The neighborhood has set up the outdoor party for new people who had moved in. You weren't much of a party boy/girl despite your parents nagging you to go there. Arriving at the party, you only took some crackers, cheese, grapes, and water and sat underneath the gazebo. You thought you'd be alone until eddie (whom he bumped to you earlier) noticed you.

Eddie: Hey, y/n! *sits next to you*
You: oh hey, eddie.
Eddie: I have a question to ask.
You: what is it?
Eddie: ever had any drama before you came here?
You: I'd rather not say

The party was going on so well until the couple barged into the party and accused wally for bringing the noise too loud and threatened to call the police. This made wally's face turn black and eyes show.

Wally: threaten me again and I will make you both suffer

This got the couple to run away but vowed to get revenge on wally later on. This got you to run away in tears.

Eddie: y/n! Wait! *tries to follow you*
Barnaby: r u ok, wally?
Wally: sorry. I never wanted any of my friends or myself to be falsely accused.

Meanwhile you were under the blankets never wanting to come out. Then the doorbell rang. You mom opened the door and saw Eddie.

Mom; yes?
Eddie: is y/n here?
Mom: he'stshe's in her room. He/she refuses to come out after the incident.

Eddie comes into the house as your mom leads him to your room until she left him alone to see you.

Eddie: *knocks on your bedroom door*
You: who is it?
Eddie: it's me. Eddie.
You: *slowly opens the door* hi Eddie
Eddie: u ok?
You: *shakes your head*
Eddie: do you need a hug?
You: *leans on Eddie's chest*
Eddie: *hugs you*
You: I can't believe I had witnessed the drama in the neighborhood .
Eddie: I'm sorry you had to see that. Don't worry. I'll be here to protect you. *keeps hugging you*
