Hey sis, what's up!" Robin asks carefreely and Jessica lets out a quiet groan trying to find out the best way to not start an argument. The half sisters were always at each other's throat. They agreed on nothing, one being stoic and following in her fathers footsteps. The other has three jobs and boyfriends in a month.

Jessica of course loved the only sister she actually lived with, but still they fought a lot at this point it's how they show their love, and adding Drea to that mix would be risky. "Hey Bin, could you come find us? Me and my friends got in a little accident and could use some of your healing powers." Jessica says carefully.

"So older Jess finally got into a little trouble, and I'm the one saving her behind. What a change," her sister says roughly although it had a bit of teasing in it as well. Jessica just rolls her eyes at her younger sister's comment.

"Well you still owe me after last time, so will you please come and help us?" Jessica asks with a smirk knowing she had her guilty sister beat.

"Alright send the coordinates we'll be over as fast as we can." Robin says quickly before ending the phone call abruptly. And Jess gave a minute for her mind to catch up.

"Wait who in the hell are we?" Jessica asks into her phone translating her cuss word into Japanese so she wouldn't get killed by Evie. She could only desperately hope it wasn't a crazy boyfriend like last time. She still had too much PTSD from last time and was not willing to deal with another situation like the Thanksgiving one today.

"Who'd ya call?" Lola asks curiously as a yellow light luminated from Jessica's tail trying to heal Liv's wound on her own. Jesaica just closes her eyes in slight irritation as she thinks of the right way to explain it. Drea had no idea about their half sister.

"I called Robin, she is our half sister and a dragon healer. She can fix anything," Jessica explained and Drea's eyes widened a little

"We have a half sister and you didn't tell me!" Drea asks and Knight sighs she was still so confused by all her family members she originally thought she would never see her blood family again. And it never came up in conversation with either sister.

"She doesn't know about you either, and plop treeI never thought about telling you Robin and I barely talk, we argue about every little thing. So we don't talk often. I love my little half sister, but she drives me batty and is now seen in my nightmares." Jess says not realizing just how hard a topic Robin was to talk about.

Wait so how many siblings do you have," Ava asks and Jessica thinks for a moment counting them all up.

"Well there were six of us, then our half sister so seven all together I believe, but then we also have a step brother, not related but he and his daughter mean the world to me," Jessica says before a shadow appears over them and there is a flash of bright Yellow and one turquoise.

"Aunt Jess!" The little dragon cried out running over her lavender scales sparkling in the sunlight. Jessica just smiles a little at her young niece and Dragon Protector in training.

"Hey Mickey Mouse, what are you doing here?" Jessica asks in confusion since her brother lived in Pennsylvania, but she nuzzles her little niece anyways. As her younger sister lands closely beside her.

"I got babysitting duty while our brother is on a business trip," Robin says with a slight huff, ''It's good to see you again Knight, I haven't seen you in person since the incident." Her sister spoke calmly, seeming to get the fact that Knight was trying to hold off from arguing.

"It's good to see you as well Robin, thanks for coming, this is Liv she got scratched by a bobcat, I'm worried about rabies. And then we have Molly who twisted her ankle pretty badly then the pups who are worse than wear, but are also used to this kind of stuff happening because of their work." Jessica explains. and Robin nods looking at Liv.

"May I see her?" Robin asks Evie calmly and the blue haired woman shook her head briskly and Robin immediately knew why. "Asas turn me back," she whispers as a bright glow surrounds her revealing a woman with long light brown hair. Jess and Drea also swiftly change back.

And with one touch of her glowing gold hand, Liv was healed. Robin just smiles moving on to Molly leaving the quints gaping. "So Jess, how did this end up happening? Gosh knows strict old Jess usually wouldn't let this happen." Robin says and Jessica sighs trying to ignore the first part of her sister's statement.

"Victoria was the only one I was responsible for. If I would've known that they would all run off. I definitely would've kept a closer eye on them." Jessica replies simply using the same tone of voice she would when negotiating, and Robin nods knowing that her sister definitely felt bad for this. The negotiator tone makes it even more visible to Robin.

