A ghostly kiss

"You little--!!!" I yelled,chasing after Tom,as he stole my favorite pillow that Edd gave me before he passed away.

"If ya want it ,get it!" Tom smirked,throwing my pillow in to Edd's old house.

I froze feeling hot tears stream down my face.

"Catch you later Lame-o!" Tom snickered,running off.

He always did this kind of stuff.

Always nag me about sensitive stuff like my disabilities,my sexuality,and especially about Edd.

He was a dear friend to me,and I couldn't tell him I felt deeper for him. Sadly he passed  3 years ago,and I couldn't say anything to him,as the doctors didn't let us in till he was confirmed dead.

I missed the childish man,he was the only one there for me.

Everyone else stopped being my friends and just make fun of me,abuse me,etc.

I sighed,wiping away some tears,and came towards the pale yellow house.

It's just a house (y/n),I kept reminding myself.

The door creaked as I opened it,causing me to wince as if if wake something dangerous up.

I sighed,walking towards my pillow,the floor boards creaking at my weight.

I felt cold,and hugged the pillow to my chest as I felt something tug at my shirt.

I turned,seeing a face that made my dry face,soaked.

The green ghost's smile faded and reached a hand out to me,wiping away my tears." Don't cry (y/n)..." His voice echoed in my mind.

Edd.

I shut my eyes tight,bowing my head down. I was shaking,clutching the pillow as close to me as possible.

Edd lifted my head by my chin and wiped even more tears away from my cheeks.

"(Y/n)...please stop crying..." Edd's soft brown eyes softened,seeing me shake in his grasp.

My (e/c) orbs flew open,looking at the slightly glowing ghost.

"E-e-Edd...." I sniffled up,smiling a bit." Y-you jerk! I-I-I th-thought I wou-would never s-see you a-a-again!" I stuttered. Edd smiled shooing away hair that fell on my face.

"I never knew you'd be able to see me!" He chuckled.

"I th-thought I'd-d n-n-never be ab-able to t-tell you h-how I really f-f-felt-" I cut myself off,realizing what I just said." What do you mean?" Edd tilted his head. I blushed,trying to hide my red face in the pillow. "I love y-you!" I cried into my pillow.

Edd's eyes soften,floating over to me and placing his hands on my shoulders.

"I kinda did too..." He admitted. I raised my head a bit to look at him." R-really?" I sniffled. He nodded." I just...they didn't let me see you,so I couldn't tell you..." He said.

I smiled a bit,feeling my heart ache.

Edd chuckled,brushing away hair from my face and placing a kiss on my forehead.
