It was almost 12:00pm and everyone was at the party, the guys were just talking and having fun but Edd was nervous

He wanted to do the midnight kiss. Edd wanted to do it with Tom, he loves Tom so much and he needed to do it with him and nobody else

Edd slowly walked up to Tom with a smile, still feeling nervous "hey Tom, how are you doing..?"

"I'm doing good. Thanks for asking" Tom smiled, Edd also smiled back while sighing "I can't believe it's going to be 2019 soon"
"Yeah me either, didn't think I would survive this year but I glad I did."

        "Um Tom."
  "Hm?"
"There's something that I need to tell you"
        "Well what is it?"
Edd began to grow worry, not knowing if he should do this
Tom could sense this and grew worried for the taller male "Edd you Okay?"

"Yeah I'm finE!- I just need to calm down.. heh."
"Oh okay."
There was a small silence, Edd looked over at the time and saw that it was a few seconds until the new year

Edd took a deep breath and looked at Tom
"Hey Tom."
"Yeah?"

"I really need to tell you something."

"Well what is it?"

"This."

Edd kissed Tom as the ball dropped, starting the new year off. He pulled away as he looked at Tom

Tom's face was covered in a dark shade of blush, not excepting Edd to do that

Edd chuckled "I wanted to tell you that I love you."
Tom looked up at Edd and smiled "I love you too."