"Hey Jess, look at me," Robin started a hand glowing on Molly's leg as she tried to catch eye contact with Jess. It took a minute, but their eyes met and Robin continued, "you're not wherever your mind wants to take you everyone's safe. It wasn't your fault so just breathe." Robin states sternly and Jess takes a deep breath before nodding.

"Thanks," Jessica mutters out looking at the pups who weren't doing so well. Thankfully Robin was almost done with Molly. She couldn't lose her pup. He was the only family she had close by not to mention her protector when the weight of the world gets too heavy.?

"You, won't lose anyone today Jess, no one to put on that watch I gave you." Robin says, still seeing the fleeting gaze in Jessica who just nods again. Robin then quickly came to Jett and Luna and within a minute all the scratches were gone. "There you go all set." She told Jess who nodded.

"Thanks Robin for everything," Jessica spoke gratefully and Robin nods walking closer to her sister before enveloping her in a hug which Jessica returns easily.

"It's no problem sis. You have talked to me in the middle of the night often, and after what happened on Thanksgiving I owe you," Robin told her sister with a slight bit of regret in her voice.

"It's all water under the bridge, Ro, except for Kasie who is still in therapy for it, and Crash who just growls at the mention of your name." Jess says with a slight chuckle.

"What are you guys talking about? Lola questions and both Robin and Jess tense up a little.

"Nothing important," both say in unison and Victoria huffs. She had enough about being quiet about the elephant in the room.

"I don't think your ex fiance holding Jess, you and aunt Kasie hostage is nothing important." Victoria retorts sassily and Robin's eyes widen slightly and Jess glared daggers at her boyfriend's kid.

"Victoria Elizabeth Palmer, what did I just tell you not even an hour ago." Knight asks with a slight growl and Victoria backs up a little. And Knight sighs a little as she inches closer to Vicky. "I'm sorry V, I overreacted." Jess says much more calmly.

"I'm sorry but what is this about a hostage you are talking about now." Drea asks curiously and Jessica sighs, she had to talk about it now No matter how much she wanted to drop the subject.

"Last Thanksgiving Robin invited my friend, Forensic Scientist Kasie Hines, and I to a Thanksgiving lunch since she was in town. Telling me there was a surprise. We were working a case after a float at the turkey trot blew up. My team was very persistent though so we eventually went. Lo and behold the suspect of it was her boyfriend who was using her to get to me." Jessica explains softly.

"Why was he targeting you?" Tessa asks quietly yet a bit curious each quint a little interested in the story.

"Because years before back when I was a REACT negotiator and leader in a high risk situation. I couldn't save his suicidal brother from jumping off the building. He blamed me and rightfully so. He really unnerved me. He knew more about my job than even my team does. He knows more about the guardian dragons than anyone who isn't one does. I wanted to get out of there, but he drew a gun, and what was once supposed to be a nice calming day turned into three hours of negotiating. All because of Robin naivety" Jessica explains calmly. Seemingly over the event even though she didn't want to talk about it just moments before.

"Wait, the person that just healed my child nearly got you killed and you still let her near my children!" Evie says, raising her voice quite a bit and Jess couldn't help groaning. Could she not have one peaceful day in her life?

"Evie chill, this person is my sister, and I trust her with my life. Yes, she has her... quirks, but she never means any harm. Besides, she wasn't the one doing the shooting." Jessica reasons calmly forcing her frustration in "the box" Jimmy told her not to use anymore because it wasn't healthy.

"Wait, how are you so calm about it? I wouldn't ever be able to trust my sister after something like that," Evie told Jessica who nodded in understanding, but she was used to hostage situations back when she was in REACT she dealt with them everyday. So what if her sister just happened to cause this one.

"Because I'm used to hostage situations, some with way higher stakes than this one, an active shooter at a school... A father about to kill his own son, countless psychos including my old boss. So what if my sister accidentally caused one." Jess with a shrug unphased. It used to be a big issue at the time, but now Jess couldn't care less.

"Well I better get going before Mika gets into any trouble that will cause our brother to hate me, I'll see you soon sister," Robin said with a nod, but before she could shift the nine year old looked at both her aunts with her puppy eyes.

"Please let's stay," she begs and both Robin and Knight make eye contact and sigh. Knight growing irritated. What else could today throw on her?
