimmy is going to ground you for a month if he finds out. Even more if you end up injuring yourself." The bulldog barks in disdain as Victoria rolls her eyes at her pup.

"Oh come on prissy this will be fun!" Hope barks nudging the bulldog with her nose and the bulldog just shook her head.

"That's exactly why you should come to make sure none of us get injured. It is your job isn't it?" Victoria asks quirking an eyebrow and the tan bulldog groans before following the kids.

"Fine, but understand I'm only doing this to make sure you won't kill yourselves!" Luna barks in disdain. The pup had a very bad feeling about this and wanted to make it crystal clear she did not agree with this.

Hope just huffs, "You sound just like Mira, now hurry up and let's go!" Hope replies before dragging Luna out the door.
