Eddie woke up the next day. He got up and went to take a shower. He got out and changed into his robes. He then brushed his hair and then his teeth. He then left and he then walked out of the bathroom. There wasn't much first years awake that the moment.

Eddie walked into his room and he saw Jake was waking up. ''Good morning Eddie." Said Jake with a sleeply smile. He got up. "Morning Jake." Said Eddie with a smile. He finished getting ready while he waited for Jake. It wasn't long and Jake got back from the bathroom and he was soon ready and the two walked to the common room. They saw their Prefect's were hand out to first years maps of the school.

They got one and headed for the Great Hall. It wasn't long and they saw Harry and Ron on their way to the Great Hall as well. Eddie and Harry talked about their first night. Eddie introduced them to Jake. Harry was happy to meet anyone one who's friends with his brother.

Eddie saw Neville up ahead and happily went to talk to him. Jake following Eddie. Harry didn't mind this at all. He knew his brother has other friends to talk to and was just glad he was the first one he talked to. Ron didn't mind either. He was glad that Eddie had other friends.

They didn't notice Hermione not to far from them was looking at Eddie. She blushed when she realize that she was looking to long and looked away fast. She hoped no one saw her.

They walked into the Great Hall. Eddie and Jake walked up to the Ravenclaw table and sat down. There was a few older years already there. Eddie got some French Toast with some bacon and eggs. Jake got some pancakes and eggs. The two talked while they ate. More people were coming in to have breakfist not to long after they came in.

"What class are you looking forward to learning about? Asked Jake after he got done eating a piece of his scrambled egg.

"Um, I can't wait to learn about Charms. There are a lot of good and amazing ones out there." Said Eddie with a smile. He then took a drink of his pumpkin Juice.

"Same. I'm also looking forward to Transfiguration." Said Jake with a big smile. Eddie nodded and said thoughtfully, "There are lots of good uses for it. You can change something into something else you need."

Jake nodded agreeing with Eddie. Soon their Head of House Professor Flitwick handing out their time tables. They saw the other head of houses doing the same.

He soon got to them had he gave them their time table and smiled happily at Eddie and moved on. The two boys looked at their class list and saw that they had Potions first.

"Great. Rotten luck to get this first." Said Jake with a groaned.

Eddie chuckled weakly at what his friend said before they headed off. Eddie went over to tell his brother to have a good first day. Harry said the say the same and Eddie and Jake headed out of the Great Hall. They had a long walk to get to the dungeons. They quickly got what they needed into their bags and rushed off.

Eddie sighed when he heard everyone talking about him and his brother. That they were the boys who lived. He didn't want to be famous and have everyone looking at him. Jake didn't blame Eddie and he didn't like that his friend looked uncomfortable. Neville also felt bad for his friend and did what he could to keep his friends mind off of what people were saying.

Harry had the same problem. Ron did what he could to help his friend feel better. Nothing helped much, but it did help Harry feel better with how much Ron cared.
The two brothers meet up a few times and talked for a little bit. When they would talk in a corner of the corridors some first year girls giggled and looked at the two. They both were cute for eleven year olds.

Hermione had found herself a little jealous of this and she was able to talk to him a little bit while she was walking to classes. Eddie and Harry didn't know about how the girls felt, and they weren't interested in girls yet.

Eddie and Harry could now be seen in the Great Hall doing their homework. Jake and Neville were also there. Hermione wasn't to far down from them.
Eddie and Harry were writting a quick letter to their uncles before they did their work.

It wasn't long before Hedwig flew in and Harry gave it to her to send to Sirius and Remus. They then started up their homework.

Eddie was into his work that he didn't notice much of what Harry and Ron were talking about. He did help Neville when he asked for it.

A little bit after they got done with some of their work, Harry told his brother his experience with Professor Snape. Eddie couldn't believe a teacher would do that. Eddie told Harry and Ron his own experience with the Professor and they were glad that Eddie was good at Potions and that Snape couldn't do anything to him.

Eddie and Jake left the Gryffindor table and headed to the Ravenclaw table for dinner. They had a long day and Eddie was a bit tired from some of it being stresseful. Jake felt the same as his friend. They sat down and the feast appeared.

Eddie and Jake happily talked about their classes and how different they thought they were to what they thought the class would be. Some other first years close to them join in on their discussion. Eddie saw his brother and Ron were doing a lot of whispering at the Gryffindor table. He sighed and knew it couldn't be good. He is glad that Harry didn't prank on the first day and knew he might do some pranks soon.

After they were all finished they headed off to their common rooms. Eddie and Jake said good night to Harry, Ron, and Neville before they headed off. The two friends talked as they got ready for bed. They also played a few games. After that they went to bed.
